My wife and I leased our 2021 Giulia TI Sport with Danilo a week ago and let me tell you - we couldnt have asked for a better experience. He made the entire process simple, easy, and quick.I sent over the internet lead in the morning on the car in my pictures, he called me 10 minutes later informing me it was special ordered by the dealership a couple months ago, and had arrived there that morning. It was still wrapped in plastic and hadnt even been PDId (pre delivery inspection). I told him what I wanted to achieve with my lease terms, I gave him all the info on my trade, an hour later the deal was done, several hours later my wife and I drove down from Palm City to pick up the car.When the lease is up on this and its time for another Alfa, well be getting it from Danilo.

Horrible service experience. Traded in my alfa romeo because of it. The parts are always on back order, repairs take weeks with your car just sitting in the garage most of the time waiting for part arrivals. Diagnostics take 3-5 days even if you make an appointment. I think my process was ok. I felt like my service consultant could have been more responsive and on top of things.For instance, when I dropped off my car I was told it would be ready within 3 hrs. Instead of getting a call at that time, I had to call and check on the status and then wait for a call back. Also, when my consultant called a lyft to pick me up it never showed up. That wasnt his fault of course but I texted him to let him know that and then called him 15 minutes later after not hearing back.I didnt receive a call from him until an hour after I tried to contact him and had already paid for my own rideshare.I came in with high expectations. Im an Alfa Romeo owner and understand that the service center mostly deals with Maseratis, Ferraris, and higher end cars than my own. Its sad to say but I cant help but think that if I had been driving one of those, I wouldve had a much better experience

I had to get a cracked door seal replaced on my new Giulia and arranged with service manager Luis Cue to have the work done. They took it on, arranged for a loaner (also a Giulia), and got me in and out in about 15 minutes when I dropped it off. While the factory warranty did not cover the repair (in spite of it being only 2 months old), the dealership approved a good-will one time replacement for me, which I truly appreciated. When the car was ready, the experience was similarly efficient, in and out in about 15 minutes. Great work, service team at Fort Lauderdale Alfa-Romeo!

The clear plastic screen on my infotainment system in my Alfa Romeo Giulia began to develop tiny cracks in it. I did some investigation and found out that there were a lot of 2018 and 2019 Alfa Romeo Giulias that had a similar problem which was a defect in the plastic. I contacted Tenisha at Alfa Romeo of Fort Lauderdale and explained the situation. I texted her some photographs of the screen and provided my VIN number. I was told that they were going to contact Alfa Romeo of North America and see what exactly is to be done. Tenisha got back in touch with me a few days later and informed me that this was a warranty item and to bring the car in and they would replace the screen free of charge. I brought the car in and Joe took care of me. I also had them do an oil change and check my car over thoroughly. They provided me with a loaner car as well. They took care of everything quickly, professionally, and thoroughly and I had my car back in 2 days. Additionally, they detailed my car beautifully as well. My car looks like it belongs in their showroom. Thank you. Excellent work. Bravo!

I wanted to lease an Alfa Romeo and had Byron as my sales consultant. He was extremely rude throughout the entire process. We agreed to a deal and had it in writing on a text message. The day I was supposed to drive down there and sign the papers, he told me that there was a “mistake” and that they couldn’t actually follow care of it”, even though they couldn’t tell me if it would be fixed that same day or I would have to come back. I loved the car so much, but Byron was just so rude and unpleasant to deal with, that I couldn’t justify buying a car from HIM. I walked out and told him to have the GM call me, and I planned on telling the GM that I would still take the car after all this, if I just didn’t have to deal with Byron anymore and could work with ANYONE else.I ended up going to a different Alfa dealership...I absolutely LOVE my new car but just couldn’t call deal with the sliminess of the sales rep I was assigned at this dealership. Just go to Alfa Romeo Davie or Stuart if you can.

