Excellent shop for cell photos and customer service was very knowledgeable and pleasant. They truly care about their customers.
Best customer service. The team here is awesome. Jason was very patient and knew exactly what to do.
Took care of the simple thing I needed done quickly after a short wait. 2 other locations were unhelpful - bring your tmobile business to this location.
I visited this specific location a few months ago to get some guidance on how to leave a business account & activate my own personal account. The T Mobile assistant was extremely helpful and friendly. I returned to the store today to finally go through with the account transition. Upon arriving, Andrew was the employee who approached me. before I could even finish explaining what I was there to do, he interrupted me and told me I needed to call a costumer service number, there was nothing he could do & and was snarky and rude at the same time. Mind you, I already was given instructions by a costumer service representative to visit a store. I tried to explain what my overall goal was & how I was open to different options in order to achieve that goal. He has zero solutions for me, told me the information I has been given was wrong & again, to call a three digit number and do everything that way. By this time, I’m frustrated. He grabs his manager Cory who only reiterated what I had been told by Andrew. Angry & confused, I left the store and visited the T Mobile location on 75th & Shadeland where they were extremely helpful, patient & took the time to explain my different options. I was able to leave my business account & open a new, personal account. I left happy and with a new phone. I will only visit that location in the future. The information Andrew and Cory gave me was wrong, they didn’t take the time to listen to me or problem solve, and they were quite dismissive. Would not recommend visiting this store.
Got the help I needed immediately. Thank you so much.
Nice customer service :) Casual looking workplace.
Im a TMobile customer, have been for 12 years. I wanted to buy a phone from them, at full retail pricing (MSRP). It was a corporate store, so I should have been good to go. They wanted to charge me $30 for up upgrading my phone. I wanted to switch my own SIM card because they lost some of my data last time I bought a phone and let them upgrade me. So they said: Sure, you can do it yourself, but we will still have to charge you the $30 Upgrade Fee I asked why and was told its because I walked into their store to buy the phone. Really! They wanted to charge full retail, plus another 10% of the phones $299 retail value, plus tax. I asked why other retailers could sell the phone at retail, without the extra upgrade fee and still make a profit. The answer I received was I dont know Ive always loved TMobiles service, but it seems that customers they have already arent important to them. I know exactly how to solve this problem. Sadly, corporate TMobile made the decision to treat loyal customers as 2nd class.
The agent was helpful. Appreciated his assistance. Thank you!
Friendly and courteous customer service... Took the time and made sure I understood their current promotions highly recommend this store if your on the northeast side of town
Saul was able to straighten out all my issues fast. He was very polite and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. I was in and out in 5 minutes with a seemingly impossible to fix issue. Id give them 5 stars if I could. I came in a 2nd time for another question and Cory was very helpful aswell.
Saul is fantastic! He knew exactly what he was doing and answered all of our questions. Great customer service, I hope T-Moble realizes what a wonderful employee they have! Give that young man a raise.
This is by far the worst T Mobile me and my husband have ever been to. Craig in particular is sooo rude. We are actually thinking about switching thanks to this store. We have complained to customer service but please travel elsewhere to get service.(The fact that they have a security guard at the door is also worrisome)
I visited the 96th Street store last week to upgrade a phone and make some changes to the account and settings for that new phone. JaLynn was the associate who assisted me, and she provided me with such a fantastic customer service experience that I wanted to express my gratitude and give her a great review here! Not only was JaLynn helpful, efficient and kind, she took extra time to ensure that we had accomplished everything and set up the phone exactly as I requested before I left the store. Any question that she couldnt answer, she went directly to her manager to make sure that I had accurate information about my account, the new phone and changes to settings. I cannot say enough about her attentiveness, expertise and efficiency! Very grateful!
The store and staff were great, however my issue (out of their hands) needed to be escallated to Customer & Technical Support for something as simple as activating an upgraded phone. 5 hours and 6 people (not including store staff) and the issue is still ongoing. I was promised a call this morning and still have not recived the call. So far worst carrier experience ever! TMobile and Sprint still do not have their act together do not switch to them.
Outstanding customer
I had the pleasure of meeting Sam today! Best T-mobile experience Ive ever had. Ive been with this carrier for quite some time now and he was so helpful. Answered all my questions and even gave me my options,if I decided to go another route. He was easy to talk to and we shared quite a bit of laughs. Thanks so much Sam
I usually shop at castleton mall Tmobile store. The service there is amazing. Visiting this place was a mistake. Sam was rude to say the least. I was there for probably 15 mins max bought an iphone and left without wasting much time. I also wanted to get a screen protector and a case but due to his attitude I prefered leaving immediately. This place did not deliver quality customer service.
What a Great Experience; Sam L and Colin were very professional mobile experts. Went in with the intention of adding another phone line to my current plan SAM L was able to show us a variety of phones and help select a proper phone for my mother. COLIN was able to seemly help transition the old number to the new number without and problems and any headaches usually associated with adding a new number.
The customer service here is amazing. No matter how many problems I might face (with technical difficulties, broken screen saver, etc.), each & every person there is always so kind & helpful!
By far one of the best experiences I have had with a cell service. Sam was amazingly patient with me while I spent over an hour on the phone with Verizon, trying to release my phone. Go visit Sam. He is the best and I do mean the very best!
Great service. Very knowledgeable.
Everyone is really friendly at this location.
The lady I spoke with over the phone was very sweet to me and treated me like family. When I got to the store, the next women I felt with was also extremely nice and made the process of my trade real easy going. The wait was longer then expected though.
Always a problem when I go in to T-mobile to pay my sprint bill ! 😔
Local T-Mobile store. Always have had the t-mobile Tuesday free gifts, and service is usually quick. Havent had any major issues with service.
