Brent and Summer were Great! I just switched from T Mobile to Verizon keeping my current phone and number. I was in and out in 15 minutes! Super friendly and knowledgeable. What I thought was going to be a long excruciating experience was fast, easy, and painless. I will be getting my family to switch as soon as they can. Thanks!!
The employees here are very helpful. The place was very busy, but every member of the staff at Verizon were focused on helping each individual to their content. So while I had to wait a very long time to be helped, I knew once it became my turn, I would receive the same care.
Called Verizon to set up a plan. Two hours later still do not have a plan. Said screw it. go to the store. 20 minutes I’m out with a plan. Very nice job guys. I Talked to 2 people and both were very friendly and very knowledgeable.
I was in store on 7/15 for an issue with my iPhone. The store must of had 20 people standing around waiting. I was greeted by a gentleman at the door, manager named Nick. He told me it would be about an hour but they would try and get to me as soon as possible. No big deal so I took my spot in line with everyone else. I began watching interactions with the manager. He was helping multiple customers at different times, and checking in customers who walked in the door, all while smiling and joking around with others in line. Finally Nick come over to assist me after about an hour. We talked about my issues and he solved them and also talked about golf and outdoors. Being a business owner you always look for potential. Nick is an example of what customer service and a leader should be. Of course I offered him a job and he politely brushed it off but I told him to contact me when he is tired of working for Verizon. Hopefully Verizon realizes what they have in Nick.
Disabled veteran on a fixed income. My phone battery has swollen up and split my phone open. I have a tablet I have been trying to remove from my bill for a year. Verizon cant do anything for me, the insurance wants $300 to replace the phone. No one in any of the 4 Verizon stores I went to could help me, the 800 number couldnt help me or do anything.. Im done.. mint mobile is $15 a month, straight talk is $50 a month..both would be better choices and cost less

I bought a new phone and it was never activated. I had to spend 1 hour 10 minutes with customer service on the phone for them to tell me to go back to the store I bought it from. The sales person never scanned in my phone to put on my account. I now just checked into Verizon and was told it was a 90 minute wait. I shouldn’t have to wait when this was your problem to begin with. Terrible customer service! I went to the other side of town and received exceptional service and was given a new SIM card and now my phone is activated and works. I never should have had to spend this much time trying to activate a phone I bought from your store!!! Take care of your customers better!

The lady Monica that works at this Verizon dealership knows her business she helped me out after having to drive all the way from Tiffin to this Verizon dealership she got my app installed within a couple of seconds this is what I mean if you have no technological experience you should not be selling phones that store in Tiffin is garbage in my opinion but Monica at this store and this is a corporate store with excellent she knew her business she knew what she was doing and she had my app installed within seconds and working
TLDR: Wouldnt show me a phone, wouldnt retrieve my old number, didnt review plans with me, didnt review device insurance with me, falsely pushed a credit card.Long version:I had several issues when setting up a new account, I am not sure if this was with the particular representative or if this is a Verizon problem overall, but I can detail the several things that went wrong while I was at the store:-The store did not have the phone I wanted to see on display and the representative would not retrieve one from the back of the store so I could see the phone unless I agreed to purchase it (the device comes in an unsealed package, I very easily could have seen the device without touching it even had the representative simply looked)-The representative did not review the cell phone plans with me-The representative pushed the verizon credit card on me insisting that it was the only way to get the autopay discount-The representative falsely stated that Verizon would not retrieve my previous number.-the representative offered me device protection for $17/month but did not bother to detail the options, I dropped my device protection and opted for a different device protection service for $8/month. (Verizon does provide device protection for $7/month but that isnt what they sell you at the store)

Don’t go here. Terrible customer service! My wife and I paid off our I Phone 8’s two weeks ago. I ported over to Total Wireless. My wife’s phone remains locked after two weeks. I’ve talked to Verizon on the phone in length and Apple. Both blame each other and no one will help fix this issue! We have been loyal customers for years but decided to try and save some money. The guy at the store pretty much laughed at me and would not direct any of his employees to help me. Said it Total Wireless problem since we’re leaving Verizon. I am still paying a Verizon bill for my wife’s phone but still laughed me off!
Jason is my go to for everything. This store is professional, courteous and extremely helpful. I will always take my business here. It is definitely top notch!

I stopped by to get help with my screen protector and upgrade my mifi. Nathan was very helpful and gave me all the options I needed to choose. The store just re-opened. Worst management and customer service. Called and filed a complaint with Verizon over the phone today. Ill never stop foot in the door again and Verizon nearly lost my business entirely over this location.
I went into this store with a problem on my phone that I had worked ALL DAY to correct. The manager of the store very kindly found the problem and within two minutes had me fixed and on my way. Great staff and quick service. 5 ⭐s.
The associate was very helpful and explanatory. Helped me get the best deal for me. His name was Aaron and works at the Findlay, Ohio store on Tiffin Ave. Overall very well pleased with service, appearance of store and associate that helped us. Thank u for a pleasing experience.

