Great experience getting a gladiator from SoFlo, my wife wanted a gladiator with a lockable back and they more than delivered. She got to put it together on their site and they followed up helping us make the best decisions for what we wanted. Fast process, easy to communicate with. They even recommended a better leather for the interior. When a small issue came up the day it was meant to go out for delivery they fixed it and still got it out on that shipment, It was delivered to North Carolina the next day. We’ve now had the truck for a few weeks and it’s a blast, great storage for our needs, the dogs love it and it looks great. Highly recommend going with these guys if you’re on the fence. Hands down the best car buying experience EVER. Stopped in to see their collection - Mike and Steve immediately helped me to understand the process and options for getting a custom Jeep. They even took me to the warehouse to see all the different options and concepts that were possible… it was INSANE! Such a top knot has experience. By then I was sold and took the only car from their inventory which was my dream custom Jeep. It’s gorgeous inside and out, and everything I’ve been looking for in a lifted and luxurious-esque Jeep. Couldn’t be happier - and all thanks to the best dudes Mike and Steve. Go see them! You won’t be disappointed!

They claim marine grade leather, but it’s clearly vinyl at best. They don’t stand by their warranty. Truck looks great, but their products, install and support are garbage! Customer service doesn’t matter. This is on top of several other issues with them… Air bag system doesn’t work because they didn’t reinstall the seats correctly after changing the leather. Springs in back of seat are not placed correctly after they changed to this vinyl.

5 stars hands down! This place is very professional and stands by their word. A friend of mine just got his Jeep from So-Flo and it is dope! These guys are the best in the business. Highly recommend this place

Steve, Joe, these guys, this establishment is 1st class! If you want a custom Jeep this place is a one stop shop. I had some very minor issues after I picked up my Jeep and drove it from Florida to Chicago and these guys did not let me down, they took care of me and any concerns I had. When you buy a Jeep from them you become a part of the family, its not just a transaction for them they let you know that your business is appreciated which made me feel great. I would recommend them 1000 times over.Well its been a few months now and I still love my Jeep, but I did want to mention on a issue I have with my 2021 Wrangler. The shocks or the lift cannot handle any weight in the rear. I gave 2 female fiends a ride home the other day and the smallest bump we hit the rear would scrap the frame. This should not be happening with only 4k miles on it. Ive never went off roading so there is no explanation for this. I did try and reach out the Jerry from Soflo but never heard back.

First off, I bought a vehicle with Joe. He was patient and dedicated to my custom build. I couldnt believe when I learned he was the owner and had the time to answer everyone of my calls. He is invested in his company and boy does it show. I live out of state, he sent me videos, pictures, everything to keep me updated on the build of my Kevlar SoFloJeeps Gladiator, I couldnt be happier. Like everyone else I did my research online, these guys are not only making better looking Jeeps than the other custom shops out there but they arent greedy with their pricing and make the majority of the after market parts in house. I was looking online one Friday afternoon and came across a jeep that caught my eye, so I decided to call the dealership. Sonny was my salesman and he advised me they were closing in an hour but to head down and we could get everything done. He was very helpful right from the start, answering all of my questions and even helping me with my trade in. Within 45 minutes all the paperwork was signed and I was now the owner of a badass Jeep Gladiator. The new vehicle was on display at the Palm Beach Boat Show for the weekend but they promised to have it detailed and delivered to me by Monday afternoon. Sonny did not disappoint!! Not only did he deliver the jeep and bring the final paperwork for me to sign, but he made sure every inch of the truck was in perfect condition. What an awesome experience this was working with South Florida Jeeps. Sonny (there top salesman) and the owner Joe were amazing. I initially wanted to build a Jeep but they showed me there kick a** new warehouse where they build all their Jeep’s and they actually had a Gladiator being finished and up for sale within a few days. I was hooked immediately and had to have this Jeep and literally within 2-3 days I had the title, paperwork, finances done and vehicle in hand. The customer care was incredible. Everyone was friendly and wanted everything done perfectly before I drove this beast of a Jeep off the lot. I can’t thank these guys enough for being so accommodating. Initially I bought my Gladiator 2020 sport in Tampa and brought to Soflo for the initial build. Joe the owner and Madison sales manager did a great job. I brought them my keep and they did amazing work. I have them do the interior, lift kit, gears, roll bar, rims. Tires, fenders, hood, grumper, rock lights and a few other things. The keep came out amazing. They completed the whole build in 2 weeks.Jeeps are funny you always want more done to them so I brought my jeep over over from Tampa and was in a crunch for time. I needed it to be in and out in one day. I called Joe the owner who put one of his guys on it. They took the Jeep in at 10 AM, first Luis the head mechanic went over everything I needed. Then I met with Steve to go over pricing and invoice and then Steve checked in during the day with updates.I had them install rear inner fenders, dual exhaust, and pedal commander. I was called by 3 pm that it was ready to go. They did a great job with the install and it runs and sounds great.If your looking to get a build done or your jeep customized or repaired I highly recommend them. They do a great job and are a pleasure to deal with.

Best thing I have done is get a Jeep built with the ballers of South Florida Jeeps. There’s a lot of imitators out there trying to copy them and they aint even close! They treat you like family. They are professional and know their product. The owners genius shows in these beasts! My neighbor got one about a month ago here in Mass and I followed shortly after, now my other boy wants one. We live in iowa. Purchasing a Jeep in Florida without driving it was a little nerve-wracking. But Carlos made this jeep build super smooth. I was even able to watch it being built on their live cam! I have been dreaming of owning this Juck (Gladiator) for as long as they had the concept. We had it shipped here which took a couple of days but when it showed up in our driveway, it was like Christmas morning! Awesome job SoFlo!! Thank you so much Carlos!

I waited to write this review to make sure my purchase was worth it. I bought the custom fast back top with sun rider for my Jeep JL, and all I can say is WOW. For everyone looking for a fast back look fear no more, this top does NOT leak. My previous fast back did leak, and this is a huge relief for me. Mirzet was a tremendous help for me while I was purchasing this top. The overall price was fair for the quality of work. The maintenance team is outstanding as well, they were able to do all of the prep work, install, and detail my Jeep in a little over one day. Shout out to the entire soflo team!

Worked with sonny to build my dream jeep! Living out of state he communicated every step of the way sending photos and videos to make sure I was comfortable and 100% happy with what I was getting. Towards the end there were things I wanted adjusted and he made sure everything was tweaked quickly and efficiently. I got my dream car in 4 weeks and it’s even better than I could imagine. 100% recommend getting your jeep from them! :)

Huge scammers. Bait and switched a Jeep that doesn’t match anything like photos. Not the same wheels, hardtop, accessories, nothing. Unwilling to make it right, after having it shipped 800 miles. Disgusted and gonna have it set right regardless.
