Somebody named Logan Carpenter did an outstanding job of providing real expertise regarding the use of American cell phones overseas. He was also knowledgable about the gradual phasing out of some older Apple models. There was no pressure to buy something although I went in with the intention of possibly buying a phone as a gift to someone in Nicaragua. I am really glad I consulted him before doing that

I stopped in here on 10/1 to get help in setting up a cell phone that I had purchased from Best Buy online. I ran into a snag getting it set up on my own, and the person I consulted at Best Buy here in town could not have been more dismissive and unhelpful. Someone suggested that I try Just Wireless, and I am so happy I did! Logan was magnificent! He listened to my description of what I had tried and then worked his magic and got my phone set up for me. He explained what he was doing without talking down to me, and I greatly appreciate his willingness to help, especially on a phone that I bought elsewhere. What great customer service!

These guys were great. They were on the lower end in terms of price, but not service. They ordered me a new screen but it got tied up with fed ex. They called other vendors and found one closer so that I could get my screen fixed in a reasonable amount of time. Even though it wasnt their fault and they had no control, they were apologetic and understanding that this was an inconvenience. Once it arrived, they fixed it right away. Id go back without hesitation.

Just wireless did a great job of fixing my phone screen. Cracked glass and LCD screen took barely over an hour. They were professional, friendly, and helpful with everything. Logan was our tech and did an excellent job with the repair and assistance he gave us. Would highly recommend 👌 👍 👏

My iPhone X pooped the bed unexpectedly. I stood to lose years of precious photos and videos as I never backed them up. I went to two other phone repair businesses that told me there was nothing that could be done. I headed to Just Wireless as a last ditch effort. I received a call an hour after dropping it off. They said it was an easy and inexpensive fix! Now not only do I have all of my photos/videos/passcodes/etc; I spent $150 instead of over $1k for a new phone! I’m very appreciative!

Had water damage to my PS4 SCUF controller ($230 controller) and after their treatment on the controller, its now good as new. Id much rather spend 60 to get this one fixed than another 230 on another brand new one. Had multiple people point me in their direction in the sense of water-damaged gaming accessories, and they did not disappoint. Theyre also very friendly as I had a brief nice talk about my mustang and one of the employees cars as well. Very nice and they want to get to know you as well which is always a heartwarming perk of going to places like these. Highly recommend... Charging port on my Motorola G7 Power required effort to get a cable to connect. I assumed that I needed a new port, but Just Wireless said perhaps it only needs cleaning. Sure enough, this was the case. Excellent service, no charge.

My charger port was not staying connected and my phone would barely hold a charge so instead up upgrading and paying for a new phone these guys hooked me up with a new battery and cleaned my port, which turned out to just be dirty, AND gave me a new screen protector on the house AND it only took 30 minutes. Shout out to Logan Carpenter at Just Wireless Inc. for resurrecting my iPhone today. First it wouldn’t charge through the port anymore so I was using wireless chargers, then I dropped it 100 times and it had holes through the screen. Well I guess that shorted something out and it was randomly restarting. Yesterday it said I had 0% battery and wouldn’t charge anymore. I almost gave up but he diagnosed the screen as the issue, swapped that and put some screws back in that had fallen out. I got a case to cover the ghetto smashed back and bam! New phone again. Been rocking the same 8 since 2017 or so. I don’t want or need the features on newer models so this option worked for me. And at a big $66 for the repair and new case it was downright affordable too! Give them a shout if you ever need anything

Everyone at Just Wireless are amazing. They are Knowledgeable, Courteous and Professional. I took my Moto g Stylus in for a screen replacement and they had it done within 2 hours and put my (previously bought) screen protector on for free. These guys were great! Affordable, quick, and professional. I emailed them for a quote and they replied back to me promptly. They replaced my phone battery in 20 minutes and we’re about $30-$40 cheaper than other quotes I received in town. They even gave me some helpful tips as to how to prolong the life I’m of my new battery.

I just had the most wonderful experience there! I’m on a road trip, my phone overheated and wasn’t responding to touch! Staff member Logan saved the day! He fixed my phone on the spot and lickity split :)

During the bad snow last week, my phone charger suddenly stopped working, and then my phone wouldnt hold a charge or turn on even when using a different charger. I thought I might need a new battery or a battery port, so I brought it in. Before attempting any repairs, Devin cleaned out the port for me and charged it using one of their store chargers. He let me leave the phone there for an hour to regain some battery life since I was having issues charging it at home, and didnt charge me AT ALL for the service since no repairs were required. I was thoroughly impressed with the customer service I received and their kindness in fixing my issue for free. They could have easily taken advantage of my situation especially because I was desperate to have a phone in the inclement weather and was already prepared to spend money on a repair. Due to their kindness and expertise, I will return here for any of my device repair needs and I suggest you do the same! Thanks again, Devin!

I came in a couple days before thanksgiving. My phone had been repaired a few days before and Cody was such a big help. He was so kind and understanding. He repaired my screen in just a few minutes and it works good as new. I will be referring all of my friends to Just Wireless and ask them to see Cody specifically.

My phone dropped and on the way down hit something in just the right spot to wedge my power button down. Once my phone lost battery power and died, I could not even turn my phone back on because of the inability to move the button. I walked into Just Wireless, and they took my phone right away and said it would be no charge and 5-10 minutes. My wait ended up being a bit longer than that but it turned out it required more work to fix, so the time was used to open the phone to fix the button. Though it took more time and effort on their part, they stuck with the no charge for the fix! I would recommend to anyone for any phone need and go back for sure if I need any more repairs in the future. Thank you Just Wireless team!

I LOVE THIS PLACE! I would give it more than 5 stars if I could. Every time I take my phone in to get the screen replaced they fix it extremely fast and for a super great price!! Yesterday I dropped my phone and the screen broke. While fixing it they noticed I had battery damage and replaced my battery for me for only $25! PLUS they gave me a free screen protector on top of the sweet deal and it was done in less than an hour! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND going to Gadget Phix because you can tell they really do care about their customers and they know what theyre doing when it comes to phone repairs. Took my bfs phone here to replace the cracked screen its cost us $110. After we got it back he noticed a black spot. He took it back ing they told him they world fix it for free but they had to order another screen. 1 day passed and his screen fell off. He took it to them they gave him a rental phone. After they fixed his phone again they said to buy a phone case that can hold the screen on so it wont fall off again. And then today he tried to use it and the screen is coming off. Horrible place to take your phone.
