Last Saturday I went to Krogers to buy a bouquet of flowers for a friend. The person who normally works in the floral section was out that day, so a woman named Vickie came over from another department to help me. She was very kind, friendly, polite and helpful. She was very knowledgeable about the different types of flowers, and she helped me pick out a beautiful arrangement. Vickie went above and beyond, and I was very impressed with her excellent customer service skills. She is definitely a valuable asset to Kroger!

Set up pickup for 2-3 pm, was called around 2 and told my order would not be ready until 330pm. I arrived at 330 and have been sitting here now for 45min (currently 413) I can’t reach anyone inside and no one has called me back. I think we will be switching back to Amazon grocery, more communication is needed.

Store is very clean and organized. Shelves were very stocked. Staff very friendly. This is our go to place for groceries even though it is not the closest store to our house.

I have been shopping with and filling prescriptions with Kroger over the last year, and will never return to this Kroger. I recently moved to Flower mound and had my scripts transferred here. The pharmacist was so incredibly rude and unprofessional. that I am not even going to shop for my groceries here anymore. Girlfriend and I saw several packs of lunch meat over 3 weeks beyond the expiration date. Dust all over the produce. What. A. Shame.

This place has really taken a dive. Meat that appears to be going bad, turning brown. Produce that is anything but fresh. Forced self check outs with only one human cashier, who is slow, rude, and especially rude to women. Really bad staff poor lighting. Just overall a disappointing experience.Update September 2021- the store overall seems to have taken a slight turn for the better but I have been waiting over 30 minutes for a deli order. It is not the staff. The woman working the order is doing the best she can with a backlog of at least 6 orders ahead. The real issue is that the store leadership will not staff the deli counter with enough staff during busy peak periods. This is a leadership failure, not a staffing issue. Still one star!!!

After waiting almost two hours to pick up our Kroger order, the manager Pedro told us that our order wouldn’t be ready for another TWO hours. There were a line of cars waiting and instead of going car to car explaining the situation we had to wait in line confused and waiting without any explanation. We understand being short staffed, but the lack of communication is extremely concerning. Word of advice, let your customers know what’s going on. another Kroger location let us know that they were too short staffed to fill our order ahead of time. Try that next time. Absolutely ridiculous that an order was said to be filled when it wasn’t after two hours of waiting. Management needs help and serious customer service skills regarding appropriate communication to loyal customers.

I usually come at night, and the night manager likes to stick the new employees on registers and then ignores when they try to call for help. I just had a question about rain checks and three other people were at customer service waiting on a manager who never showed up.

The young cashiers and baggers are lazy, and need more training on customer service. Floral department is unorganized, and seem lazy too. If your going to work somewhere, work...and don’t get irritated when you have to double bag items or restock flowers (inventory low) The men working in the meat department are awesome though 5/5 for them. Nice, professional, and keep their area clean.

I used to love this store, but in the last 6 months to a year, the staff is very rude and doesn’t want to help you at all. I bought some wine with a higher price than what was on the sign. I went back after calling and there wasn’t one person there that wanted to make it right! Very disappointed in customer service at this location. If it doesn’t ring up correctly they say it’s a corporate problem and there is nothing they can do. To me this is horrible customer service and pure laziness. I won’t be shopping at this location again. I will drive out of my way to shop from now on.

If I could rate this location zero stars, I would. The produce is sickening (see the flys that cover the rotten red onion?!) and the organization of the store is laughable. Employees have generally been pleasant and I dont like to criticize a location that has good people trying to make a living, so I can only attribute the horrors of this location to the management. Milk and cheese is spread out among 3 different locations within the store making it very difficult to shop. If you might be interested in an organic product, you can not simply go to the isle that contains your category of interest ; instead you have to shop within the specific organic section that contains everything organic from pasta sauce to crackers which is frustrating and inconvenient to the point that I end up with fewer organic products that I might purchase otherwise. I hate this store. There is flour under the sign that says sugar, and sugar under the sign that says flour. ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS SWITCH THE SIGNS! The fresh ground peanut butter machine is often out of service or poorly stocked with containers or the machine is out of service. There are very few cashiers on staff at all times and the self check out is not reliable. Avoid this Kroger. See pictures for proof.

