Friendly, knowledgeable staff!! I drive 40 minutes bcuz it is worth it!!! Honestly they make getting glasses fun.... prices are reasonable too!!!

When i arrived to the Flint location they were closed, lights on and i could see employees inside even though the website had different operating hours posted . I took a chance and called in to the store and a kind gentleman did tell me they were closed . I stated that i just needed to pick up my glasses and he was so friendly and understanding, he said of course come on in. He went above and beyond instead of just saying no were closed.He took the time and allowed me to try them on and cleaned them even though i said He could just hand them to me through the door. I left extremely happy!

We came in for our yearly check up after the location in our city closed. It was the best experience, the doctor gave a great recommendation for lenses and our order was placed with Savvy. She was very helpful with pricing and gave helpful feedback. Highly recommend her!

Soon as you walk in they are extremely nice and welcoming. They make you feel like they really care which I appreciate, as well as the doctor has beautiful eyes 🥰. Definitely going back lol!

I had a great experience at the miller rd location! I have been coming here for about 3 years, I am very indecisive about the frames I want. I always get very honest and helpful advice from the doctors and workers. I worked with savvy for about 2 hours to find a pair of glasses I wanted. She looked up multiple frames online and worked with me on what type of lenses that would be right for me. I really appreciate the time savvy took to help me out. We honestly had fun and I will always come back to see her.

Great place to get an exam and glasses. They always tell me exactly what is up with my eyes and provide the best options for frames/lenses for me.Turn around on the lenses could be faster but it is what it is.

The staff at Pearle Vision was fantastic. Dr Dunn saw I had a problem. She referred me to Michigan Vision Institute. Three surgeries and 3 months later I went back to Pearle Vision for new glasses and sunglasses. Lisa couldn’t have been more helpful. She was Excellent, I was very impressed with her knowledge of their products and her expertise with fitting my new glasses to my face ... I will highly recommend Pearle Vision on Miller rd.

Very pleased with my glasses I got all the girls were pleasant and greeted me by name. Picked up my new glasses yesterday wore them for a day then stopped by on my way home from work to have some minor adjustments got them fitting perfect in just a couple minutes. Staff was outstanding.

Dr. Dunn and her entire staff are not just knowledgeable, but very caring, helpful and professional. They go above and beyond to make sure youre satisfied. I was going out of town and needed my contacts. The mfg hadnt even shipped them, but they offered me a trial pair and even offered to stay open beyond business hours in order for me to pick up my entire order. Im always greeted by name which adds a very personable experience.

I had booked an appointment with this pearl vision for the first time! I showed up early and the team team was able to get me in right away! Dr Dunn was great and when I was done, Adam and Danicka did a great job helping me pick three pairs of glasses!

I have been going to Pearle Vision for quite some time. I received great service from Dr. Dunn when I had my eye exam. When I went back for my follow up last week, I requested Danicka because I observed how wonderful she was with other customers!! I received excellent customer service from Danicka, she was awesome!! She was patient, listened and very helpful. I explained to her what type of glasses I would like and she actually helped me pick out the perfect frames in less than 15 minutes. That has NEVER happened in all the years I’ve been going to Pearle Vision! Danicka is definitely an asset and I will request her from now on!!

Had such a great experience at Pearle Vision and would highly recommend! The ladies there were all so pleasant, personable and helpful. Last place I went to get glasses, I felt rushed and ended up buying frames (for way too much money) that I dont even wear because theyre uncomfortable and too big for my face. I didnt feel rushed at all here. Danicka ended up picking out the frames I got (which I looked over originally) and asked the other ladies opinions too. The entire staff just made me feel really good! My husband made an appointment too and Danicka was such a great help again!

I recently visited this Pearle Vision for an eyeglass repair. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Miss Marjorie and Tina. I highly recommend them.

This Flint location has excellent customer service and always satisfies my needs! Great variety of glasses as well.

I called to make a appointment and the man who answered the phone was extremely rude. He said hello and began speaking with someone else and snapped at me for saying hello back because he was talking to someone else. He asked what I needed, not how can I help you, and I said to schedule an exam. He asked when I wanted to come in and I said Sunday. He tells me they arent open on Sunday. I said the website said they were where he proceeded to tell me, well it shouldnt because were not. The more questions I asked the worse he behaved. He was a very rude, miserable person and I will not waste my time or money here. If the person answering the phone is that horrible I can only image what in person service would be like.

My father and I went here for new glasses, everything went well until I got my new glasses. My new glasses were blurry and they told me it would take a few weeks or months for my eyes to adjust, as the time goes by I went back and told them that they are blurry and they told my I still wasnt adjusted and more time passes. After 3 months I go back and they are still blurry and then they tell me after 3 months my insurance wont help me, even after they are the ones who told me to wait, I trusted their professional opinion and I ended up with blurry vision not pearl vision. My family and I will not be doing buisness with pearl vision as long as we live.
