Great customer service and they were able to get four stuck bolts loose so my flat tire could be changed. They may not have your tire size immediately in stock just FYI.

Was traveling, far away home and had a tire issue while in traffic on highway (the beginning of rush hour, etc. )Did the trusty search for tire shops nearby.Happened to be pulled over on the shoulder, just before the exit needed to get to them - within 10 minutes of talking then, at the end if their day, they got me in immediately and suggested, back on the road and my stress level went back down to baseline, all is good.I highly reccomend them to everyone, whatever you need done, I have a sense theyll do whatever it takes to get you sorted and secured.To experience that level of service and friendly professionalism is worth far more than the bill, which was very reasonable.My point is, im not local, I was far from home, traveling through and very stressed as is normal under the circumstances. They could have easily turned me away, as they couldve just as easily been more aggressive in the billing/rate.Very fair, reasonable, personable, personal and friendly ! They have a Great crew and im glad to tell you and others about them !

JUST TOOK IN A ISUZU NPR FOR A ALIGNMENT AND TIRE CHANGE WAS NOTIFIED THAT THEY NEEDED TO DO CHANGE THE CALIPER AND THE WHEEL BOTH WERE DAMAGED ON THE DRIVER SIDE. THEY QUOTED A PRICE FOR THE CALIPER OF 670.00. I ADVISED THEM I WOULD ORDER THE PART WENT ONLINE AND ORDERED THE PART FROM CARDONE WHICH IS A HIGHLY USED COMPANY FOR OEM REMANUFACTURED PARTS. IT WAS 80.00 AND THE PART CAME IN PERFECT ALSO NEED TO BUY BOLTS WHICH THEY SAID WERE SPECIAL ORDER AND WOULD COST AROUND 50.00. ORDERED DIRECTLY FROM ISUZU FOR 6.00. ISUZU ADVISED ME IT WOULD BE AN HOUR WORTH OF LABOR FOR THE CALIPER REPLACEMENT; RICE CHARGED ME 3 HOURS OF LABOR. IN TOTAL THE ALIGNMENT, TIRE CHANGE AND CALIPER JOB COSTED A TOTAL OF 1205.60. PAID THE OUTRAGEOUS CHARGE BECAUSE I NEEDED THE VEHICLE BACK AND THAN BROUGHT THE TRUCK BACK TO SHOP AND KNOW THE BACK SPRING IS MESSED UP THEY PROBABLY DROPPED THE TRUCK OFF THE LIFT AND DIDNT BOTHER TO NOTIFY ME. THEY ARE CROOKS AND THIEVES AND BECAUSE THEY ARE ONE OF THE VERY FEW COMPANIES THAT HAVE THE TOOLS NECESSARY TO WORK ON MEDIUM AND HEAVY DUTY TRUCKS THEY WILL DO WHATEVER THEY WANT AND OVERCHARGE INSULTING THERE CUSTOMERS INTELLIGENCE.CHRIS CHASE IS COMPLETELY INCONSIDERATE AND COULD CARE LESS ABOUT HIS CLIENTS DEAL WITH HIS EMPLOYEES AND YOU WILL FIND OUT THE KIND OF BUSINESS HE RUNS.