Clean & orderly, well stocked.

Sad thing is I’m not even shopping for myself, I’m shopping for someone else through Instacart. They have limited selection of what the customer want on top of having nats and flys on there produce items. The deli is very slow and don’t even acknowledge you and walk back and forth until they’re ready to help you.

My cashier was helpful. But this guy named Sam that my cashier asked a question for me, that guy was rude and abrupt towards my cashier and me.

Please, whoever came up with the idea of moving stuff around, should be fired. It’s almost impossible to find things now. Leave it alone!! Worst move ever!!

Very nice Kroger. Clean and well laid out

I bought groceries on 2/11/21 this past Thursday and specifically bought kite hill cream cheese, I didn’t bother to look at the best by date until I already used it and when I finally looked the best by date on the cream cheese is 1/30/21 so that cheese is 2 weeks old basically and I ate it!!!

Under staffed and clearly over worked.

If you go to this location, I suggest to keep your shopping list short. We have been loyal Kroger customers since they opened the store at The Pines in Flower Mound, TX. In the last year the self checkout lines have increased and the open cashier checkout lines have decreased in quantity and hours of service. We are disheartened to see Kroger take the direction of low customer service. I envision it will someday look similar to the Walmart in Lewisville, which is now fully self checkout. The loss of customer service is another casualty of greedy corporations. It’s frustrating and time consuming to check out and bag my groceries when this service was previously provided by paid employees of Kroger. Multiple times an attendant is needed to assist with some issue with checkout which takes even more time and frustration. Purchasing a typical large basket of groceries in this manner is not customer friendly.

Krogers always has fresh produce and meat. Friendly and fast service.

I Love Kroger but this particular one really needs staff retraining and possibly a new manager. The staff is rude and can care less about helping you. They stand around talking and watching their phones. In particular the self checkout in the morning with the old lady is horrendous as well as the customer service counter.

Kroger has dairy free options which is great because my wife and my father in law cannot have milk products.

Just went to Kroger for gas. Like Tom Thumb, unless its on sale, the groceries are too expensive for anyone.

Very delightful super market with all your needs. Great prices on certain items. Milk $1.39. Cereal coupon was good for 5 boxes for .49 cents a piece. Download the app to get digital coupons plus in store savings. Wont be disappointed.

The store is nice but they need more employees working the Pick Up bays. I had to wait 10 minutes just to get into a bay, then another 20-25 minutes to pick up my food. Maybe better time management? Or not booking so many people at certain times.

They are not open Christmas day.... at the very least they could change the hours on this app

Kroger is a great place! Basic grocery store but has a great selection for everyone. Especillay vegan and vegetarian things and they always have weekly deals and grocery delivery (in specific areas).

Disrespectful and careless staff. My mom was at self checkout trying to bag her items when the woman running self check out told a man and HELPED him start ringing stuff when she wasn’t done because he was in a “hurry” in the middle of a pandemic. Even after she said excuse me I’m not done the woman ignored her and kept helping him as if she wasn’t there. The. When she spoke to a manager he had no badge and didn’t care either. Nice to know this staff doesn’t care about getting people sick and is disrespectful enough to act like what they did was okay. Not shopping here again. We always have issues with this store and it’s dirty.

This store is always clean, stocked and easy to get around. Never too crowded and all the store brand stuff is quality. Meat department is a hidden gem; they got some good steak back there. They even have a Sushi Chef who prepares all the boxed up sushi and I was really surprised that their Dragon Roll was amazing! Love this place.

I love this Kroger. My boyfriend and I do all of our grocery shopping here and have never had any issues in 2 years. Vicky at the deli is very nice, she always puts a smile on my face when we visit. I would recommend this Kroger to a friend.

