My wife and I had a wonderful experience buying from the Holiday Budget center, we have very limited funds and credit but were still able to walk away with an amazing car thanks to the help of the team, particularly John Barber who helped us through every step and was incredibly kind and patient! Chris (I forget last name, apologies) also helped us find a great deal on a bank loan, even with our credit in the 600s. John was even kind enough to give us a follow-up call on the vehicle a few days after purchase. I would highly recommend to anyone in the area looking for a good deal and a well-trained, polite and helpful team.

We purchased a used vehicle from the budget center about 6 weeks ago and had a great experience. I always hated the idea of going to a dealership, but Holiday Automotive really focuses on the customer rather than the sale. Working with Scott and Chris was a great and laid back experience. The fact that they arent commission-based made it stress and hassle free and Scott helped us find the perfect vehicle within our budget. I would highly recommend going here if you need a used car!!

We had a really great experience when we bought are vehicles. They will go the extra mile to help you out as much as they can. The only thing that I disliked and felt weird to me is not being able to take your vehicle home that day and having to come back the next day to get it. Because of the finish product they put on it. As a person who has never had a new car before, I was very nervous going car shopping in hopes of finding something I liked. The fear of finding a salesman that just wanted to sell me a car for his own benefit truly scared me as I’m only 19 years old and probably pretty gullible to anyone there as I know nothing about cars! I’m giving a low rating because the man who sold me the car Jason Kirsch did not give quality customer service, he was dishonest and now I have to get my new car serviced a month after I bought it. He was hard to get in touch with, put other clients before me even though I had scheduled an appointment in advance. There was an issue with selling my car through him and the payment I received was less than the amount agreed upon. It was incredibly insulting and inconvenient to get fixed, it leads me to believe he was trying to take advantage of me. Not only that but The car started having brake issues even though he told me that was on the list of maintenance done to the car before they put it up for sale. I understand they work off commission and want to get the most for a sale but I believe he could have made off just fine without trying to trick me or be dishonest. I was not treated well by this salesman and I would not recommend going to see Jason Kirsch.

At holiday budget Center I had a great experience, the guy named Bo help me find the perfect car for me. He was nothing but helpful and he helped me from the beginning to the end with a smile on his face... Sean which is his boss gave me nothing but good information and he broke everything down to me in the best way to the point that I understood how to finance my car in a good way and on top of that fix my credit along the way. Id go zero stars if I could,, I will never purchase another vehicle here again in the past year and a half had 2 vehicles that only after a month had multiple issues including needing a brand new transmission put into one after being told multiple times by the techs theres nothing wrong tell it literally reved on its own to high rpm and was shifting terribly I had to record it or they wouldnt believe me at all, multiple ppl have asked me about this place now and I tell them all go someplace else they seem friendly but the vehicles are a joke. Update to the response I was told multiple times were sorry and that there was nothing they could do to help so my statements all stand, nice peoplel but any further car purchases will be made anywhere else so disappointing when your told multibe times well work this out and come up with a deal that makes everyone happy, just to have a couple days later it turn to there nothing we can do to help sorry....

The team here at the budget center was a blessing to work with, John barber was so extremely friendly, caring and helped me find what I wanted but also what worked for me. He answered any question I had, he made the prosses super smooth and easy. He even came in on his day off so we could finalize everything so I could take the vehicle home. The financial team there was a just as helpful sean went over many different things with me to help me understand what the banks wanted so we could get myself financed. This team is amazing! An entire week wasted! Bought my vehicle not even 2 years ago. Have had more issues then not. Was told with this last one as it was transmission they were gonna help, weather it be trade in. Take off something off my bill. All I got was a run around. I went in today to get my car that I had take to somewhere else asked about the whats being taken off my bill. I like the simplified pricing, makes it really easy to decide if I want to buy of not. Also makes the sales people less pushy when they are trying to sell you a car. In fact I feel they are more helpful in finding the type of car that you need. That is exactly how I felt working with Chris at holiday. He helped me find the type of car I needed.

