Great experience! I found my car on their online site but this dealership was two and a half hours away and I never thought Id get up there especially with a trade in and everything. Holiday Mazda worked with me on everything and responded quick. They were able to give me an accurate and fair price, a fair number for my trade, and ultimately everything was pretty much done before I even walked in the dealership. My salesmen, Dan Eick was awesome and made everything pretty easy. When I got to finance I thought everything was to be a pain like they are at every dealership. Not here. Buying experience was great!! The detailing of interior of car was horrible. Looked like they took a quick vacuum and wipe down with dry cloth and that was it.

The car I was interested was actually sold before I got to test drive it, but Scott called me the same day to let me know he had exactly the car I was looking for coming to his lot shortly after. I would give zero stars if I could! My husband had been looking at a specific used vehicle, when he called he was told he was being transferred to the salesperson for that vehicle. We live 45 minutes to an hour away, he left work early and told the “salesperson” that we would be there before 6 to test drive and start the paperwork. Turns out he talked to a receptionist not a salesperson! They sold the vehicle that afternoon and since we never talked to a salesperson they didn’t even know we were coming let alone call us! All I can say is MAKE SURE you are speaking to a salesperson but be warned, they may just sell the vehicle on you, not tell you and try to push a completely different vehicle on you. NOT IMPRESSED!!!

Subsequently, we talked Sam, a sales person there, who provided further information that we needed. Next day, we drove up to the dealership and purchased the vehicle from him. The transaction went very smoothly, and was carried out promptly. Sam was very courteous, friendly, and fun to work with. I recommend him wholeheartedly to anyone who is in the market and looking to buy a vehicle.

I have bought CX5 for my son in Feb 2021. Tyler Sommerfeldt is the Sales manager. He did an excellent job providing best offer. I have also purchased accessories like rubber floor mats, cargo tray and lug nuts. Lug nuts were shipped and I was told the remaining 2 items are back order and will ship from parts department directly when available. I have contacted via email in May 2021. Parts manager (Ben Wempner) responded saying that these parts are available and be shipped right away. I have waited for one week and sent an email asking for the status. No response. Finally, I gave up and sent an email copying Tyler saying that I will buy my own and no need to reimburse. No reply as a courtesy.I still do not know what was the reason ignoring my emails.

I would definately recommend you to ask for Sam V. at Mazda. He treated me with respect and really listened to what I had to say. I was in the market for a used vehicle and found exactly what I was looking for.I was able to take the vehicle home to check if it would fit in the garage and would pass my winter hill test. Mazda was also able to sell me a 60 month warranty to protect my purchase. It was a great experience.

This is a great dealership, excellent service department, however, only buy new cars on a sunny day when you can really inspect the paint. They must use paper towels or some other abrasive cloth to wash cars because my brand new car has scratches all over it. I purchased on a cloudy day and did not realize how marred the paint was until I got home and saw the car under the garage lights. I would only order cars from here and insist that they don’t touch the car when it comes off the truck.

After being repeatedly lied to and strung along by Russ Darrow Metro Mazda, it was such a relief to work with Hannah, who was helpful, honest and responsive.I called right before they closed to discuss buying a used car, and by early the next morning Hannah had emailed me the purchase contract and responded to all of my questions about the vehicle. She offered to set up home delivery, but I decided to drive up to Fond du Lac to see it first. I noticed a scratch on the car, and while we worked on paperwork, someone from the body shop buffed and touched up the scratch so it looked like new.Hannah and everyone we interacted with were friendly and helpful, and the entire purchasing process was completely painless. I had purchased a Mazda 3 a few months ago, I had experienced a couple issues and brought it in to have it looked at. I ended up having to get new tires, brakes, and needed an alignment fixed. I expected to be spending between $500-$1000 for the repairs, but Holiday Mazda and Buck worked with me and I only ended owing a fraction of the amount I was expecting. I would like to take a minute to rate my recent experience of buying 2020 CX5 with Holiday Mazda, Fond du Lac. This was very smooth process from beginning to end. More specifically I would like to give high praise to the salesperson “John Krug”. Not only he was extremely genuine gentleman, but also a true and honest professional which made me drive more than an hour distance to his dealership even if there are many MAZDA dealerships close to my place (within 10-15 miles). He is very knowledgeable, very straight forward and very patient. If anyone shopping in this area, I would strongly recommend you check them out. Even if they don’t have car on their lot, they will do everything they can to get it delivered for you, in my case they got the car from Oshkosh dealership within few hours. 5 STARS!!!

