I was so done with trying to find a cellular provider as I am disabled and every other cell company was outrageous with pricing and rude to me on the phone. I tried Cricket Wireless and had no expectations. Was I suprised... placed my order online with the help of Alex on a chat...not only was he one of the nicest customer service reps I have dealt with ever...he set me up with exceptional service but went the extra mile listening to my rant about my experiences so far. I received the best phone I have ever had for free and unlimited talk text and data for well under what other providers are charging. Along with top notch customer service...you cant beat Cricket...

Not too helpful at first and very rude in front of other customer. Problem not resolved because my phone was not a cricket. I was considering purchasing a cricket until then.

DM Stephanie and Brittany from the Decatur store went above and beyond what is expected to help us with fixing our phones we just got and did it with tact and a positive attitude.

Josh, the manager of this store, providers awesome customer service. I switched my wife from Verizon to Cricket, to try the service, and its awesome. Sufficient speed and great coverage, but half the price! Go see Josh, and stop over-paying for Verizon.
