The first AT&T store I went to called this store to put a phone on hold for me since they had one left & told me it would be ready and I would be able to switch for $10/month to cover my phone costs and a payment of $66.When I got to this store, they said they couldn’t take my trade in the previous store agreed to, charges me $266 instead of $66 and didn’t try to work with me at all on some sort of middle ground. Even if they could’ve just met me in the middle I would’ve been happy.Then I get home and someone calls me - it rings to my OLD phone that I can’t use the screen on or answer. The sales rep didn’t even set my new phone up with my new number or help with ANYTHING.I call corporate and they say they don’t know how to help so I was on hold for 45 min while they tried to reach a sales staff member.Worst customer service ever. I had never had problems like this at the Fort Wayne stores.
Extreme waste of time. And I ended up having to pay double the price for a phone sold at walmart.

I get my questions answered, all needs are met, make sure you dont go in to waste agents time---know what you want answered concerning your phone...
Do not recommend if you’re looking for excellent customer service. I was in the store for almost 5 minutes and was never greeted or asked if I needed help. Go down the road to Verizon.
The lady fixed my phone quickly.I dont know her name,did not see a name tag, she was wearing her jacket.

Very disappointed in my experience. Charge for a product that I returned? I was told it was a simple mistake by a clerk (she has done it several times apparently). Plus the additional case they charged me? Sure... but no... just getting started....Store Manager and clerks say it is fixed...okay. Nope. Charges still occur as if I had the wearable device. AT&T help? They said so... but nope... Still get charged. No refund and the store cant help fix it.... Do yourself a favor and stay away from this store. Not worth the hassle go somewhere (anywhere) else...

The store employees told me no dish. Installer tells me dish. I ask for NFL Red zone. They say sure but dont tell me it is part of the NFL Sunday ticket I will pay 34 dollars a month for after the free year. I called ATT support they say to bad man we told you in April. So we lose channels (CBS all summer) NRedzone for ever but our prices stay they same. You money grubbing jerks should be ashamed.
They have signs on the floor saying three accessories or more are 20% off yet manager told me I could only buy two accessories. Absolutely the worst experience ever!

I was at the store Monday February 19th at around 6:30pm I walked into the store being the only customer at the time with two workers who approached me I was happy to be approached and asked what it was I was looking for I got the new iPhone 8 and after i was given the phone to set it up the lady who was helping me walked away and left me for about 20 minutes and the other worker left me with her leaving me alone in the store with no help. I decided to leave cause she wasn’t coming back I now am having problems setting up my phone and getting everything to work properly because of the lack of effort from the worker and now haveing to figure everything out about a brand new phone by myself. Not very happy with the way my experience went.
Always a great experience to go to my AT&T store at 7858 E. 96th St, Fishers, IN. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, always willing to go the extra mile. Eric was my go to guy today, but they were all the best!!

Ive been shopping at this AT&T store for years, Matter of fact I just got a Samsung note 9 from there. I cant remember the young mans name that helped us but I was very polite/respectful and their manager was cool too and willing to work with us.
Sales representative had me wanting to buy something just to get him to stop talking. Couldnt leave fast enough.

First off, when I called it took longer to get through the auto prompts then it did to get my question answered. My gripe here is though, they only have a 14 day return policy on accessories. I bought the earbuds as a gift and they werent even opened until after 14 days. Im now stuck with them and have to go through the manufacturer for another pair that Im sure will break as well. Buyer beware!!! Go elsewhere for these types of items.
Sometimes they are extremely helpful other times not so much.

I have reached the store by 6.50PM EDT to add a new line on my account. There are hardly two sales people working during that time & there are only 4 customers in the queue. The women at the entrance told that its going to take some time. I was out from the store at 8.30PM. I cant imagine the service these people are providing. The women who checked in messed up & the people who arrived after me were taken care earlier to me. It took hardly 5 mins for my work (getting a new sim card for additional line) & cant imagine I had to wait for more than 90 mins.The service is awful.I dont understand why wouldnt they have more people working during the busiest hours.I would recommend any one to avoid visiting this store.
Worst customer service ever!!!was told if i bring my last bill from sprint they would give me the gift card to pay off sprint... now i have to wait up to 8 weeks until i recieved gift card and my bill is due soon.

Do not go to AT&T for wireless. They are overpriced number 1. And they have quoted me amounts to get me to buy services and then when I get my bill they are more. When I call to get them corrected, they dont do anything to fix it. I will not be an AT&T customer for much longer.

Poor service.Me and my husband been in the store around 5:45pm. It took for 3 mins before somebody get our information. After that its another wait again for somebody to assist us. Its about 6:00pm and still nobody assist us until we get upset and leave the store..
I was in you store yesterday for 27 mins and no one greeted me or even addressed me I wanted to upgrade my phone and the service was horrible.I feel like if you are going to be in CUSTOMER SERVICE AT least speak to the customer!

Average customer service. Wait times are generally short. Lack of comfortable seating while waiting, which is likely on purpose so youre made to engage with the products for sale.
The manger looks like he dont care,very poor customer service .they only want you to pay money they dont answer youre questions and call customer service if you have an issue . Im moving to Verizon once Im done for this month
