Hello...my name is Shana and never write reviews, but.....Rhea and Jourdan are both amazing! We all know how are phones are our lives...well they did not disappoint!! I have sprint and they sent me to 3 different sprint/tmobile locations..unsuccessfully!!! Saw there location and i should have just gone to them first and not waisted my day!! While waiting they kept my mind off the possibility of a full on crying session over my phone!! Super friendly, engaging, and just genuinely nice!! My earpiece broke on my iPhone 8. I called around and ended up settling with IFixandRepair in the Galleria Mall because of their competitive price. Apple wanted to basically exchange my iPhone for a new one for $330! No thanks! Jourdan ordered my earpiece and it came in a few days. He took my payment over the phone. He called me when it arrived. I came in and he fixed it within 20 minutes. He was a very nice guy and funny too. Easy person to get along with. I can see why he’s a manager here. Keep up the great work! I’ll keep you guys in mind for the future! My earpiece is much better!

I only came in to get my screen repaired; however, I was informed that that wouldn’t fix my heavily damaged phone. Instead they told me that they can clean any excess water that was left inside, free of charge, and told me straight up what I can do in terms of a new phone. They don’t cut corners and try to upswell and I can appreciate that.

Jourdan really took care of me and my husband! He’s so nice and had great positive energy!! Ubreakifix sucks compared to here!! Stopped by here a couple of days ago but I havent yet gotten the chance to write a review but let me just start by saying Id definitely recommend coming here to anyone who hasnt already. I have a galaxy s10, and had a custom back glass that I requested to be put in, and they got it done in just under ten minutes. Not to mention, they only charged ten bucks for it. If you are looking for quality instalation, replacement or just general repair, Id definitely recommend checking this place out. Id give ten stars if I could and would definitely be coming back if anything else is needed.

I had a great experience at this location. I came here to repair my camera and battery for my phone and I was greeted at the door as I entered, treated with great hospitality. Above all I felt comfortable leaving my phone to get repaired. To top it off I received it back with in 30 minutes working better than ever! Came into town to enjoy the South FL night life and the worst thing happened, my phone screen cracked. I was devastated. I stop by your store and Josh helped me out. I was straight tripping out. But Josh reassured me that he could take care of it. Within an hour or so my phone was like brand new. Screen fixed like it never happened. The Apple store next to this shop are running a scam. They blindly told us that our iPhone X was unrepairable and rather than having a look inside the phone, they were just trying to sell us a new iPhone. We went to this guy and he repaired our iPhone in 10 minutes. The best iPhone repair shop that I have ever been to in my life, and I have travelled 40 countries. The guy here named Kimbell is a genius. I cannot recommend this guy enough. Thank you Kimbell.

I originally took my phone to uBreakiFix to replace a charging port. They wanted $100, told me they usually never get the phone back together correctly, quoted me 2+ hours, had my phone for 5 hours and never completed the repair. After going to the Apple store and getting an even worse replacement cost I tried IFixandRepair. The customer service was amazing, price was $35 cheaper, and they had the repair completed in under 40 minutes with and additional battery replacement since it was open. Cannot highly recommend the team members working at this location enough! Jordan, the manager, was so helpful and I could not have asked for better service. Definitely taking all my repairs here from now on and would recommend them to anyone that needs a repair!

I took my iPhone to this place several months ago to get my camera fixed. Which they were able to do. I recently had an issue with my Home button on my IPhone 8 plus and took it to the store to get fixed. They informed me that someone has taken my original home button and swapped it with a generic home button so they couldn’t fix it. I’ve never went anywhere else for my phone but this place so I know It was them. That’s messed up, be careful people smh.

Came in the store one day totally frantic about my iPhone not working properly. Josh made my day when he took my phone in his hands and said that he has seen this before and if I could just leave it with him for about an hour, he would have it fixed for me. Jourdan is the man with a plan!Seriously, he was so helpful and cheery during a bad situation. Apple told me my logic board was fried even when I was very certain that I just needed a battery. Well after Apple tried to sell me a new phone with doom and gloom, I went for a second opinion. It saved me lots of money and it was so fast that I had no problem catching my flight.

I came into the store anxiously ready for my iPhone screen to be fixed.. josh (the associate of the store ) helped me and heard what I was going through and he put my mind at ease because I thought my phone wasn’t repairable. He stopped me and said “ if it’s broken, we’ll bring it back to life. So said, so done my phone is was fixed in less than 30min. I payed him, I shook his hand and thanked him.

I can tell you that the service is very good prices are decent but the screen they use are in POOR POOR quality.I changed my screens twice in this place and forced to changed the third one in a different Establishment for less moneys and better quality.I am very sorry to give this review because I really liked the staff they were very pleasant and professional.

This was a terrible place to fix my computer. They first gave me my computer with some cracks on the computer. Then, Three months after they fixed my computer screen, the screen simply came off and when I went back they said they couldn’t do anything about it.

Total incompetents. I called looking for a drone battery, I spent long minutes on the phone giving specifics of the product I needed, they told me they had it in stock. Went there. They didnt have it. They had no clue. They didnt even know who answered the phone.Can I review with negative stars? If so they have a minus 5.