My daughter and I both bought cars here 2 yrs ago, mine needed 3 major repairs in first month, plus used oil they said was normal. My daughters car had electrical issues they never resolved,now motor is junk . They dont stand behind whatthey sell they get junk in and turn around and sell the junk too

This is my second and last car buying experience at budget. They got me financed and everything, however, I didnt feel like a priority to them in my mind. I figure because I was buying a 8000 dollar car and not something more expensive. They did fix the moon roof before I got it. However, the day after I received the car, I messaged the salesman Eric to let him know the timing belt was slipping. Its five days later and still no response. He is the salesman I bought my first car with and honestly, it was a better experience. Once they have your money, seems like they dont care if they even get back to you. I also had an experience with Zack this time, he was very helpful and its actually him who helped me find the car. If I could have given him the commission this time, I would have.

We purchased our 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan (used) a few years ago. It was exactly as expected and described. We have had no issues with it whatsoever. Great team to work with between sales and financing. They were very friendly, honest, took their time with us and didnt rush us, and there were no high pressure sales or shady tactics to try to push a sale. Gave us a fair trade-in value for our vehicle. Great experience! We would work with them again.

When looking for a newer truck for my boyfriend, every thing in our area was outrageously priced compared to every thing north of Madison. We found a truck finally at Holiday. We called to make an appt for a test drive, but when we got there the truck was already sold. The salesman was great. He said Lets find you a truck. And they did! It was in pristine condition and was worth the drive up. We test drove the exact same truck in our home area and the price difference between the two? Almost $5,000 difference. The drive to Holiday is worth it. When my nieces mother was looking to buy, I told her you arent going anywhere other than Holiday! Drove her up and with two test drives in, she found a great deal on a great vehicle (and not the one she thought she wanted). They treat you right and they are worth the visit!

A month after having the car the tie rod broke now a year later my mechanic tells me its not even worth the value of the car to fix all that is wrong with the undercarriage of the car. This is not the first time they have sold us a lemon 1st time 15 years ago the transmission went out 3 times in a year and a half of owning it. Took a chance on them again because I was told they changed... nothing has changed fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me ... never again you just lost alot of business with 3 daughters coming of age to drive I just cant trust they would be safe in one of these lemons.

OMG!!!!!!! First let me start by saying I have challenging credit which made it difficult for me to find a bank who would give me a car loan, so upon reading the reviews on Google I decided to give Holiday Automotive a call which was the best decision I have made. John Barber and Sean Avilez worked so hard to not only get me approved but made sure I drove off the lot with the car I wanted. I just want to say THANK YOU GUYS sooooo much, I will forever appreciate you two. For anyone who is currently in the market for a new vehicle I would highly recommend Holiday Automotive 100%.

I don’t recommend going here. I had bought a warranty stating if my car was out for what ever reason and I brought my car to their shop, that my rental would be covered. Well my car was in the shop being repaired and Andy Steger stated, come to Holiday we have a rental here waiting for you so I said great, well I get a call back about 20 minutes later with Andy on the line stating “I’m sorry to inform you our rental just broke down, you have to go to enterprise” so I thought that was odd and unsafe. So I said okay, he then stated go to Enterprise and put it under Holiday we will pay for it it’s covered. I said great! Well it turns out Enterprise charged me $70 a week I had it for a little under a month. They then called me stating my bill was $689 and I said what!? They stated Holiday was not paying for my rental so they took out $500 that day. I called Holiday and they asked why they’d be paying for the rental? Because Andy said in the warranty I bought it was covered Andy directed me to Enterprise because it was covered they stated they’d call me back and never did. Today Enterprise has taken another $603 and then took out an additional $284 that in total is over $1600, how is that even possible for a rental?? I called Enterprise today then they stated I owed over $1000, the first time they called it was only $689? How is that even possible, they said Holiday stated they aren’t paying for any of it. So today I am getting a lawyer because this just isn’t right and I am getting a lawsuit.

I scheduled an appointment to test drive a vehicle on their lot 2 days ahead of time. The dealership informed me that no other sales were present on the vehicle I was going to test drive. I arrived at the dealership early for my appointment only to be told that it had already been sold. I was never notified of this before I drove all the way out there, and it has soured my whole car shopping experience.

