Recently picked up a 2014 F-150 and was very pleased with the professional manner and customer service. Matt Claus, Chris, and Jenny in service did an great job both in the buying experience and some follow up service on the truck. Jenny has a number of awards on her counter, and I can see why she has them. Very knowledgeable and even had the mechanic come out to explain the work that was done. Matt does an excellent job of following up as well compared to other salesman who sell you the car, then hand you off and you dont hear from them again. It was worth the drive from southern Wisconsin to work with your dealership.

Holiday Ford informed me today that they would not provide the same discounts to people from “outside Fond du Lac” as they would for people living in Fond du Lac – I only live 40 miles away. Specifically, they would not honor Ford’s X-plan unless I was a resident of Fond du Lac proper. I’m not sure 40 miles really qualifies me as a “non-resident”, but it sure does alienate a customer! I wonder how that strategy will play-out once they’re looking for customers again?(Holiday Ford Review)

Showing up at 4:30 on a Friday, you might think they would be in a hurry to get out for the night, considering that they closed at 5:30. That was definitely not the case. We worked with their Rockstar Customer Experience Manager Joe, who was never pushy or salesy and made sure that we found the vehicle WE wanted. On top of that their CEO Thor made us feel more than welcome to be there from the time we arrived, until we left and had meaningful conversations about things other than buying vehicles, as did their Sales Manager Chris. To finish things off, Robby had our paperwork ready and completing the transaction was quick and painless. As a delivery driver, this has got to be one of the WORST setups for big trucks. Complicated rocket science in terms of how businesses cant survive without the trucker delivering supplies, yet make it a struggle for us by the design of this property. Swapping product out here was also a nightmare. Makes perfect sense to work against the delivery personnel rather than try to assist them so they can easily get to their next customer.How I was treated at places impacts my decision to return as a customer and Holiday is definitely on the Do not patronize list.

Great Customer Service!!!!!! My daughter is at college in Fond Du Lac and there was a recall on her car. My wife and I planned on coming up for parents weekend. On Thursday she calls me and said her car would not go into park. Long story short it was related to the recall. On Saturday I stopped in to the service partner to see if I could schedule the recall appointment. I told them the car would not turn on and we may need a tow. A service tech, Jake, said the car was probably not in park and that was why it won’t turn on. Jake offered to follow me to the car and take a look and get it running if he could do I could drive it back to the dealership. He did exactly that so I drove it to the dealership where he completed the repairs in 20 minutes and I was back on the road. Thank you so much for the very friendly and quick service. A special thank you to Jake for going the extra mile, pun intended. I am very happy to have the s issues resolved so quickly. .

I bought a new 2019 explorer sport from them and loved it. Unfortunately the car was hit by another driver shortly after I bought it. This put me in a very tight spot since I had a change in situation and would need a truck. I talked with several other dealers and no one wanted to make me an offer on my car to trade in. Holiday went way out of their way to help me out and get me into a new truck. I also would like to say that my salesman Matthew Claus was the best I have ever worked with. I told him what I was looking for in a truck. He said I know exactly what you mean and I have a truck I think you will like. When he showed me the truck he was right it was exactly what I was looking for even the stuff I didnt remember to mention. I am normally the type to search myself and find the vehicle i am looking for but I completely missed this truck while looking. Im from Iowa and on my way to the Green Bay game this weekend my truck broke down. I was able to get it to Holiday... after their service department had closed on a Saturday. Ned, the general manager, let us use a truck to get to the game no charge to us. Now Ive never been a dealership kind of a guy. I always felt like they were trying to get as much money from me as possible. Not Holiday. They were only focused on helping us get to the game. Packers won so we had a good time😉. Then Monday morning, Tim and Red in the service department got me taken care of first thing. Red gave me the options I had to get it fixed. He told me what he recommended but also gave me cheaper options. Most places wont do that. They got it fixed faster than they predicted and for less than they quoted! Couldnt be happier with my experience at Holiday. In a world where customer service is almost non existent, Holiday is setting the standard. I wish Holiday Ford wasnt 4 hrs away or they would have 100% of my business.

The finance office is challenged. Sales told me one finance number to get an extra $1000.00 but when I was in the finance office the number changed. It had been over three days with no communication then a surprise once I sat down to do the paperwork Finance said I had a zero credit score so the loan rate jacked up. My FICO score is excellent according to my bank. I pay as I go. Bait and switch in my book. They make money on the loan rate. Buyer beware. Ask questions and keep hard copies of everything.

Once we found the Jeep we wanted Matt did a great job running through the payment options for us, we weren’t even expecting to purchase a vehicle that day but after the time we spent at Holiday were sold on everything.
