Joe waited on me. I really had a tough problem that needed to be resolved. He was so compassionate to my needs and got my husbands phone set up for me. He was very kind and was sorry I had so much trouble with another Verizon Manager at a different store. He showed me how to call and who to call for a refund that I was supposed to get. Make sure he gets a BIG raise because he is certainly an asset to Verizon and his customers. Lol. If no raise please recognize him for his kindness and caring for his customers!

This store is awesome! I had a rough experience at at corporate store, and decided to come into the TCC Verizon store on 96th street. Logan and Escarle were super nice and solved my phone problem. They definitely went above and beyond

Walked in right before closing due to another location not having a phone in stock after calling ahead to verify. The employee (Ed) was already helping another individual, but was overwhelmingly willing to help with getting a new phone set up, even though at that point it was past closing. He worked with both myself and the other individual at the same time, and was very competent in multitasking, even though the system was not wanting to accept either transaction. He refused any suggestion of leaving early from either party to ensure everything was set up properly and all discounts were able to be applied (ended up staying 1.5 hours after closing. No high pressure sales, very professional and personable individual, and would absolutely recommend stopping in, should this individual be working. That being said, Ive been to this location in the past and had a not so pleasant experience, so I guess it all just depends on who is working.

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had in buying new cell phones. We were given promotional pricing to purchase two new phones from Verizon transferring our plans from a different carrier. In writing we were promised two $150 gift cards which we have never received. I went back to talk with the manager three weeks ago, and never received a return call which was promised. We were subsequently told that we were given selective pricing and or the gift cards. That it’s not true!As far as I’m concerned, these people lied to gain our business. I will never do business with TCC or any other Rison affiliate. They are very unprofessional and will not get my business in the future save your money and go somewhere else.Update: over one week ago, I received an email request from TCC to please contact their customer service as they wanted additional information. I reluctantly did so! The young lady I talked to was very nice and promised me that someone would be in contact with me within 24-48 hours.JUST ANOTHER LIE BY THIS COMPANY!They say and do anything to sell you a phone and then not live up to their promises. Sorry and sad state of affairs. Go somewhere else and be happy. I certainly won’t go back.

Great customer service! I hadnt had a new phone is 4 years and the entire staff was so nice and helpful.They also treated each other with respect as they tried to solve problems. Im impressed with everyones professionalism.

Had a great experience getting added to my family members plan quick and easy with great customer service guy was really nice and didn’t try selling anything extra to try and make extra money even after noticing my case was a little rough and I didn’t have a screen protector.

Definitely pay for what you get, but if you need cell phone service this is the company to go with

Verizon is much better than Sprint because sprint loses reception way too often so I asked every one with me if they had reception and I was the only with with no service and its because sprint towers must suck

Very helpful with purchase of new phone.

I was adding 3 lines to my account and was told that I would be receiving two 100 gift cards to apply toward accessories and when I received the email they were actually coupons for $100 off when you spend a certain amount of money which was frustrating but I didnt much care about. During the same visit I bought a new screen protector with a lifetime warranty for a line that was pre existing on the account and now 3 months later it needs replaced and they cant even find the purchase on my account that I made in their store of around $2000 between the phones and accessories. Drive a little further and go to a corporate Verizon store instead of a knock off retailer.

Staff was great even tho we walked in right before closing. We werent pushed out.

Bought 4 defective chargers in a matter of a month. Returned the first two for store credit and paid extra to get the braided ones. They also broke within 2 weeks and when I went to return for a refund I was told they cant do anything about it. Spend the extra 5 minutes and drive to the fall creek location, horrible horrible customer service
