The assistant manager Eunice was so helpful at store #377(Fort Lauderdale). I lost my glasses while on vacation. She helped pick out the frames and explained all the different options to choose from for my lens. By the end of the visit I was walking out very satisfied with my new pair of glasses ordered. Her customer service was excellent and for that I will be back if I’m ever in Florida again.

WHAT A BREATH OF FRESH AIR! I took my wife to My Eyelab for some glasses, and they completely botched her glasses (service was horrendous as well). So.. we were skeptical coming in.. but man alive! A complete 180 from mytrashlab, from Carlos who greeted me, Amarais(we think thats her name) who helped us see the doctor when we had no appointment, Dr. Butchey who is the best eye doctor according to my wife and the marvelous Patricia, who was so thorough with her options while also helping my wife select two glasses. Everything was just perfect, we could not believe it. I am still floored till this day at the service provided to my wife.. so much it prompted me to leave a review, this is my first review I have ever left.

Carlos is AMAZING! Dr. Rhea is also great, I had the most informative I exam that I’ve ever had in this office in my entire life. I have been wearing glasses since second grade and no one has ever explained to me the differences of me having light eyes etc. The young lady that was at the reception desk was also very amazing she did my MRI of my eyes and all of my pre-testing before the exam. I wish I knew her name I will amend this review once I find out. You should make an appointment here if you don’t have an eye doctor in South Florida or even if you do when you want a better one

I would give Dr. Rhea 10 stars if I could. Shes extremely friendly and welcoming and I felt comfortable and was out before I knew it. Im kind of sensitive with people getting in my eyes but she was very careful and it was an easy process. I also got a cool new pair of sunglasses! This is officially my eye doctor for life.

My prescription from 2018 stated that it was only good for one year and my glasses recently broke so I called the store where I got my prescription and found out they were now closed. I called the Fort Lauderdale store, explained the situation, and Patricia found my original optometrist at a different store and was able to get it extended to 5 years. She also faxed it over to another optical center so I could get my prescription filled. Patricia went beyond my expectations! I usually have an eye exam every 1-2 years but due to covid I wanted to use the one I had. Great store and highly recommend because of the great customer service.

This is an amazing staff and whats even better they work great together! They catered to my every need! Amber helped me through the full process of picking two great styles and the best coatings for my new glasses and prescription sunglasses. This place is FABULOUS !!! My husband and I have been to many optometrists in our lifetime, and we can honestly say that Dr. Rhea is THE BEST !! She is very attentive, answers all your questions, and makes sure your eye examination is very thorough. Dr. Rhea is an amazing young woman, and we wish her well in her career. The support staff is also awesome. They take their time to explain ALL the options regarding insurance (of which there are many!!), selecting a frame, whether or not you prefer transition lenses, tints, etc., everything. Well worth the 30-minute drive from our house. KUDOS !!

This location is the best!!! Everyone from the Eye doctor to the staff was not only friendly, but took the time out to find exactly what I wanted. They TOOK THE TIME to hold my hand through picking out glasses. Not every one has to do that. And they were all so kind and helpful, and even taught me how to pick out the right pair myself. Dr. Rhea is hands down the best optometrist in Fort Lauderdale. She is friendly, kind and extremely knowledgeable. She takes her time and listens to her patients rather than rush them out the door. Amazing doctor with amazing staff! Definitely my permanent optometrist!

I usually deal with lenscrafters, I came in for adjustment, the staff was super friendly. From the moment I stepped in, the manager Carlos made me feel welcome. The optician Patricia who adjusted my glasses.. she did an amazing job!! Its a shame, Visionworks is not in network for my vision insurance, because I would switch in a heartbeat!

I came in just to buy some cleaning spray, I needed an adjustment as well on my sunglasses. The associate Sara helped me. She was kind throughout the process, my glasses have never fit better! I am definitely going to make all my purchases, at this location from now on.

Amber is the most amazing sales person I have ever worked with. She helped me pick out my first pair of prescription eyeglasses. I have been going to this location for a few years. Dr Butchey, the optometrist does a great eye exam, she is very thorough. The staff are great. Eunice has been the optician to help me and she is honest as to what does and does not look good. Carlos, the manager is also super helpful! I’ve recommended the Ft Lauderdale locations to others and everyone has been happy!

Patricia at the Fort Lauderdale location was amazing! She took the time to review and explain my insurance benefits and found a perfect pair! But to top it off she went the extra mile by taking the time to replace my original broken frames with a new set of frames!

Visionworks is Clean, organized, they have so many frames to choose from, that I almost got 2 pairs. Eunice was so very patient, and helped to choose the right frame.They promised my glasses will be ready by Jan 01, but I got them one day sooner.I am happy with my perfectly fitting glasses.

First time Ive ever sat down and wrote a review for a business online. Its been two weeks since my wife and son bought glasses from Visionworks, and we are extremely satisfied.First, immediately me and my family felt a great atmosphere as soon as we stepped in through the front door. We were greeted with smiles and helped right away. The doctors assistant Amber was super helpful, in explaining to us our benefits, what was covered and what was not.Dr. Butchey was extraordinaire, my family has never had an exam so thorough. After we were helped by Amarilys and Carlos, who helped picked out glasses for my son. Everything was just above our expectations, this store is a GEM.

I am very happy with my recent visit. The doctor was wonderful and the selection of frames were very good. I got two paid with bogo offer and they came in earlier than I expected which was great since my glasses were broken. I highly recommend going here!I want to update my review since i was here the other day. I came in with a new prescription and Eunice helped me pick out the correct type of frame for my script and explained to me about my lens options and took her tome and was so nice. I got the bogo again on two pairs and am just waiting for them to come in. I highly recommend coming here. They care and are great!

I arrived in Ft Lauderdale on Fri 4/26/19 for a cruise departing on Sat 4/27/19, to discover that the hinge on the arm of my prescription sunglasses had somehow gotten bent in travel. The arm was about to fall off & I was frantic. I was referred to Vision works and went to your store. Your staff member courteously said she could make no promise,but would try to fix the problem. She patiently worked on my glasses for nearly 10 minutes, and when she was finished my glasses were good as new. She would not accept anything for her service. Sadly I didnt get her name, (however it was late afternoon, so perhaps that will help identify her. ) But I just had to say Thank you

I had a pair of prescription sunglasses made at Fort Lauderdale, recently I lost the original pair and was going on a trip and it would be great to have new pair, time was short and Sales Person Eunice, was able to pull the records and find the frame and had it delivered to the North Miami store where there was a lab. If all goes well I will have sunglasses for my trip.Way beyond great service

Terrible experience. My insurance pays for plastic lenses, which are fine for reading. The bitter saleswoman said I would be better off not wearing glasses than the plastic lenses they sell. They lost my business.

Called in early this morning to ask if they were able to read the prescription off a pair of glasses and what the cost would be, was told they would do it for free. Upon arrival the girl behind the counter said she could read them but wouldnt be able to tell me what it was unless i bought a pair of glasses. She could have told me that over the phone to save us both time, garbage human being and garbage store. 1 Star.

My son has had the worst experience ever, with the glasses so misfitting that he had visible wounds, they could not adjust to fit properly and he spent nearly $600 to be in pain and the 10 times he has went back in for adjustments has been fruitless.