But, my time in the ring was due, so I ventured from Madison to Fond du Lac (due to a horrible experience with Russ Darrow Mazda Service Dept in Madison I opted for a Mazda dealership other than them) and was paired up with John Krug at Holiday Mazda.I brought along my mother to really test Johns patience (dont tell my mother I wrote this) and if that werent enough, I spent 5 indecisive hours test driving a few Mazdas, asking countless questions, being mildly annoying and pretty much putting him through the gauntlet.John did not crack. John persevered. John did a lovely job of enduring and selling me a Mazda CX-5 in the end. He did it with grace, humor, knowledge and with about as much authenticity as you can get from someone with the title of salesman.Thanks to John and to Holiday Mazda for a PLEASANT and smooth transaction. Im not afraid to tell everyone I know when a place sucks serious bung (looking at you, Russ Darrow Mazda), but I would definitely recommend both Holiday Mazda and John specifically to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

I have to say I have mixed reviews. Everyone was friendly which was great. However, I was not happy about a couple of things. First no one indicated I could use my old plates. They assumed since I was not trading it in I need new plates. I am not a regular at purchasing a new vehicle so I thought they would have informed me of this. I could have kept my old plates. Second, I asked for someone to show me all the features of my new car..I even asked twice. But I left the lot not knowing all the features of my car since I was never shown these features. And as I understand that you are not a Subaru dealer I am finding out there are some specific features only subaru has. Wish I would have known all the things this car can do.

I called Holiday Mazda after receiving an unfavorable offer from another dealership. I was able to negotiate a fair price for the vehicle I wanted and the incentives were good. The buying process was quick and effective - took about two hours in my case. I noticed a slight dent in the vehicle after purchasing, and Holiday had the dent fixed by a specialist the next day, no questions asked. I felt as though the staff (I worked with Alex Marschall) cared about me and my needs throughout the process. They listened and identified needs that other dealers could not. I would highly recommend this dealership.

I was nervous to shop their lots while looking for a new car but I was beyond surprised with how patient and NOT pushy they were! I worked with Hannah at the Mazda store and Joe at the GM location. After months of much research into replacing our current vehicle, my wife and I recently purchased a 2020 Mazda CX-5 at this dealer. We received a very fair price, excellent financing terms (so much so that I decided not to pay cash), a great trade-in price, and a surprisingly pleasant, smooth, and no gimmicks buying experience. The staff was top notch, helpful, courteous, and really just fun to buy from. Kudos also to Kourtney our Financial Services Manager for being extraordinarily patient and pleasing working us through the paperwork. About two hours after arriving for our appointment with Tyler, our sales person, the buying process was complete, including a completely thorough, brilliant bumper-to-bumper demonstration by Tyler of everything we needed to know about all the features and benefits of the car. We drove away thrilled with our CX-5, and with the fun time buying it. We have purchased perhaps a dozen new car in the last fifty years and this experience was absolutely the best, easily outdistancing any of the others. We highly recommend Holiday Mazda.

I was able to come in on a Tuesday, take a look at multiple cars and then take time to make a decision with out feeling pressured to buy a car. The salesman, I worked with was also super knowledgeable about all of the cars I drove and help me decided on what was best for me, not the best sale for him. It also was super easy to come in and sign in the paper work. They did not push me to buy extra warranties and they are still available if I decide to add them later. I felt really well respected and they definitely earned my business in the future .