Had scheduled a pickup today at Kroger, Pines, Flower Mound location. Got a rotten Pineapple. Not shopping there again, atleast not a pickup where you have to trust the staff who care not for the customers.

After repeated negative experiences with this particular Kroger location, Ive come to my senses and decided to no longer shop here. Why should I continue to spend my dollars here when I keep having unsatisfactory experiences...ranging from 30 mins to get a receipt (why have a self-checkout lane open if the printer isnt printing properly) to a rude self-checkout attendant that called the manager instead of addressing the price discrepancy. After 10 mins of waiting for the manager, I called the rude attendant over and informed her to void the order because I was leaving. Regional management need to do some secret shoppers studies for this location as to gain a better understanding of what happens in this store.

They have a child going up & down the isles asking for donations for back to school supplies. You can put a booth at the front of the store by the entrance/exit but don’t you dare just have someone annoying me while I try to grab something quick.I thought being harassed like this was illegal but guess not.Quick checkout is anything but here.Either way, horrible management for allowing this to take place.I will never shop here again.

Good sale price on soft drinks

Typical Kroger. This one is a Kroger Signature, not a Marketplace store, but it has all the offerings for everyday groceries. It has easy entrances from both corner streets and it also has a gas station at this location. Clean.

Went in to place an order for a cake. Lady in the back made eye contact but didn’t bother to ask if I needed help. After looking through their cake menu I finally ask the lady if there’s anyone here that can help me. She says “yes me what do you want” I ask her if I can place a cake order for Friday and she said no totally booked I’m not taking anymore order rudely. She could have said it nicely or even professionally. Don’t like your job then you shouldn’t be working there.

This Kroger is beautiful and the staff is usually nice. But DONT ORDER CLICKLIST FROM THEM! This is the second time Ive received ROTTEN and RANCID food! This week it was rancid chicken. I gaged when I opened it. It was before the sell by date and a day after I purchased it and it had been in our fridge the whole time. I also received a pack of adorbs (like a Cutie or a Halo?) 3 in the pack were growing mild and 2 were completely rotten and oozing! Seriously gross. Do better Kroger.

Best Kroger I have ever been in.Cashiers are nice and friendly and seem to enjoy their jobs.there is help on every corner you turn in store.Even if lines are long they move so quickly. Never had a bad experience in this location. You will love it

Every time Ive been here its been 5-star worthy except this time. My only complaint is with the attitude of the customer service person and her unwillingness to even hear what the problem was. All she did was point at the weekly ad and say, it says right here. She asked 0 questions and offered 0 solutions. Everyone else working there is polite and very helpful. Meat/produce is excellent.

Great store. The cashier at self check out was amazing and kept the kidos cool with awsome stickers. Mostly clean except the open top freezers; when there empty you can see lots of animal blood and trash down in side. Altogether a wonderful store and staff. Thanks!

My husband and I shop Kroger for vegetables and fruits. We love there veggies and fruits. So tasty and yummy!

No one to check you out!

Manager Phil is defensive of well substantiated criticism of the staff.Staff there have little desire to help or even be welcoming to on several occasions.Phil said they are implementing courteous training but he himself shows he leads by example in defensiveness rather than accommodating public relations.Kroger upper management needs to address this stores serious issues.

If I go in for 10 things they are out of 3 of them. If I go for 50 things, theyre out of 10 of them and I end up going to another store to finish. They frequently use deceptive pricing to make larger quantity items look cheaper, when in actuality they are charging more per volume for the larger quantity. You have to be very careful. After 7 years, I give up and change stores. Tired of going in and waiting in line to serve myself at checkout.

One of the best kroggers I have been to. By the side of FM 3040 at flower mound, this place has all the required things for a quick visit. This place sells firewoods as well.

The produce department was full of fruit flies. Every type of fruit was loaded with them. The fresh meats & seafood had black flies on them so I opted for packaged salmon instead. Overall I found the store to be messy. Certainly not a sanitary place to buy meats & produce, in my opinion. Id give it zero stars if I could.

