Location priorities specific people when they are running behind. They did not say anything to me or ask me if it was ok with me. Complete lack of customer service or engagement. Customer said “I know these people are waiting so I just wanna leave it with you guys to process” she said “I’ll take care of it now, we are already behind”.I would’ve had no problem with it but just getting off work and not being acknowledged while being skipped is uncalled for. I understand everyone wants to go home but please be respectful to your clients. I was here 10/29/21 around 7:40pm est and she want handling four big yellow packages.

I went in today and they asked to put on a mask, there was a sign that said if medically prevented, I asked for clarification of the sign and the gentlemen there couldn’t answer . A lady by the name of Geri then says it mean out your mask on, I again asked for clarification and she said put it on. She said she would help as I waited she continued to do something else. Her peer Angela then offered to help me and she was so sweet. I understand policies but Geri should be able to speak to her policy or say look ma’am I don’t know what it means I just know they asked everyone to put their mask on . It’s not what you say it’s how you say it.

I had I terrible experience at this FedEx Ship Center and with FedEx as a whole. A customer purchased a cell phone and that was supposed to be sent to her house at a specific date. However, the package did not arrive until the day after a time when no one was able to accept the package. It was supposed to be sent to this center for pickup as an alternative, but the truck carrying the package did not arrive at 7 pm like it was suppose to. The customer wasted almost 2 hours of her time waiting for the package since she arrived at the Ship Center around 5:15 pm. When told the truck would come closer to 8 pm, she thought she could run a quick errand and come back in time to reclaim her package so she ended up coming back right at 8 pm. Unfortunately, the center closed promptly at 8 and she was not able to get her package.Bottom line: FedEx is a terrible service that is late and unsatisfactory. I would not recommend it to anyone!

Waited all day for a delivery, was sitting outside when I got the text attempted delivery. Driver was never there. Called support and was told they would have the driver return. Waited for another hour and called again to be told somebody should have told you reattempted delivery is not guaranteed.I recommend UPS, USPS, or anybody else. If you have sensitive items to ship, FedEx will let you down

Angela was extremely rude tried to lecture me even tho all of my stuff was in order. Then they kept asking for an ID even tho when you have a company account number you dont need to show it. Guy near me was complaining he overnighted ufc belts for a championship fight and they were still in north Carolina hours before the fight. Always remember fed up with fed ex

FEDEX IS THE WORST WAITED ALL DAY ON MY PACKAGE, NOTHING THE DRIVER NEVER ATTEMPTED TO DELIVER AT ALL. ALL HE/SHE JUST DID WAS TAKE UT BACK TO THE FEDEX LOCATION. I showed up at 7:42 p.m. with a must send item & there was a line out the door of 4 people. I thought no way Id make the cutoff for shipping. The ladies working were EXTREMELY efficient, helpful, & pleasant. I was surprised because I dont think I would be that pleasant at the end of my shift! I was out by 7:55 p.m. & so relieved my package was sent. As an added bonus all shipping supplies were organized & easy to locate. Thank you!!!

I have cameras around my building and they are constantly stating a delivery attempt was made when none was. I have a video doorbell and they never ring the if they actually do make an attempt. I never have any issues with UPS nor USPS. One the same day I could be receiving one fedex package just fine and then not for another package by fedex. No excuse with the technology available.

So my package required a signature because I knew I wouldn’t be home I requested way in advance I may add to hold my package at local fedexI get a message package was attempted to be delivered and will retry the next day I immediately called fedex to see why was my package attempted to be delivered at home if I request a pickup point all I got was there was a delay with the notification to the driver so he didn’t see I requested to be delivered to fedex pointWhat does that have to do with me if I selected to be delivered to a fedex location and you guys didn’t make sure driver knew why just I be punished to wait until next day for deliveryYou should automatically get in contact with driver and let him update his tracker so he sees where to bring my package so I can pick it upAt this point fedex sucks

They allow 4 people at the time which is a great precaution with this covid-19 situation we are having. But still I found myself as close as 2 feet to the customer next to me at the counter. And someone who was downloading many boxes on a belt counter walked in without a face mask and nobody said anything. On the other hand the ladies were very nice and helpful.

I have spent HOURS trying to resolve a package and getting it rerouted and although the FedEx customer service associates assure me that this stations manager will contact me.... Or pick up the package, or reroute the package, etc. Nothing is done. It has been DAYS since they have said someone from the station will call me. Nothing.

Told me I could not pick up a package for my step father who IS IN A WHEELCHAIR AND CANNOT FREQUENTLY LEAVE THE HOUSE. MY DRIVER LICENSE HAD THE SAME ADDRESS. Did not specify who had to pick it up. Only adult required. My mother went the next day and it was released when they seen his ID and him in the car.

I usually wont use FedEx services as Ive had problems with them before. As I needed to drop off a few packages for work I had to utilize FedEx services. When I arrived at the location the man at the desk was incredibly helpful in getting my packages ready to ship out. He pointed me in the right direction to ship the most cost effective way. Also, the gentlemen showed me how to waterproof a box when shipping. Im really grateful for the help provided that day and would recommend this location to others.

Its 7:30 pm. Trying to. pick up a package. There are 9 people ahead of me with no one being helped. Sat here for 20 minutes with before someone finally came out front to help the customers. One person! Another 5 minutes a 2nd FedEx employee came out to help. This is ridiculous!

