I’ve been going to this location for about 6 years and never felt the need to leave a review…because, well…it’s just like any other Cosmo Prof. But listen, Cristina…I absolutely love her! She’s so attentive and salon knowledgeable!! Every time I come, she suggests an awesome product to try, and was genuinely interested in helping me. Such great customer service. Thanks Cristina! Horrible customer service . I had to repeat myself 10x and the rude front desk person had a horrible attitude and obviously dislikes her job. Don’t be in customer service if you don’t know how to be pleasant . Her name is Christina . Will never go back to this store. Also they had the wrong prices and low on items, very unprofessional and unorganized and dirty.

When we walked in, the woman who works there told us they dont sell to the general public. The lady still asked what we were looking for, my wife said hair oil. We walked out and then heard the woman call out for us. She gave my wife a sample bottle of hair oil, which worked out great for my wife. 5 stars for great customer service!

I prefer CosmoProf because they carry All the brands that I use. This particular CosmoProf is usually missing quite a few things that I use though.

For me the trip there was fine. However this business is NOT open to the public. You have to be licensed in the beauty industry

The staff is really friendly and helpful. The store is kept well organized and it is really easy to find products.

Great Location

The store is always beautifully kept. Although, Margie (who apparently is the manager) had a horrible attitude dripping with arrogance and was very matter of fact with the way she responded to a few questions. Yes, I am still a student, but I will now return to other places where I am welcomed with open arms as a future professional.
