My entire visit was pleasant and fast. My only issue was cost. I paid more after my insurance for 3 month supply of contacts than I did at the last optometrist for 6 months of contacts without using my insurance.

I’ve gone to SVS for years. I have always been treated with kindness and respect. That is until today. I have an invisible disability and I also can’t sweat, so my head, hands, etc get filled with fluid. My glasses keep falling off so I went in to have them adjusted. The woman who helped me turned and in a stern voice showed me that I got the wrong pair of glasses and I should have gotten a different pair. I told her the last pair were like that and they broke. I had to nervously and embarrassingly tell her I have an invisible disability and that with sensory issues, I chose those glasses for comfort. I don’t feel I needed to be told about this, just fix them and be done, but I am very nauseous because of this worker. I gave SVS 2 stars ONLY because of 2 other workers I’ve had in the past and the optometrist who’ve been really nice. I am not going back as I will not be embarrassed for having sensory processing disorder caused by my invisible disability again.

The service was excellent. I so appreciated Dr Leslie James and Alicia Berger. They were so helpful in my exam and in choosing my glasses.

Shari is great. She is the office manager and one of the kindness and most respectful people I have ever encountered. The eye doctor, however, could be a little friendlier. She is somewhat abrupt and I felt like she hurried through my exam.

I believe there is new staff at this location or maybe not but my recent visit to this store has been frustrating and I won’t be returning in the future. The Davidson location has better selection and the customer service is excellent!

I made an appointment online a few weeks ago due to my working hours and location. I received a confirmation call on Thursday for my appointment on Saturday, all was fine. Then on Friday, I received a message indicating the insurance they had on file for me had termed and if I didn’t call back by 5 my appointment would be canceled. Well it’s Friday after 5 and I just listened to the message. Why wasn’t this checked or asked of me on Thursday prior to calling me? Why wait until Friday and leave a demanding message as if we’ve had prior conversations and I was negligent in responding. I wasn’t given much of a window to follow up and now I am inconvenienced. I don’t know what is required prior to visiting. That should have been asked of me prior to the day before. Call a week out or send insurance verification in the mail after you are notified of an appointment. Certainly don’t wait a day before an appointment!

I have been going to Dr. Iceberg for years, he is the best! He is very good at what he does. He is very knowledgeable, thorough with exams, friendly and has a great sense of humor! His staff are also always pleasant and helpful. I have moved three hours north and still drive down to go here. I have even recommended him to my parents, family and friends! Love this place and so will you :)

Absolutely love SVS vision!! I have gone to many other places and stop here because it was by far the best! The staff, the doctor all of them went above and beyond to make my experience great!! The staff here is super friendly and accommodating to having our whole family, including 3 youngsters. When picking up our glasses they where fast and answered all of our questions. We will always come here for our vision needs. Unless we move to Arizona...then the commute would be a little past my likong

Took my 3 year old granddaughter. Dr Iceberg was EXCELLANT with her. She had a great first time experience and that is a great thing. The girls were kind but not really social or informative. Could use directions up by the coffee maker, I didnt know how to use it .

Very efficient and glasses were done in a timely manner. Unfortunately, my sunglasses came back as transitions instead of sunglasses. They had to go back and be redone. My regular glasses are great and the staff is very friendly.

Very dissatisfied with this place they gave me a wrong script and damaged my eyes i have to go to a specialist out of town and they wont refund my money I paid out of pocket for my transition lenses but said they will refund my insurance really youre admitting you are at fault or else why would you refund my insurance lawyer time