A few days after I bought my car I had a minor problem, when I took it back to see if they could help me with it Dean also went above and beyond to make sure the problem was taken care of. I was at end of lease with a Chevy Trax, I had gotten from Bergstroms in Neenah, and was planning on purchasing the vehicle. I kept calling but was unable to get them to return any calls. Holiday was friendly, professional, with a personal touch, and helped me quickly get into a new Mazda, which I love. My last three vehicle have been from Bergstroms, Holiday has converted me, I plan on getting any future vehicle purchases from Holiday.

I had a great experience with a new lease. I dont live nearby, so Kourtney was wonderful and was able to provide all the numbers via email before I could get in to complete the lease. When I stopped in, Logan and the finance team had everything ready to go and I was in and out with my new vehicle within 30 minutes (per my request)! Id highly recommend them!

We bought our previously leased Mazda 6 from here. Excellent service, kind and professional sales, very cool building, lots of smiles and yummy snacks. About 6 months later we were suspicious about the tires they replaced at purchase, as they seemed insufficient for the snow. We called to ask if this was the case, or if the car just handles poorly in snow. They shared that the tires were a part of a change they had made which they were disappointed in. Without any question, they offered to replace the full set, free of charge, as soon as the tires arrived after order. This process was unexpected, easy, and saved us about $1000. We couldnt be happier or feel more supported. Thanks guys! :)

Really great car buying experience. Found a vehicle I liked online (great pictures and descriptions). I pre applied for financing and stopped in the next day to test drive the car. They had it waiting out front and ready for me when I got there. Took a couple of days to think about it and came back on a Satuday morning. Everything went smoothly and I was out of there with my new car in under an hour.

Took car in for oil change and everything went good. Guy pulls it back out and car has no breaks. Tells us brake lines are shot. Very odd but possibly. Car is 5 years old, driven everyday, and has never had a leak spot in the driveway. I geuss with with Covid 19 thing going on business is slow so they will get you every way they can. Just odd car didnt have any problems before until it was taken in for a oil change.

I had heard from several people how awesome this dealership was but I now experienced it for myself. Tom was my sales rep but everyone there was exceptional from the finance department to technical. I had been trying to find a red CX-5 with a white interior and the GT premium package. A local Mazda dealership in Racine had found a car for me. I negotiated a price, agreed on my trade in value, signed an agreement, and put down a cash deposit. A cash deposit they sent me out to the bank to get before they would agree to bringing the car in from another dealer. A few hours later my sales rep sent me a text message stating the car had been sold so what other color or interior would I be interested in. I thought it was very unprofessional to sell a car that they didnt verify was available first. I asked for my cash back and they said if I didnt come back up there within 2 hours I would have to wait until their corporate office sent me a check. Regardless, a few days passed and I decided to do a 200 mile search for the red car I wanted. I came across the car they sold me, I verified the VIN # with the paperwork I had. I contacted Holiday Mazda and nobody had inquired about the car. I was lied to. They took my money and had absolutely no intention of selling that car to me. Wow, right? I wasnt sure if telling Holiday Mazda was the right thing to do but I did. They pretty much honored the deal I worked on with the Racine Mazda dealer and apologized for their unscrupulous behavior. Yes, they apologized for something they didnt do and honored the deal they didnt make. I dont really see a lot of service oriented businesses anymore so I had to write this review. We have two Mazda CX-5s now, its an incredible car. If you decide to get one go to Holiday Mazda, I drove over 100 miles to get there but it was worth it.

Prompt and very courteous service. What was going to be done and cost was explained in full before any work was started. Was made aware of the status of work being done throughout the whole process. Very satisfied.

I found the vehicles in stock refreshing different I enjoyed test driving several SUVs in one day than having to wait to drive them. The service was wonderful...... only draw back, I had hoped for a few free oil changes with purchase. Over all I would purchase here again.

Very very nice staff here! Always bring my car here and they take such good care of it. Free popcorn, cookies, and water while you wait. Buck the service consultant is very nice and keeps you updated on how your car is doing and get you in and out very fast! Highly recommended!

Weve had a very nice experience with everyone at Holiday Mazda. Tyler was very knowledgeable and helpful. They even came and took our car from our house, install Mazda Mobile Start and then return it...we leave about 1.5 hours from Fond du Lac. Thank you!
