Mr Jonathan is truly a blessing. My tie rods went bad and needed to be replaced like right-now. I called Just Tires and spoke with Mr Jonathan on Thursday and he was able to schedule me on the immediate Saturday at 10am. The mechanic was able to install 2 new tie rods in a timely manner. Thank you Mr. J. for taking care of my situation without it being a financial burden to me.I recommend this shop for car service.

This definitely not my first time for service at just tires. Each time has been an awesome experience. Manager Jonathan is awesome. He definitely has a high level of experience in customer service and expertise in knowing the business.

Everyone there are professional and understanding of the customers concerns. The mechanics will make you of aware of things they may see beyond what you are having repaired. I am pleased and recommend.

Service is excellent. Great management, good prices, honest people. Im a car dealer so I know the industry very well. This is a great mechanic shop...and they have tires too.

The service is friendly, welcoming, and professional. All inquiries are explained in detail at a level that the layman can understand. The service wait time is conducive to the complexity of the service being done and is explained to the customer before service is performed. This provides the customer with the information needed to make an informed decision on whether to wait for the service or drop off. The wait time for the customers waiting for services is comfortable and reasonable. Shop is cleaned and well maintained and the services are performed at an expertise level that is exemplary. I give this location a 5 star rating.

They fixed a break issue I was having but they verified the problem.

The staff is great Honest knowledgeable friendly customers centered. Ask for Mgr Mr. Johnson or for Ms Treava. Others team members are cool but these 2 stand out for me.

I had a great experience. I scheduled for an alignment. The staff was professional and pleasant. I dropped my car off an hour earlier than my appointment and received a call an hour after my scheduled time. They were fast and my car drives great. Thanks!

Just 2 days ago I patronized this establishment for the very first time. I purchased 4 brand new tires, road hazard protection, brand new wiper blades, oil change, wheel alignment, etc. Thus far, Im Very pleased with the work that was done on my 2007 vehicle. With the work that was performed on my car, I feel safe and secure and prepared for the freezing winter temperatures that this area is currently experiencing. In addition, my wait time was reasonable. I checked in at 11:26AM & checked out at 12:59PM.I would also like to once again give a round of applause to the Sales Associate that I spoke with both over the phone and in person. According to the paperwork that I received, her name is JANAL C. She was extremely patient with me, as I had many questions, considering Im not very knowledgeable of tires. She was knowledgeable, helpful, respectful, and immensely professional. Id like to thank her once again for her optimal customer service skills.

Had a flat driving on I95, the shop manager was great and fit us in during a busy time.

John the manager has a terrible disposition and spoke to me as if he knew me from the past and I did something to him. Darnell never put my appointment in the system (according to John, he may have been lying) so I had to wait for someone to rotate my tires. I was totally confused because the name of the establishment is Just Tires. He made it seem as if the only person that knew how to rotate tires wasn’t in yet. Then when we were leaving, I signed the papers and he tried to hand them to the person that rode along with me. I didn’t understand what his problem was but I will never visit this just tires again. The only good thing about this particular establishment is the lady (the only lady) that works there. Her customer service is stellar. She saw I had a problem and came to me to ask what was wrong and she fixed it. The only reason they get a 2 star from me is because every time I went I waited well over two hours for service WITH AN APPOINTMENT. Bad for business.

Was just told that my emergency flat tire could not be repaired because they have their last two appointments scheduled. This is an emergency if I knew I was going to get a flat tire I would have mad an appointment. This is ridiculous and unacceptable customer service. This is why I dont patronize businesses within the beltway. Customer service is not their strong suit. People will pay for good customer service

We were driving through town, on our way to a funeral out-of-state and hit something on the beltway. Just Tires worked quickly to get us back on the road so we wouldnt miss the funeral. After a half hour, we realized that the same tire was flat again. We determined that the rim had a hole so the new tire went flat shortly after we had it replaced by Just Tires. We had to cancel our trip and purchase a new rim and a new tire (because first one had been ruined by riding on it flat) but the manager refunded our money for the first tire once he was informed of the problem. Three stars because they worked quickly to get us back on the road and refunded our money but they should have realized that the rim had a hole when they replaced the tire. We feel fortunate we werent injured with two flat tires on the beltway in one day!

This has to be the worst places to go. Be brave when you pull outta this place because you may be risking your life. After they improperly installed my tires, I drove off toward annapolis, got about 20 minutes out and my front right tire blew out. In addition to that the back left tire went flat. After furthiner inspection the next day they flat tire did not seal around the rim properly, and I presume thats what happened to the front right tire also, got low on air heated up and blew out.When I asked the technicians who worked on them, I asked if they check to make sure tires seal before they put them back on the car, they said no, not if they are new tires. Absolutely terrible. The manager then claimed there was a nail in the tire but upon my visual inspection, there was not a nail just a hole, and when asked where the nail is he responded, It must have popped out. Worst experience with a tire shop ever.

Purchased tires from this business December 2017. Was having issues with the front drivers tire. Revisited the business so they could make it right. Discovered there was an issue with the sensor. Got the repair work done at no charge to me.