So I actually (did) WORK here, Ive been coming here for 9 years for groceries from age 10-19. The store is nice, it sometimes surprises me what we got in stock. The biggest issue is that sometimes things are not in stock and dont come back for a while. Customers tend to get pissed with us about it. Our customer service is very nice, but seriously, if you want our attention please speak up, dont just sit there and expect us to turn around knowing youre there.

Get location, even has a gasoline station. The produce is excellent and the bakery produced great products. The butcher shop closes down around 9PM, the staff is friendly.

Bought Triple chocolate cool cake here. It was fantastic. Greatly baked. Enjoyed each bite.

Good meat and fish selection. Sushi made onsite daily. Good local beer selection as well. Store is kept up nicely.

Oh my God how to say Kroger is my favorite store, usually go to the one in Southlake but I happen to be near flower mound so I ended up to this Kroger probably the worst ever will never be back again I went for the Saturday special which at 1 oclock in the afternoon they were out, A Kroger employee told me to choose something else and take it to the register they will give me the same price when I hit the register Marie ask the manager and they both said no anyways she complain about how can they have that kind of special that they should not have it because people would take advantage. Anyways I left sad and disappointed how can the Southlake store be a 10 on customer satisfaction and this Kroger in flower mound can have a zero on customer satisfaction I wish all Krogers would be the same.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Prices are competitive to Wal-Mart on most things. Always stocked well.

Really nice neighborhood supermarket.

Im not sure how this place has good reviews. Ive tried shopping at this Kroger a few times and prefer to drive the extra 5 minutes to the Coppell store which seems to have much wider selections and better trained staff. This Flower Mound location has rude customer service reps, inattentive meat counter staff, lack of normal selections you find at other Kroger stores, and my digital coupons never seem to work at self-check. Save yourself the headache and go to one of the many other locations that understand customer needs!

This is my favorite Kroger. They have a large selection of health food and deli meat without preservatives. The employees are always friendly and its a clean store.

Had very reasonable pricing, staff was spread out throughout store where if you needed help someone was nearby, quality brands & everything in meat or dairy section was not close to expiring. Much quieter experience than an overcrowded super store.

Courteous customer service and quick lanes (15 items or less)Ill note that the sushi counter was not staffed at the time and flies were gathered on some of the goods that had not been packaged yet.

Store is clean and well organized, staff is polite. The reason I dont give them 5 stars is prices and the boldness to put low price on items significantly more expensive than in other stores. For example Kraft string cheese 12 pack is advertised as low price at $4.29 while Walmart sells it with no huss about it under $3.50. Fresh onion is 1/3 of Walmarts package at the same price (thats regular, not organic)To their credit they do have good sells on meat when expiration date is close by.

I love this place. They make the best custom spicy crunchy roll.

I went in for a couple items coffee, creamer. Some crasins and some ice cream sandwiches. Everything I wanted was there except 100% arabica bean french roast in the kroger brand like I get at walmart in the store brand. The kroger coffee brand is coffee no doubt a mix of arabica and the cheaper higher caffiene coffee with more after taste. However prices there for what I Needed were good and self checkout was no problem.

Poor customer service in the bakery. Called about caramel apples that were posted on the website. The response was We dont do that. My reply was your website says you do only to be told Not in this department. Horrible experience.

Went to get cigarettes from the gas station hut as I usually do and theres always this young man kolbe who always makes me laugh hysterically! He always brightens up my day and plan to keep going there!

The produce selection is abundant and fresh. They always seem to have everything I am looking for at good prices.

Don’t get click list at this location. Can take anywhere from 20-45 minutes. This is my average after about 12-15 pick ups. I’m officially done! Going down to market street.

The pharmacy here is nothing short of fantastic. Dairy and produce are also outstanding.Now for the not so good. The meat department is sketchy. I dont buy meat that they package in store because I have gotten sick. Customer service ends at 8 pm. If you need help for a refund or anything customer service related, you can forget about it.
