I went there to do face waxing and got back with the big redness and scar on my face. And the worst thing it doesnt go away. She tried to pull the wax off when it was still hot. Definitely wrong place to do face waxing.

I walked in and waited for 20 minutes for my turn when there was only two ladies to cut hair. She finshed and another man walks in, sits for five seconds and is told to come sit with her. She acknowleged me and proceeded to take the other gemtlemen that looked more hispanic. I may not be able to speak Spanish, but the last time I went there, the old lady took me in immediately when its my turn and despite the language barrier, gave me a good haircut.Whoever the lady was working closest to the door around 2:00pm needs to know to not take in the ones looking more hispanic. I was the only one waiting before he came in.

Clean room and good attention, I was satisfied with my choice.

Aware from La Sierra. They ran from there and they came for aqua. They cut well in my opinion but the problem is that there are times when there is favor or preference for other clients. The other day I had put the name of my sister and I on the list. It was my turn to go, but my sister was briquetted more than once in favor of a family well known by a hairdresser and thats why we left.
