Went 4 days so I called Nick in body shop he said Ill talk to salesman. And get right back to ya day later still get the run around. Found another dealer and wheels are done. All I wanted was my name on list was in no hurry. After all that. No intentions going back

A check engine light caused this visit and, even though OnStar attempted to diagnose it, I still needed to make the trip to the dealership. As it turned out, the car needed a new spark plug and a couple of other things, so its good I was there. I had made the appointment online, and the Service team was expecting me when I arrived... and even called me by name. That was nice! In less than two hours, they had the repair completed, and the car was cleaned and washed (even though it was drizzling outside). Chalk it up as another pleasant experience at Holiday!

I was caught in a snowstorm on a Thursday night and got a flat tire. I was working out of town and knew no one in the area. Fortunately, I came across the Holiday Cadillac dealership in Fon du Lac Wisconsin. They absolutely saved the day (and night) for me. It was a little past 5:00 pm and the service department had closed but one representative was still in the office, Kalen. Kalen not only allowed me to leave my vehicle at the dealership for evaluation the next day but, after I asked about getting a cab to take me back to my hotel, he offered to give me a ride himself! The next day he even arranged for the dealership shuttle service to pick me up from the hotel, take me to work and pick me up from work when I finished. A loaner vehicle was then offered for the weekend as the repairs wouldn’t be completed until the following week. The customer service and attention to detail with the repairs was beyond meticulous! I was so appreciative of the efforts by Kalen and the dealership, I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing automotive repairs. Excellent automotive service, very accommodating customer service and a true pleasure to work with!

The latest Cadillac vehicles (especially the XT6 and CT5) really appeal to me and are priced well in the market. If you havent driven a Cadillac lately, you need to give Holiday Cadillac a try!

The sales girl was awesome I bought two cars from her already but I am not happy with holiday at all two weeks after my car after I got my Cadillac change oil light came on and it keeps coming on and it was in for service for a couple of coil packs which I dont even know if they changed they say they did but its hard to tell but Im not happy with them I think theyre very rude and they dont explain things they just hand you some paperwork and say goodbye I think it sucks to be honest I wont buy another car from holiday ever

Not my 1st choice its my 2nd time going here I loved my sales person great experience there but trying to make deals is pulling teeth here and they always say rock bottom prices but when other dealers are giving better deals its better to shop around because it will be hard to bring them to a comfortable price range even when your willing to make changes to get it there the finance guy just doesnt like to meet you there. Example been buying Chevrolet Equinox for some time at Heisler in west bend just wanted to change up for convenience since I work and shop in fondy. This year leased another equinox hoping to get to or around the same price wasnt happening over 100 difference I couldnt do it I went from and LT AWD to a FWD ugly color demo that they had to get it down he came back and gave me a final price and I told him no it was to high he went back to work on his numbers he came back again and I said no he still to far away and he asked gain what my range was I told him what I was paying for a brand new SUV same car at the time that was a 2017 this was what I was paying and I already moved away from the LT AWD to help reduce the price and he was irritated you can see it. Well he said hed go back and look at the numbers and said my numbers are to low and if Id be ok around the 350 mark and I said if he can get around that Id be ok with it he walked away and said as he walked it might be 349.9 but I can get the deal made. Seriously why even botherselling cars people shop around why us it better at some places and not for others. If I didnt like my sales lady I would have just walked. I took more out if what i had to get the better deal they should have openly net me there to.
