I frequent this shop often because I loved the customer service. I received while getting an oil change. Now Ive been told.. Oh were to busy come back next week. Seems like different management has taken over... Oh well on to Jiffy Lube!!

They do excellent work at a fair price. However, staffing shortages require that you show up first thing in the morning (before 7am) to have work done because everything is done on a first come, first served basis.

Went to get an oil change on April 6th, at this location was told the oil filter needed to be changed also for an extra fee. Fast forward today on the April 26th check engine light came on so I checked my oil and its barely any in there!!! Took my car to jiffy lube to double check and they confirmed NO OIL IN MY CAR! no leaks or anything on this car and the workers were shocked the engine hadnt locked up on me mean while mechanic reset my oil life display so its reading 84% oil life, with no freaking oil in it. I called to ask how was this even possible and was asked to bring my car back in at this point NEVER AGAIN!!

I had my front brakes replaced there after my car started pulling hard and smoking from the front. They did a thorough inspection of my entire brake system and tires and told me what they suggested. The mechanic named Domo was fantastic and showed me everything he had found during the inspection. After the work was done my car rides and stops better than ever. The service manager also explained in detail each part and cost involved. I was very pleased with the job these gentlemen did and would recommend anyone to this shop for service and repair.

Only given one star because no stars aren’t available. Last 2 times I visited to get a oil change this location closed when it should’ve been open. My son went in today to get a oil change because it was close to his home. Only to be left sitting there 3 1/2 hours. 😡 Then was told to make an appt. Wow!!! This is absolutely unacceptable. This was my last draw dealing with this location. I will make sure to share this on all platforms to make sure all know how they are conducting their business.

My husband and I have been bringing our car here since September 2019 and we wouldn’t take our car any where else! It’s not just our go to bc it’s the closest to our complex but the work they do is amazing! They are always in great sprits, awesome to talk to and put a smile on your face. Good people doing good work! Even when they’re down on some employees they crank stuff out, I’m always impressed and have a smile on my face when we’re done with location!Edit: our car broke down in Annapolis and decided to have it fixed at the closest place, worse choice ever! The place didn’t do the repair correctly and of course our Midas saved the day! We would have went straight there if we weren’t stuck as far as we were! This Midas location is our forever car place.

Had to retract my earlier review. I went early in the morning to get my oil changed and oil cooler seal replaced. Got home at 10:30 and didnt leave again until 5. I drove 1 mile and my oil light and check engine light came on. Pulled over and oil was leaking. Checked the stick and there was barely any oil in the car. Called the 800 number and they did an incident ticket. There closed until Monday so I cant go anywhere. Really dont want to go back but they need to fix this. Never again🤨

I came in as a walk in for a oil change at a very late time and they were still able to get me in. At the moment the credit card processing wasnt working so I had to go across the way to the car wash to get cash. I wasnt there long I appreciate the fact that he squeezed me in. The place was nice and clean and the customer service was great he even cracked jokes with us to help with the waiting time.

This place is great! The management was extremely friendly, HONEST, professional, and genuinely cared. My car suffered badly this winter, and I was down a whole set of tires and battery by the end of the blizzard. The management/owner guided me to finding everything I needed, took the time to listen to my needs and research, and it was the first time I bought four new tires by myself. I never once felt belittled, mislead, or swindled. Im confident in everything they did! They even threw in an oil change!Go here!!!! Honest mechanical shops are hard to come by!!!!!(Side note: Even the waiting area was warm with comfortable seating. I felt welcome, and felt that other customers were equally comfortable. Most importantly, my old car is extremely happy and running like new. Ill be back, with friends!)

Would gladly give them zero if possible. Not only was the service poor but they weren’t honest. They told me to leave my car for an hour for an inspection and after that hour they called me to leave the car over night that they didn’t do it. Last week they did an oil change and today the service required light came back in. Very disappointing service and I will advise everyone to avoid them.

The place was closed early like around 3pm.

