Went in to look at the new samsung phone and wanted to review my account to see what makes sense for me and my family. I was told the retail store really is not for existing customers anymore and that I need to go online and look for deals there.I worked cell phone retail for 5 years up until 2 years ago. I understand the shifting dynamics and that most retail employees only make commission on new lines, and while I understand that, plenty of customers will jump ship with lousy customer service like this. It really is unfortunate that I have been a VZ customer for 20 years and cant get any type of service.Thats the way of the world these days. Zero loyalty.

I came in for a phone for my 7 year old. Never expected to have to do that at such an early age, but unfortunately she needs it as a medical device. Randall was very helpful and got everything done in a timely manner so I could get back home to my kids. I would highly suggest this store and the Verizon representatives there, especially Randall!! Everyone was super friendly. Thanks for the awesome customer service and thanks again Randall for all your help!! You made a very tough day for this mama into a good day. I greatly appreciate it!

Arrived at 10:40 on a Thursday morning to find out they open at 11. In my opinion they need to open earlier. Very irritated when stores open late like this. As a store that has just opened you need to cater better to customers.

Go see Jacob at the IKEA Way location in Fishers!! Hes friendly, knowledgeable, and hilarious! Its a delight working with him! I know Ill be taken care of when I come to this location!!

This is the best Verizon crew here! I had a real messed up return/trade in and Customer Care dropped the ball, but I went in and Francisco and Gary (I think) were so helpful, stayed on the phone and got the job done! Great customer service out of this corporate store! Make sure you contact them!

I drove almost 70 miles today one way (from West Lafayette, IN to Fishers, IN) to be serviced by only your truly exceptional customer service employee Henry Schwartz at your Fishers store (11545 IKEA Way)! I first met Henry a couple of years ago at your Nora store in Indy from where he has since then been transferred to your Fishers store. He is the most intelligent, the kindest and the most helpful employee that I have ever experienced anywhere, not only at Verizon. Henry can figure absolutely anything out, makes such helpful suggestions with regard to equipment and is very patient and thoughtful. I will continue to drove 70 miles one way to get his help, learn about promotions from only him and buy new equipment from only him!! I, myself, have owned a business for over 30 years now and, from my wealth of experience, can assuredly state that Verizon is very fortunate to have such a knowledgeable and professional employee!!!
