Just love the wonderful staff at this pharmacy. We are always greeted with smiles and helpfulness by every staff member here. Today was no exception and Melanie, the pharmacist along with her staff member, Jared, assured my husband received an emergency supply of his medication he had been trying to get refilled through his doctors office for the last 2 days. We certainly took a huge sigh of relief after their hard work and dedication. We would highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone. Thank you so much, again, Melanie and Jared, you brightened up our day.

The most efficiently run, compassionate, helpful pharmacy you will find anywhere. Melanie, the pharmacist, is wonderful. They are always busy but always have time to offer advice--and some of it has been really excellent advice. I have been to six other pharmacies in Flagstaff. This is the best in every way.

I called in a refill on 4/15 for medication that I have been consistently using for approximately 4 years now. The pharmacy automated phone system said I can pick up the prescription by 4 pm on 4/16. On 4/17 I drive into town (I live the next small town over) to pick up presc. The pharmacy said they were out of the medication on 4/15-4/16 and since 4/17 is the prescs expiration date they cannot fill the presc anymore. They said it doesnt matter that I called in the presc 2 days before the expiration date as the law says they cannot fill a presc even if it was their fault. My negative review is largely due to what the pharmacists told me, You should have filled out this prescription months ago. No, I shouldnt have! The prescription is used as needed. I refill it whenever I run out and I ran out the same day I called in the prescription. The doctor wont give me a new presc unless I see them (even though theyve been giving me the meds for at least 4 years now) but I dont have OBAMA CARE approved insurance anymore due to COVID19. Until the hiring freeze is over Im going to be treating my ailment with essential oils.

Pharmacists and staff were all very helpful in getting my records moved from another pharmacy so that I didnt have to go searching for an insurance card and get new prescriptions for the prescriptions that I have been taking for years.

Tonight I am in terrible pain. My pain meds where not filled and they had the order from the doctor the whole day. If there is a different opinion something should be done for the person that is in pain.Thanks for the time in hell.

I live in downtown Phoenix, and come up here for camping, I ask a person that works here if they have limes and he says back “bashas ” ummm excuse me?, he said yeah only at bashas, easily could have said we don’t sell any in store but there are some at bashas, that would have been the polite way. Besides that everything was great!!
