Dr. Baumgartener and the lab technician, John and his co-workers in the lab were great at solving the problem with my bifocals. Everyone was patient with me and kept reminding me that it was about helping me see properly and taking care of my eyes. I highly recommend this store for great service and quality eye care. I will be returning again for my eye exam and glasses.

I ordered glasses from your Novi store because the Flint location did not have the designer brand I wanted. I had several unusual issues concerning the order but through it all she maintained a professional attitude. I recently had a knee injury and was unable to walk into the mall to your store but Tairrie Atikinson, called mall security for a wheelchair and offered to wheel me into the store, so I could return my glasses before the 30 deadline. I’ve never had a bad experience everyone is helpful and try’s to get you what your looking for, and usually they say it may take a few days to get used to your new prescription and I have to say every time that hasn’t been the case I can comfortably adjust to my new prescription immediately with no strain . Tried LensCrafters for the first time. Not impressed. The overall quality of store experience is 1 Star. From the overpriced selection of frames and lack of selection of reasonably prices frames to the staff.I originally had an appointment I had a regular frame and a sunglasses frame picked out. The sales associate put the orders in separate so I had to pay separate. So I finished my reg frames sale and we go to my sunglasses sale. I was paying cash I was $4 short from a $300+ order. I asked to pay half she said they couldn’t do it. I then ask well can I pay for them in full when I pick them up. “Sure” is what she says . I go in the next week to pick up the order. I was told that they had not been ordered because I didn’t pay yet.....why did she tell me that??? O she misunderstood..... that’s what I was told. Ok 👌🏼. She saw I had the money she should have said it needed to be paid for to order. On my return I stop in to return them. Make sure you are fast if you need to do this. As they say you have 30 days but In fact It’s from the date the sale was made ; not the date you received your order. Buyer beware. O and if u pay cash u will receive a cashiers check instead of the cash u paid. Just 1 more way to waste my time!Anyway this was my first time with LensCrafters and will be my last.Ps I wrote this while I was waiting yet againNot a short wait hence the long review

Just refunded two pair of frames. Wont be going back. A month later, I am still waiting on one of my frames to come in. I called them up earlier this week and told them I would be in today to pick them up or refund both of them. Been hearing for the last three weeks that they were being refitted but they have no other way of communication with their lab so I have no idea what is going on or when the frames will be done. Nothing wrong with the store, but the lab is awful. Stay away when ordering frames.

Sort of confused as to why this place isnt 5 stars. Ive been to numerous optometrists, and Dr. Bellenbaum is one of the most comprehensive ive dealt with. He compared my results to an old exam from 2015, and even the desk staff looked out in a major way, when i got my glasses the SAME DAY. Thanks a ton Lens Crafters!!

I am a longtime customer of Lenscrafters, but not in Flint Michigan. I was driving through Michigan when I lost the tiny screw that keeps the arm attached to the glasses. It was 4:55 p.m. on a Sunday. I googled Lenscrafters, called them and they told me they were closing in 5 minutes. When I told them my predicament, they stayed open for me, fixed my glasses (and cleaned them) and we parted with a hug. THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE!

IF YOU TRULY HAVE SENSITIVE EYES AND HAVE GONE THROUGH SEVERAL AND I MEAN SEVERAL EYE DOCTORS AND THEY CAN NOT GET YOUR VISION RIGHT, PLEASE GO TO LENS CRAFTERS IN FLINT TOWNSHIP AT THE MALL. DR. B. MARSHALL WAS ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS TO SAY THE LEAST. SHE TOOK THE TIME TO MAKE SURE I COULD SEE AND MADE NEW CONTACTS FOR ME. WITHOUT THEM, I LITERALLY COULD NOT SEE OUT OF MY RIGHT EYE. I have purchased probably a dozen pair of glasses from this location over the last few years and have had nothing but excellent customer service.Maybe its because I liked having a Lenscrafters credit card to offset what my insurance didnt cover. Or maybe its because I like the Progressive HD lenses they offer. Or maybe its because I also have purchased Ray Ban and Maui Jim Progressive HD sunglasses from them.All I know is they always fit right, 30 day satisfaction guarantee, and I always buy the extended warranty and always end up using it before it expires so I have another year of brand new glasses.Regardless, This is a great place to buy glasses and my vision is worth whatever it costs!

I made an online appointment with this lenscrafters location the day of the appointment, I went in and gave them all my information including my insurance. Before they even sit you down with the doctor the have a style consultant sit with you and try to sell you frames right off the bat and sign you up for a lenscrafters credit card. After my exam I go to pay and they inform me that my insurance is out of network. I have no clue why they didnt tell me before the exam, oh wait yes I do, they want your money. This place is a huge scam and rip off, I am completely outraged. I strongly advise against lenscrafters
