I visit here regularly. The staff here is great. I can never remember thier names but, the one lady who here, she is Always solving my issues with my vapor machine. Simple things but, she Always makes time for me and explains what Ive done and offers excellent solutions. The prices are competitive, the service EXCELLENT.

I stumbled upon this little gem whilst searching for the highest rated vapes at the best price, fortunately I happened to be in the area and as soon as I walked in I was greeted by a very pleasant woman, who I later found out was the owner. Even though I walked in less than 15 minutes prior to closing she happily took the time to explain the products and was super honest and knowledgeable. She also gave me a wicked deal. Ive been coming here routinely for a year or two... Such a comfortable family ran shop. I actually pass a few smoke shops from my place to here. Its worth going outof the way for.I picked up a new mod kit today for the first time. I was not upsold or pressured to spend more money once. This is a place i cantrust qualitywiae and Ill always reccomend this place first to friends that live in the area or come to vacation in soflo.

Bought this juice, not only did the manager try to charge more than listed, but tried scapegoating an employee. Deplorable business. *Updtate* I really do not feel comfortable dealing with this company any further. Dishonesty is not becoming, so I choose to take my business to a more reliable group. Pro Vapor and Vape Masters customer service beats everyone in the biz in my opinion!

So I come to the vape shop for CBD and accidentally got the pop puffers a few months ago. I can say I have wanted to quote smoking cigarettes for awhile and now that I found this alternative I am definitely glad Shayna educated me and helped me make this transition. Shayna was amazing! Call from Orlando because I needed something sent to a guest at a hotel. He had left his in Pennsylvania! Shayna said “no problem”, and personally delivered it to the hotel at 10 pm so that he had it upon arrival to the hotel. Incredible customer service and definitely recommend them!

Always has great stock of supplies and accessories. Amazing prices!! And the Vapor Blade oils are the best. You can get ANY custom pg/vg blend (my best friend is allergic to pg and now only comes here for oil), any nicotine percentage you want from 0-24, and theyll mix up different flavors for you in the back if you want to add even more customization to the oil. Love the prices but the outstanding variety in oil combinations is what keeps me coming back. Along with the wonderful customer service. Im so glad I found you guys, and I look forward to the next time I stop in!

I bought a vape & tried to return it 2 days later because something was wrong with the button & it would start going off on it’s own while sitting on my coffee table. Owner said she wouldn’t take it back unless I could prove it. She recommended I video her product malfunctioning. The burden of her selling a defective product lays upon her, not me. She does not take responsibility for what she sells. DO NOT give her business your money! She is a TERRIBLE example of a business owner & the way you treat customers.

I have been coming here for several years, and have had little reason to go anywhere else. When its a holiday or outside of their hours and I have an emergency problem of running out of juice - its memorably annoying to go somewhere else. I generally plan my juice to avoid that problem now. I stick with the house blends, as I always enjoy each one Ive had. Nanaberry Cream, Capt. crunkberrycand now Smurf Juice - Ive liked them all. When I have had to go to other vape shops, I find them never understanding my questions or in some way always steering me wrong. Ill end up stuck with some garbage juice I end up not even wanting to use and just waiting for my next chance to go to Vapor Blade and pick up what I know Ill like.Currently using the house blend smurf juice, and thanks to recent changes to the mixture I find it giving a more satisfying hit from previously and as a result lasts twice as long and also extends the life of my coils as well it seems.The rewards program they offer has helped me over the years upgrade my mods - now Im sporting a Smok G-Priv 2, touch screen mod that looks straight out of a Star trek movie, and I get a good amount of comments about it. It cost me $20 out of pocket thanks to the reward program. Ive also gotten a Cloud Kicker through it the year before for $10 out of pocket.The owners have always been incredibly nice and if I have requested something special, needed a heads up on something coming back in stock, or if i forgot anything in store they will call me back to tell me. I dont think I have had a more personal relationship from any other vape shop Ive been to. Ive bought the wrong coils before by mistake and come in and they exchanged the coils at no cost - even though it was my mistake. Just a nice, honest place to shop.
