I see a lot of negativity for something a store cannot control. Store is clean and tidy. Chris, the newer manager, is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable on the collectibles front. Careful, youll end up leaving with more than you wanted.

PLEASE DO NO COME HERE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Store Manager Eric embarrassed me in front of customers and employees calling me impatient and inconsiderate while trying to pick up my online order. He was helping a woman who was clearly talking on the phone and he was just standing there doing nothing. All he had to do was ask my name, form of id, and pass me my game!!! After leaving, I received 25 spam emails that my order has been picked up. HARASSMENT!!!!!!!
Came in tonight for a Xbox hard drive decided to pick up some socks and borderlands 3 which was at a price drop at $20 .... I was offered the deluxe version of the game which is priced at $40... I kindly declined because I just wanted to catch a deal. The person ended up charging me $40 for the deluxe anyways, which I never asked for in the beginning!!! I only realized once I got home and the store was closed! I know employees are pushed to meet quotas so this felt very shady !!! You will see my tomorrow morning for my refund. Very Inconvenient and unhappy !
The reps dont know whats going on in store have no clue about what the company offers at all. Its like the store manager and assistant store manger dont read the company emails that are sent out or if they do read them they dont relay the information to anyone at all.

Husband and I were waiting to meet up with a friend so we went ahead and browsed around Game Stop in the meantime. Found a few games that we will probably get eventually once they price drop. We didnt buy any games this time but we did get a Legend of Zelda umbrella. My husband loved it as soon as he laid eyes on it. The cashier was very friendly when we went up to pay and traded a few quick jokes with the hubby before we left. So overall had a very pleasant experience here.

I love going to gamestop for Pokémon cards, and they always have a nice selection. The staff is also very nice. I love listening to the ads in the store about the GameStop that I am at.

This is one of my favorite places, let a alone one of the top GameStop we have within the fort Lauderdale area from were I stay. Yes the store is not big like the other ones however if you had ever read one of my reviewes. Then you would know one of my top requirement and for my new readers customer service is everything in this world so if you want to enjoy going to a GameStop that would have you laughing engaging in what you are trying to find well this is the one for you, just to get you to see I can go to Broward mail its closer, however its GameStop I want a person to engage in the things I as well as tell me information or give me a ideal of a game you should try. Grade A customer service, it makes life just a little bit easier.

Gamestop wouldnt tell me my Battlefield 1 Premium code after I couldnt locate my receipt, even though Ive had an account with them for years. Am I seriously the first person to lose a receipt? Or have the letters fade? Gamestop took $30 from me and I got nothing in return. I will be doing all my video game purchases through Amazon Prime now, and I recommend you do the same.

I wish I can Put 0 Stars. Horrible experience. I purchased a product at gamestop, and after using it for a few days, the device started malfunctioning. I began do to some research and see how this could be resolved, and all i was reading were horrible reviews on this product! FYI DO NOT PURCHASE THE Scuf Vantage ps4 controller expecially at GAMESTOP.I was completely horrified by the reviews. Based ON MY RECENT experience at the store, I WILL NO LONGER BE PART OF THEIR MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM. I decided to return to Gamestop and request a refund. The second i walked into the store, i was greeted by two MANAGERS which after explaining to them my issue and concerns, THE MANAGER TREATED ME HORRIBLY WRONG BY TELLING ME TO GET OUT OF HIS STORE after stressing to him that the receipt clearly states and I Quote. Opened new accessories can be returned or exchanged With in 30 daysALONG WITH Unopened merchandise can be returned or exchanged within 30 days. They didnt bother taking a look at the product or even look at my receipt. I only had this product for 8 days. I cant make this up. How do you have a policy in place and you dont follow it! I went on The gamestop online website and on the policy section also states that i am able to return my product for a refund. So why am I a member with Gamestop if i am being miss led this way. Why come to GameStop to purchase products and I get treated the way I did. The manager started raising his voice at me and Started pacing back-and-forth in the store as if he was getting angry based on the fact that I am very confused on what theyre telling me and what the receipts clearly says. I even showed them the receipt from my hand pointing at where it says the return policy, but they did not want to hear it. I requested that I should speak to upper management regarding the policy and also how I was being treated. Upper management finally got on the phone but did not want to speak with me and advised the store manager to process a store credit not my money back for a diffective, horrible reviewed product. Now a store credit was not listed on the return policy receipt. I only wanted my money back and go elsewhere after 8 days of purchased and i was treated horribly wrong after being a customer for over 10 years. I demand A responce back From upper management regarding this issue. I am currently a Store manager for 12 years, i know how policies and procedures work. Yes, some companies have different policies and procedures but this experience was handled very poorly and as a store manager i would NEVER tolorate such poor customer service and allowing one of my reps telling a customer to get out of my store when the only thing the customer kept stating was to look at his or her receipt!! Worse service I’ve ever experienced. Totally weird. I stood at the counter for 5mins no one asked to help me... not even I’ll be with you in a moment. The lady behind the counter was looking at games and walking back and forth to the register I WAS STANDING AT. It was like I was totally invisible. Just walked out went to another game stop. Like I said just wierd. Not even 1 star.

After reading the reviews of others for this Gamestop, I can say that I honestly am really unsure what these reviews are talking about. I have never been to this Gamestop, and honestly I had a great experience there! They had items I was looking for that other Gamestops did not have. They have excellent customer service and they are very personable. Highly recommend this Gamestop!
