This place has some unique pieces and zero sales person pressure. Been searching for a few pieces to complete my home remodel. Been to Phoenix Tucson and I can say I really enjoyed my experience at this location. Design west also seems to have some custom ordering available which is good to have in future. Had what we wanted In Stock and left the store with it in my car. Look forward to doing business again! Thank you!

We went to Designs West with the intention of shopping local for some bookshelves. The sign posted on the front door indicating that masks are ‘YOUR choice’ was a little puzzling in light of the fact that a mask ordinance remains in place in town.We entered anyway, expecting to see staff masking even if other shoppers were not required to wear masks. Unfortunately none of the three employees we saw had masks, including the woman who approached well within personal space to offer assistance as we browsed.Under normal circumstances attentive help would be a welcome aspect of the shopping experience, but in the current climate it simply meant we left the store as soon as possible and opted to order shelves online for home delivery.

We have been in several furniture stores looking . This store is very unique . We will go back.

Was in the showroom and saw a couch i wanted to buy. Had it loaded up in the truck and went to pay. Was informed that the couch was mistagged, and it was actually nearly 300 dollars more than I initially thought. So i unloaded the couch and went shopping online, i found the exact same couch at AFW in Glendale for WAY Cheaper even with the 100 dollar deivery fee from Phoenix, i still saved 150 bucks.Wanting to support a local business, i went back to Designs West and asked if theyd split the difference. Basically, i was willing to spend 100 bucks more to buy from a local business, and the sales associate rudely and arrogantly turned me down.Over the years ive bought many things from this store, but after this, i wont be back.

I enjoyed shopping here. I looked at several different furniture stores around Flagstaff looking for just the right bed frame. I found it here. It was the right price and the salesperson was very helpful.

Its a little humble, but dont be deceived, this is a great furniture store. Ive been shopping here for 10 years, and always find quality furniture at attractive prices. The key is to breeze through the store on a regular basis because they are always getting new things in. Advertisement is word of mouth and they have a customer base throughout Arizona. Charles is very knowledgeable of the furniture industry and so is his staff. They run a lean staff but they will take care of you. There is never any pressure to make a purchase.

This is a great place to shop for furniture in Flagstaff. Great price and excellent service. No hard sell, you can browse and enjoy shopping.

Easygoing vibe compliments the outstanding selection of furniture. The sales staff was helpful with all my questions and the delivery crew was very professional. The store is beautiful and I find myself coming back to look around just for fun.

No one spoke to us when we walked in and wandered around. Which was kind of nice, but when you have questions not so nice. Adding a buzzer or bell to let staff know you need help would would be prudent.

Although I didnt make a purchase today. I was assisted by Helen who answered all of my questions and was enjoyable to work with. Since I reside in Flagstaff I choose to shop local so when Im ready to make my furniture purchase it will be here.

We went in on a Monday afternoon. We werent ready to purchase anything, but the sales staff wouldnt have known whether we were or we werent., because no one said a word to us. We looked around the entire store and during that time not ONE person greeted us or asked if we needed help. And when we left no said thanks for coming in. They were, however, having a great time behind the counter laughing and chatting. Maybe thats what happens when youre the only furniture store in town. Id rather drive down to Phoenix, than purchase anything from DW.

Ok....this is a great place to shop and meet some really nice knowledgeable people. Not to mention how great the store smells as well....worth a stop and worth giving business to them😊