This store and company by far has provided the worst experience of customer service and the highest altitude of manipulation. My mother and I went in for phone upgrades and were approached by a sale rep who recommended the galaxy II & III phones. We specifically told our sales rep that we did not want our bill amount to change because we were already paying over $130 for two lines and that we did not need a crazy expensive phone! He told us our bill would actually decrease because we had some unnecessary items that we could do without. We went with the two phones under the impression the galaxy II phone cost $50 and the galaxy III phone would be $100 an additional $20 a month. We thought we were satisfied because our first bill was significantly lower than what were previously pay but our second bill included a spike in our bill by an added $40 of equipment payment plus the additional $40 of equipment payment which they “forgot” to put on the first bill sky rocketing our bill to well of $189!!! We tried to return the phones due to misleading information and the additional fees of almost $1000 for the two phones alone. After several calls and letters to Corporate, they said they could not do anything because we were outside of the 30 day return policy –but mind you the additional fees did not come until after the 30 days- and that we need to contact the store. The store manager was rude and took forever to return calls and refused to return our phones. We have been customers with T-Mobile for over eight years and the only reaction we got was sorry, you signed the contract. T-Mobile and its representatives are inconsiderate, manipulative, money hungry a**holes. Since then, to lower our bill we have been trying to remove the equipment warranty and insurance plans and to add a company partnership discount and it has been 3 months and no changes. They suck!!! Do not EVER become a customer of T-Mobile!!
Katrina is the greatest manager ever. I have talked with several T-Mobile employees and each one gave me a different answer to the same question. I trust Katrina because she knows her products and always was able to solve my problems. I hadntI had a
Service was great and they helped us fast even though they were very busy. Highly recommend!
Went one year for a prepay and was treated great and the staff was helpful. Went this year and needed a sim card for 2 weeks and the guy offered me something for 50 and when I said thats too much he offered me a higher priced service. I was disappointed by that service this time around.
Beware of this locations. I was told that even know that there is a t mobile sign out front, they are not really a t mobile shop.!!! They tell their own phone customer service is bad.. they will never stop texting you are calling you.. no matter what you do..go to Walmart. Buy a phone and a prepaid card and say yourself from the harrassment from this company.
Store was not really focused on giving any promotions were not trying to really help at all. Not sure if they were trying to rush because it was almost closing time but this place did not deliver quality customer service!!!
The manager was very rude and unprofessional. She wanted to discuss in front of the entire store my family members account, that I should not even have access to.Beyond the horrible management, the rest of the staff are very helpful.
Very helpful with my phone. Phone crashed at 3am lost all photos and contacts. Helped set backup for future unknown factory reset.
We were assisted by Delores and she was so nice and helpful. Great customer service
Been in here once, and the service is horrible. I had my phone for less than a week, with a line in the display. It was very obvious; however, they said that they would not be able to replace it unless their diagnostic machine (its a CellBrite machine for data transfers - Ive worked in the mobile industry for a long time) - could detect a problem. After FINALLY getting with a younger guy, who saw the line right away, I had my phone replaced. The manager (I presume) then proceeded to write a note on my account and on my phones box that if I have any other issues I would have to swap it out for a different model withing the fourteen days. Well, I didnt have any other problems, but Ive also never returned to this location.
Rude, dismissive staff. Gave them three tries to redeem themselves over the last 6 months. turns out that was two too many. Will never visit that store again. Also, if you have an explody Note 7 and need to exchange it, avoid this store. It would be better for your phone to detonate in your toddlers mouth than to endure the galactic ineptitude of the guy who, and I use this word in the most charitable of senses, helped me. Lost about half of my data in the exchange because it was unplugged early and they factory reset the old phone so Im just SOL. On the plus side, I seem to always get rock star parking when I go there.
This place is a joke. The store tells you if you have a problem to come into the store. And not to call customer service. I call TMobile customer service and they tell me to go into the store. The additude problem Adam has in the store is ridiculous. There was also another employee that stood right near both times I was in the store and would not speak up. What a joke. And they also say they do not work for TMobile they work for someone else so all the problems are on Tmobile not them. Even false advertisement.
The staff is very friendly at this location but overall have a few issues with T-Mobiles consistency in customer service.
I was leery about this establishment after reading the reviews and having never purchased my own phone, and wanting to get off my Dads family plan. ATT was no help, so I tried here. I think people are generally impatient and unknowledgeable about phones and tech in general, so they fail to let the staff do their job, because I had no problems. They were down-to-earth and friendly, and very willing to listen to my needs. They were upfront about costs, not pushy, and were with me step by step. I was in and out in an hour switching from my old iPhone to current gen Samsung and transferring my old number and contacts. Delores was particularly helpful and made the experience just a real treat. So many things I was oblivious to that she informed me of, and she has a good sense of humor. Very patient, and kind. I highly recommend this store.
I have been a T-Mobile customer for over 5 years, the service keeps getting better!
Awesome customer service
I have been a T-Mobile customer for over 15yrs and my one trip to this store made me want to cancel my service and go elsewhere. From Sam talking about crap other employees and getting attitudes when asked questions to a nonchalant attitude when there is an issue, I would not recommend this location at all. Go the extra few miles to the store inside the Castleton Square Mall.
So far like I like TMobile very helpful
T mobile is so bad. Don’t switch you will be disappointed
Store is never crowded the staff is nice & respectful
The customer service here was outstanding!!
VERY HELPFUL AND VERY FAST SERVICE
Temporarily Closed.
The staff is pretty short with you and not welcoming at all.
The worst coverage of any company Ive ever had.
Nice place, great service