I have been a Verizon customer for fifteen years and I have gone to this store for the majority of those years. Today I watched five employees and only three of them were actually working. The other two just stood around laughing and talking whilst looking at a display wall. I was next in line for 15 minutes before I left. I was quite tired of listening to two employees shoot the breeze. Terrible customer service from two out of five employees.

I had received a suspicious message thru Facebook messenger & was concerned. I felt stupid with my questions, but the young man was very patient and kind explaining how & what had happened. REALLY long line at the counter. What should be a 5 minute transaction took 45 minutes. It has been this way every time Ive been there but one. The people are nice but there arent enough of them.

I got done what I went in for. Surprisingly it went fairly quickly for a change. Most times being a corporate store they are so busy you end up waiting for what seems to be a long time
Service when we were in on 01/20/18 was less than helpful and the guy helping and the the goons standing around watching this acted like a troop of baboons. They couldnt answer questions without a shrug and when my husband got up set he and mentioned he could drop Verizons service they argued that that was impossible. My husband promptly changed his carrier the moment he left the store. Too bad we have always liked this location in the past.

Only Verizon store that I go to. They can do just about anything. I always have more that needs attention so theyre the go to people. Good quick service even when alot of people. They have a way of getting the crowd and job done.
If I could give this location zero stars, I would. Every time I go in there, it always takes forever and they usually do not solve the issue Im having or even come close to it. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! Do not waste your time.
I wish I didnt have to give any stars. The first guy I talked to on 4/4/18 said he didnt know anything about my phone and pushed me onto the tech coach app. During that call (with more than a half dozen guys standing around complaining about other customers, not doing any real work), the lady told me they need to give me a new phone because it wasnt working properly. I started talking to a different guy (Evan) who was condescending right off the bat. He tried to make me feel dumb, was sarcastic in all the wrong ways and then had the audacity to ask me if I was satisfied (he did everything the tech support lady did).

I wouldn’t give this place even 1 star if I didn’t have to. Went in the other day to have a discount applied to my monthly bill because of my place of employment. I already had a pay stub in hand and everything. First guy who greeted me(really nice) said he could help me right away until another guy listening in said no we can’t do that in the store anymore, and that I had to do it on my own. When I asked how or what did I have to access online to do so, he shrugs his shoulder and “didn’t know” ok whatever... We proceed on with asking questions about why play phone wouldn’t work on any WiFi connections, he cuts me and my mother off while talking and tells us to hold on, he needed to go greet another guy that just walked in the door. Meanwhile plenty of other goons working there are standing around... We waited for about 5 minutes and walked right out of the door. It was only THEN he says “Hold on ladies I’m just answering a question of his” Him greeting the guy that just walked in wasn’t just question answering, it was a full out conversation which was rude AF when you were already with a damn customer! He knew we weren’t going to be a sale so he ditched us while he could. This place sucks.

Never had a problem until 5-18-18. When I purchased my new Galaxy S8 a couple months ago I purchased the Zagg screen protector and was told I can bring it in anytime if it needs replaced, no charge to me. I brought it in and was told whoever told me that was wrong and I have to pay a $7.99 shipping fee with the Zagg company every time I get a replacement screen. I was NEVER told any of this. They did give me a new protective screen that came with a lot of attitude from the meat head manager and another man. I was upset and expressed that, and was told he could keep the new screen cover and leave me with the broken one SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL.
I came in because my daughters Samsung 4 wasnt working. The manager, Jacob Cutlip, worked diligently to find a solution. He even called & explained everything to verizon tech support, so I didnt have to. In the end I got the phone replaced (under warranty.) His help in this situation made the difference in me walking out of there relaxed & satisfied versus stressed!
Good sales man but prices he said were way off
I went in for a problem with my phone and the person was ONLY interested in selling me a new phone that was way over the price I told him I could even afford. I kept trying to tell him I just wanted to replace my current phone with the same phone and he kept on trying to sell me something I didnt want. It literally took me walking out of the store for this guy to stop talking and trying to sell me something. I later found out, at another verizon store that I was able to replace my phone for free and I had it shipped to my house at no cost to me at all. So the same guy at the store that tried to sell me something didnt even look up my information to tell me that. Only focused on sales rather than customer service. I will likely not step foot in that store again.
Terrible attitude from one of the employees and down right disrespectful. Supposedly there is a law that you have to present a photo ID at any Verizon store in order to have access to your account. My fiancé did not have her photo ID and was not granted any access to her account. There for we left the store and drove an hour to another Verizon and was never asked to present photo identification. I will never go to the Findlay store again. It was all just a joke.