The service department is first rate and fitting of the type of cars they sell. After a no start issue with my Alfa. My car was picked up from my house in Boca serviced and returned to me a day later. I was assigned a service tech and had access to his cell phone. I was able to stay in contact and informed during the whole process. Nobody wants car trouble but when you do it nice to know you will be treated well. I recommend this dealership

Best car buying experience i’ve had. Every body from receptionist to sales person and finance guy went overboard to make feel comfortable and satisfied. I left feeling that i got a great deal. I really got the “Ferrari” of car buying experience.

Leased a car with them. The car is great but this dealer customer service after sales is awful. They simply ran SIX credit score inquiries and they don’t do anything to fix it!!! Nearly three months and now they are not responding my emails anymore!

William the service advisor is great. Had a service issue, one that could have damaged by car if not fixed, took 10 days to get the car in. I told them in advance I would need a car. They put me in a very low end rental for 2 days, tried to get something decent but was told its not possible. Eddie the service manager told me since I bought my Alfa in WPB (the Fort Lauderdale location was still being built then) I do not get the same level/preference of service as those that purchased at Fort Lauderdale. This shocked me. I received a text around 5:30 PM on a weekday my car was ready and was told if I dont pick it up by 10 AM the next morning I would be charged for the rental, this also shocked me. I was extremely busy at work and lunchtime would have been more ideal for me. Alfa Romeo seems to be more out for their own good than that of their customers. I never had an experience like this with Lincoln or Lexus. Unless Alfa makes big changes I will not being getting another Alfa as I cant deal with this type of service. I truly hope they improve it as I would love to write them a rave review and feel positive about them.

Watching the new Alfa Rameo addition to this dealership going up I was thinking I cant wait to take my Alfa there if and when I need service. I also was thrilled that my sales guy Danilo made the move from where I got my car, to Alfa Romeo Ft Laud. I phoned to make a service appointment and was impressed with their procedure from the first greeting to text messages and emails. I was assigned William. He reached out immediately and set up my appointment. Driving up for service I was warmly greeted and guided into a large air conditioned enclosed garage. I was then introduced to William. He explained everything to me with an ease and professionalism I would have expected. William even introduced me to the head technician that would be handling my car. Leaving my car for a few days I was given a comfortable loaner. William kept me up to date regularly. Picking up the car was simple and easy. I brought my car to the dealership they had made an error on my appointment date when I had booked one they told me I didn’t after the car was brought in it stayed for one week without them letting me know when it would be ready or if it would be ready I brought it in for a throttle issue and general service and when I picked it up I went on 95 and almost got in an accident nothing had been done I Work in the contracting field and when I went to the dealership I had work clothes on and was not treated with the same respect that people who came in and suits and ties it was just a total bad experience when I thought it was going to be a pleasant experience with my new alpha Romeo

Took my Alpha Romeo for its annual maintenance and William was very accommodating. The service was finished on time and car was cleaned. This is the not the dealership I leased from but will not go to another now, great experience each time I go.

I mean, what else can I say other than I trust them with my Italian sports car? ;) Seriously though? Theyve gone above and beyond in every interaction, and when my car took a hit, they were my first and only choice.

I’ve brought in my car multiple times and service always fixes it regardless of whether or not I brought it in for an appointment or a walk-in. The service is fast and the place is clean. However, the dealership has tried to charge me for unnecessary repairs to the car and they’ve even accused me of breaking a part and not covering it under warranty.The staff is nice (for the most part) but there are a few rude staff members. For example, Chris Carpani will only be friendly if you’re going to buy a car so don’t expect him to be nice unless he knows you’re serious about buying a car. Overall the experience is OK at best.

The dealership has great inventory to choose, but today was the day we wanted to finalize and go with an Alfa Romeo stelvio ti but giving it a honey review, we did not like the customer satisfaction as Christopher Carpani was arrogant as if I was getting a car for free . Might be other representatives might be better but it was my first experience with Chris, if going to the dealer choose your right rep might have some good experience. Hoping to buy my stelvio from a diff dealer or from this if given a right rep .
