Had a terrible experience here. Blake screwed up my order (by being uninformed), the mattress was expensive but cheaply made memory foam. Ive never seen or used a memory foam bed that has lost its firmness as much as the set I bought from them. My boyfriend cant even sleep on this set as the sway in it hurts his back. Mine too.Their delivery crew was also entirely late and threw my schedule off. Once they arrived, they broke the stairwell rail handle. Imagine my surprise after how late they were (hours) and that they totally forgot to deliver the bed frame! The first mattress they delivered was USED and I bought new. So that one had to be returned/replaced.I definitely suggest you shop around before deciding. This place sucks!

Blake is awesome. Great mattresses at low prices. So happy we bought 5 mattresses for an entire house all at once. Dont buy a Sams club or one of those goofy beds in a box. Go to the Mattress Center and test nap your bed before you buy it. Blake will explain the materials of construction and tell you which mattresses are a real value. Will buy again.

Absolutely, positively one of the best places I have ever purchased anything from. Very knowledgeable owners, friendly, honest, and trustworthy. I was not impressed with every other mattress/furniture store in Flagstaff. When we arrived here, we were greeted immediately with a friendly person who was able to answer our questions honestly (without trying to sell us more than we could afford). If you are in need of a mattress & want honest answers and quality product(s) that comes with a high level of down to earth professionalism, this is your store. I love that it is family owned and operated. It makes a HUGE difference, as they want you to be happy with what you purchase. This is a place with true integrity.

I got a queen mattress for $89 a few months ago. After only a few months it become holey and lumpy. I wrote a bad review. Kurtis, the owner, responded on google that he was willing to help. I called about the review and to see what he could do. He recognized me and replaced the boxspring and gave me a $600 mattress and free delivery. He apologized for the manufacturing defect, and was really helpful. I never thought I could get service like this anywhere. He even called to see if I liked it after delivery.PSI opted to keep the plastic on. Usually they tear it off, but I really think its a good idea to keep it on. Good luck. The most helpful store there is.

Yep its great. The salesperson was super helpful and didnt talk me into something I didnt want. Sucks that beds cost that much, but I love the mattress I got from them.

Mattress shopping isnt exactly one of my favorite activities. On this day, we drove all over town. We found a better deal, friendlier staff at The Mattress Center than anywhere else in town. One other place we visited was actively rude and had a mattress of a lower quality for a higher price. Save yourself some time and headache. Make one stop at Mattress Center.

Supporting local business is important to me and good customer service is a must or I will not purchase from a store. I highly recommend you stop here before you buy anywhere else. I had been to ALL the stores in town looking for a good mattress at a good price. This store looks small but the selection is nice. The owner is great, was very helpful, answered all my questions and didnt hover as we tried out different mattresses. I bought a twin mattress for my growing teen. I plan on coming back to The Mattress Center when our queen mattress dies. I dont need to look any place else!

I purchased 3 mattresses here 6 months ago. Unfortunately one of the twin mattresses for my sons started sagging on the side. There are warranties on the mattresses, but I was told that any stains on the mattress would void the warranties from the manufacturer (and its a kid mattress, so unfortunately it isnt pristine). However, I received a phone call from the owner today and he genuinely wanted to make it right for us. He scheduled a day to come by and not only replace the mattress but to also upgrade it. He went above and beyond to make it right and we really appreciate it.

Had a great experience here today and got a great deal on a mattress and frame for my son! Definitely will come back to get myself a new mattress next time :)

Kurtis was a breath of fresh air! My fiance and I went in this morning after visiting Mattress Firm (saleswoman had limited knowledge), Sleep America (store employee didnt show up until 20 minutes after the store was to open and then left for a coffee and put note on door) and we never made it to the 3rd store! We got personalized attention and he gave understood that a good price was important, but not more important than our backs and a great nights sleep. He had the expertise we were looking for and we found a mattress that had the firmness, coil number and comfort level that we wanted at 200 less than the chain stores without the extras you get with buying local! The mattress was a good buy and not inexpensive but he made us feel very confident about your choice. We were given the time to try 6 beds and to lay in the last 2 that we couldnt decide on while listening to music. We were so happy to have found Kurtis and be able to support another local business! Hello. My wife and I bought a bed from this place about six months ago. The bed has become so uncomfortable in a short time. Look, I cant say it enough. I do not suggest you buy from this place. The quality is poor and they obviously care only about the money.