This place was awesome! The manager and other workers were very nice and accommodating. They explained everything in a war that I could understand and was more than fair with prices. They even checked things out for free when the problem returned the next day.

If i could give 0 stars i would the staff is very unprofessional didnt fix the problem and tried to charge me $500 to do work i didnt approve i could go on and on about this terrible experience but it really aint worth my time just want to help you save YOUR MONEY and YOUR TIME DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION

Midas used to be a very excellent place to take my car. Id taken my car there for several years for brakes and battery work. They always did a excellent job. They recently seemed to have changed management and mechanics. What a shame. I took my car in for battery check/ alternator because the battery kept dying. I took the car in and saw that I didnt recognize anyone but I still had faith since they had always done amazing work on my car. They let some extra fresh from mechanic school person work on my car. They gave the car back more screwed than it was when I took it in. The car was suddenly now shaking like the engine was trying to jump out of the chassis and had trouble accelerating. It was now making popping noise when using the gas pedal. Where did all this come from? Doesnt even matter because they charged me over 700 dollars for the fix which wasnt even a fix because not only did new problems arise the moment I turned the car on after being given back the keys, the issue with the battery draining returned anyway a month later and since I couldnt afford to keep pouring cash into it, I just let it get towed off to the car cemetary. Wont be driving my new car there, ever.

I was very pleased with the customer service there. They told me the what needed to be done on my car. My breaks were messing up and exhaust pipe was coming off. They a excellent job. They were very nice and friendly. They are very good at what they do.Thank yall.Keep up the good work

I have taken my car here multiple times, and I have had great results each time. Yes, I did have to wait a little more than expected the last time (it was a Saturday and VERY busy) it was worth it. Nick explained everything that they repaired on my car and answered all my questions. Im very pleased and will keep coming back.

I wont be going back. I am not sure if the Manager/Owner whoever he is respects black people which make up the majority of the population her serves or not. I cant say that he doesnt respect black people but being that I question it, its enough for me to discontinue spending my money at the establishment. Black people please pay attention to what type of customer service you receive from all of these people in areas where you are the majority of the population, because a lot of these people want our business but dont want to treat us with the UTMOST respect. If they can not treat us in the same manner that they would treat a person of their own race then they dont need to be trying to sell anything to us in our communities. If you are displeased stop spending your money there and they will be replaced or they will learn to act accordingly.

They are rip off always trying to get atleast $350 from every customer. Watch the older white man and white woman who works there.

I took my car in 3 months ago for an oil change, and a tire rotation. I had just recently purchased my car from the dealership 6 months ago and it came with brand new tires. Everything was good with my car. The paperwork that I was given from Midas also confirmed that everything was good with my car. After 3 months my tire pressure signal light came up. I went to put air in my tires and realized that two of my tires were blocked. I couldnt put any air in it...the o-ring from the stem cap somehow got lodged inside the valve. I didnt have a reason to check my tires since they were rotated until that point. I called Midas to speak with the manager about the issue, and I was basically told that I was only covered to bring it back for three months after the service....so I had just missed the deadline. Im very upset and disappointed because now I have to replace two air valves that were damaged by Midas and should be responsible for replacing them but as I said I was told by the supervisor there that they only cover 3 months after servicing. Im a hardworking individual as many people are and when u pay for a service you expect to get good service as advertised. The way that the Supervisor that I spoke with came off as careless, and inconsiderate. She said that the tire rotation that I received was free as if that gives them a free pass to destroy my property and cost me additional money that I dont have to fix someone elses mistake. As a civil service employee I feel Ive been took advantaged of and disregarded. I dont advise anyone to go here bc they do not want to be held accountable for mistakes made. I would hope that this had nothing to do with my sexual preference

I called for appointment which website said called for an early appointment. The man pick up said he only have three techs and also if u want to wait 2 hours hold maybe 3 and then turn around said 4 basically pushing me away from getting service.
