Always go to this carwash, there isnt even one that comes close to this one in town. Always welcomed with a friendly greeting and the staff is always so helpful and friendly. 10/10 would recommend.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! I wish I could go lower than one star. Absolutely no respect for customers. Also automatic car washes will scratch your paint. Even in a pinch it’s a better idea to walk than to stop and be harassed by the management.

I got the ultimate plan for a month at about $35. The wash does pretty well but it doesnt really dry my car. When I asked about the drying problem the employee said to ask for it to be slowed down when I go through. You also need to tell them to give your grill a bug scrub when you go through it. It seems like they dont even if it obviously needs it. The vacuum section is pretty good with two types of nozzles; one for covering large surfaces and another to get in the cracks and crevasses. They also had an air compressor which was nice for getting water out of those places you cant get with a rag. So overall its okay but they should definitely work in the drying portion of drive through wash and just have it slowed down automatically since it seems to be a problem.

Manager, Dean, was threatening and aggressive to my friends who were waiting on a tow truck after their car broke down. My friends were at the mercy the of tow company who reportedly was back logged. It took over two hours for the truck to get there. The car was not blocking traffic or gas pumps. A little understanding would have been appreciated.

Dean, So bulling someone is cool right? Yeah I remember when I was 5 too, get better man, disappointing that you pick one someone half your age and continue to pick when there’s nothing they can do then you act like the victim.

Dean is completely unfit to be in any type of managerial position. He threatens law enforcement when he doesn’t get his way. He cannot handle any type of high stress situation professionally or compassionately. He is an aggressor AND harasser. He needs to be removed from this position immediately.

Ive heard horror stories about this gas station and o thought they were exaggerated. They werent, my card was having trouble reading and this mean short man who said he was dean the manager started to say he was calling the police for fraud and shoplifting. After the 3rd time inserting my card it worked but he didnt apologize and was still being very aggressive. I wouldnt come back until they find someone with more customer service skills to run the establishment.

I’m not one to put my opinions online especially if it jeopardizes someone’s livelihood, but after seeing the viral TikTok video of the manager Dean at this location, it’s sickening. No sign of sympathy, empathy, intelligence, or human emotion at all. After hearing he is trying to press charges of the father sticking up for his son, he is the one that should be jailed for threatening to lie to the police about a non-violent situation. Honestly the gas station needs to train their employees better and there should be repercussion. If not probation warning, termination.

10/22/21 Tore the antenna of of my vehicle. 4 employees standing around carwash stated there was nothing they could do. Then one stated that they had a whole pile of them in there. Then they laugh about this!!!! No more of my business!!! STAY AWAY FOR THIS BUSINESS!!!!

This is like one of those places I had to warn my mom about now that she moved over there this place is just not customer-friendly its horrifying and God forbid your car break down in one of their parking spots. They will even say that they will make up a crime when they call police. And multiple people now have come forward and said this and Ive heard it myself. Call police and say youre being violent do you want that to happen is exactly the words used. Avoid at all costs

Don’t get in an accident or have your vehicle break here. You will be harassed and have the cops called on you. It’s not a safe environment at all.

On multiple occasions the staff has been rude. I had been there several times with my pickup truck with my receiver hitch folded underneath without question. However, now the staff says I can no longer go through the car wash with it in this fashion. Once again very rude about it and I will not be going here ever again and recommend no one does. Just go across town and save yourself the grief.

Stay away, not even good enough for gas in a pinch. Dean, some pretend manager of the gas pumps doesnt understand what an accident is and instead whats to try an make kids with a broken down truck feel like utter dirt while theyre trying to get their truck moved. The real story: Dean is only interested in getting the tow truck kickback money from the gas stations preferred tow company. Dean the manager asked to press charges of disorderly conduct, dean is arrogant and loves harassing teens and dean doesnt know anything about the law. Stay Away.

Im a disabled 40 year old and my wheel fell off my wheelchair and I couldnt walk and had to call for help. The manager Dean came up to me and was telling me I had to get put of there asap and he doesnt care how. He made me cry and embarrassed me terribly. He is a terrible person. He then said I was threatening him when I cant even walk. It took 45 minutes for someone to get there and he harassed me the whole time.

This is the BEST car wash in town! They have straight tracks and employees actually guide you onto them so you don’t have to guess and damage your tires or sides.I’m an Uber driver and I will only trust my car to these guys! I even saw them give a policeman a free wash: Nice!

My wife bought a monthly subscription for this was because it is so close to our house. I needed a quick wash and fill up, so I dropped by. It was after the listed hours for opening, I went inside the convenience store to verify it was open, filled my car with fuel and then went for a wash.I pulled up and waited.... No one came out to meet me, so I went looking for someone. I young man came out and in a curt manner told me they were NOT open. I let him know the time, that his manager confirmed they were me asked when he would be able to wash my car. He said he couldn’t turn on the machines and estimated it would be at least 20 minutes. I said I couldn’t wait 20 minutes and then he raised his voice and said they were having technical difficulties and there was nothing he could do about it.I drove back to the convenience store and he was inside complaining to the manager that I was yelling at him. I asked the manager to cancel my monthly service and he started hassling me. I told him I wasn’t here to argue and just wanted my service cancelled. He continued to hassle me stating he was just trying to make it right.He opening the self service bay for me and I was able to wash my car.I wished this hadn’t happened as I really was hoping this would be a place I could frequent for fuel, snacks, and car washes. Unfortunately, it was such a horrible experience, I’ll never go back.

Just left there fuming, literally. My car was overheating so I pulled over and bought distilled water here to get me to my house. As I popped the hood to put it in the car, the manager Dean comes out and starts yelling at me for taking up all the customer spaces and blocking the entrance with my “auto shop setup”.