Knowing that a newer car was in our future, my husband & I had stopped at Holiday to just look at what was out there. I had a few vehicles in mind but price & mileage was very important. Robert Woods, a holiday salesperson walked us through the lot showing us different options & making a few suggestions of vehicles that he thought may also fit our needs. We felt very comfortable with Robert & with his help, 2 days later I am now the proud & excited owner of a new vehicle. We never felt pushed or pressured - being in sales myself, that was greatly appreciated! Robert came in on his day off to help move the sale along & also took the time to go out of his way to hand deliver a briefcase that I had left behind. What great customer service! First, I was told the car was detailed, only to later find a sticky substance in crevices on the steering wheel, in the creases in the driver door, and in the center console when I opened it all the way. I was pressured pretty hard by the dealer to buy the car so they could beat their sales plan for the month. I wasnt put off by it at the moment because I was focused on the car, but the dealer kept pushing the following day. I also felt it was off putting to state the Van Horn sells questionable cars and Bergstrom hikes prices up, so the safest bet is to go with Holiday. Overall, a very poor experience, and Im unsure if I would support anyone giving them a try. Finally it was extremely convenient for them to say the price accounts for every single issue I point out.The one pro I will give them is they mostly fixed a broken door and had a rental for me when I asked on the spot. The door still only functions half of the time, but better than completely broken.

Very happy with the car, the whole crew at the budget center went above and beyond expectation to make this deal to go thru for me. Would highly recommend them to anyone buying a vehicle.

Insults were made to me during negotiating a fair price from a salesmen Tony for not wanting to pay way over retail. They wanted 3k over high kelly blue book! Ridiculous! Definitely not worth a drive. Would never recommend buying a thing from them.

I had such a great experience with the Holiday Budget Center. I actually went to them as a last resort because I didnt think theyd be able to help. I now know that I should have gone to them first. I have very poor credit because of several issues. After they ran my credit they didnt come to me and tell me everything Ive done wrong, they just said here are our options I think this and this might work lets try. After running my credit, they didnt give up and just tell me sorry cant help you. I would highly recommend the Budget Center to anyone!

Sold me a vehicle that needed several repairs right away, and was in the shop several times within the first few months. This has been a big inconvenience. I would not recommend buying with holiday budget. They are over priced, and not too reliable in my opinion!

I had recently purchased a used 2006 Jeep Commander from Holidays Budget center and Im very pleased with the service Id received and how comfortable I was through out the whole process. I wasnt once asked or pushed to purchased anything I wasnt interested in and didnt need, I had the opportunity to work with Doug Vanderhaar and hed made my experience that much more at ease. Doug helped me through my process and I was very much pleased on how not stressful it was, I was expecting to be pushed to purchase a vehicle I couldnt afford and that wasnt the case. Thank you Holiday and thank you very much Doug you made my first experience of buying a vehicle very easy and stress free, Ill definitely come back to Holiday in the future.

Our sales rep was Chris, when i say ours Im speaking of my cosigner and myself. I was looking to buy a vehicle, but was concerned about the mileage on everything I liked, another man Sean came back with Chris and started to discuss the option if leasing. He made it clear he didnt want to keep us from buying, just throwing another option out there. Which after hearing all the options from both he and Chris, who wouldnt lease, bumper to bumper warranty . Sean left and we continued with Chris, the first words out of my mouth were NO Equinox!! Just about everyone in my apartment building has one, and about every 3rd person in town has one. I told him what my interests were Nissan Rogue, Jeep grand Cherokee, or Acadia. We ended up with an Equinox that my cosigner loves...guess Ill learn to like it. 😞I do have to say although Im not thrilled with the Equinox, all in all we had a positive experience.Sorry about the prior review, I wrote it while parked and counted 6 Equinox drive pass, hot flash moment 😉

I would definitely recommend Holiday Automotive – Budget Center. I worked with Chris Holmes. I was looking for a budget car, because I didn’t want to take out a loan. You know how you see the salesperson coming and instantly feel uncomfortable? Well, it was not like that. Chris asked if we wanted help or if we just wanted to look. There was no pressure. He knew the cars on the lot and told us about them. He was very clear when he explained things about the car and things they would or would not fix before the sale. So many times salespeople are vague and I feel they are hiding something. I did not feel this way with Chris. This car had not been cleaned or detailed yet and I close to take a discount and not have them do the detailing. Chris went out of his way to power wash the car anyway and he made sure they buffed the lights to clear the lenses. My experience was the first that I have had where I felt good about buying a car.