Worse than USPS and that is really hard to manage. If customer service agents after only checking briefly in her computer answers your question about the whereabouts of a shipment with theres nothing I can do about it than you know what Im talking about it. They managed to deliver an envelope that was sent on Friday with overnight service from Punta Gorda, FL to Hollywood, FL on Tuesday afternoon. Not impressed at all.

Had a package that was supposed to be delivered to my house on December 23rd. I live in a two story house, and my package requires signature so whoever is delivering the package cannot leave it at the door, which is understandable. However, everyday the delivery men have come and left before I could open the door to sign for my package. By the time I come down stairs, because they are delivering it in the morning, they’ve already left. I tried speaking to customer service NUMEROUS times to rectify this issue and no one has answered or been helpful except for today, December 27th at 4:37pm. I was forced to pick it up at this shipping location, where the man that helped me was rude and not helpful. He said I needed proof of address, which is new, so once I questioned why he caught an attitude immediately. After finding the information he just gave me the package. Why after all that hassle he couldn’t just give to me from jump? I’m very disappointed with FedEx and if I ever have a choice of mailing service, I will never choose them again. Especially during the holiday season, their lack of help and poor attitude is unacceptable. The customer service I spoke with in the phone was lovely, but the person I came in contact with at the shipping location shouldn’t work in customer service with such a poor attitude. Very upset and disappointed.

Good, nice office.People are always nice. Today I thought for sure they would be slammed so close to Christmas but I walked in and there was one customer.Unfortunately prices were more than I expected, I was shipping Christmas cards and 1 USB drive in small padded envelopes and it was $10 to go 1 state away? And that was the cheapest. But apparently they round anything under 1 lb. Up to 1 lb and also take into account delivery distance from their office.He said the USPS would probably be cheaper but I was already here and no way going to USPS, didnt have 2-3 hours to kill.

The drivers ride the left lane doing under 70 mph.Florida law allows the left lane for passing and faster vehicles. It is enforced by police because it is a cause of accidents.If you are being passed on the right you belong further right.Get out of the way.

Woman at the station to pack and ship had no clue how to pack a flat pictures. When finally packed, not effiently, she wanted to charge me an additional$250 to overnight it by 3pm and $450 for overnight by 10:30 am. The box to.ship.ea $14. I called the company I was shipping to and they gave me their FedEx shipping account. It ended up costing about $35 to overnight by 10:30am. FedEx is taking advantage of those who dont ship often. In general, I have always found UPS to be the most economical.

Same problems, Same steps, no action taken. For years I thought that FedEx exemplified the shipping business. I thought that there was a level of professionalism that came with the added price. I know see that its all a sham. Third time this issue has happened to me. The worst part is that it has been consecutive. I was told last time that this would be resolved and the time before then. And now I have been told the same thing. Is this some sort of game? Because Im not catching the joke. Or maybe Im the joke. That seems fairly accurate. The customer is the joke here fellas, lets all have a laugh at the customers expense and time. Please just get bought out or have massive lay-offs. But the act of not taking your work seriously is getting old very fast. Thanks for being typical FedEx. Its my fault for expecting anything more of you.

The line was getting long last night due to computer issues. Thanks to the pleasant lady who signed in to a computer as the line was growing, and lightened the atmosphere. Things could have gone the other way, especially for the folks picking up precious new cell phones. The moral of the story, be prepared to stay longer than 15 minutes. You never know when the computers will decide to slow down and prevent staff from processing customers within a few minutes. I am giving 4 stars because a company such as FEDEX should not have so many computers being down at once. The staff get 5 stars from me.Secondly, in this era of ID theft, please make sure that the addressees name and address, matches the name and address on the package being picked up. As a victim of ID theft where someone tried to change my mailing address, I completely get it. Do not blame FEDEX for following rules that help keep us safe from fraud.

Its great because youre shipping directly from a hub, but let me tell you, youre going to wait here. Theyre ALWAYS understaffed and theres usually a line whenever I go in, seems to be an all day thing. KInkos might be more convenient but they have later cutoff times here since its a hub.

Do not order items that uses FedEx has shipping company. I purchased an IPhone from Apple can the driver claimed the item was delivered but never showed up. I was sitting on the front near the door all day. I was outside when they claimed it was delivered. When you call FedEx customer service they can’t even help you because nothing is updated, you might get someone from a different country, and there’s no way to contact FedEx locations directly. I had ask FedEx to hold it at a certain location (at least cameras can help). I purchased something from a vendor and sadly I did not check and assumed they use DHL or UPS. That vendor decided to use the crooks FedEx. The driver claimed they came to the house, everyone was home. The driver left a door tag number on the gate, the gate was open, I would think a door tag sticker should be left on the DOOR. I contacted them and was told the driver was TOO LAZY to walk to the door. They hire people and once the drivers realize how negligent FEDEX is, they take advantage and steal people packages, throw packages, and become lazy. If you have expensive items and item is being delivered to a residential area, be careful. They will not replace or help you located any items. They won’t even contact the driver because FEDEX drivers are always right. The biggest scammers. Only company I have an issue with because they have the worst customer service and drivers. Now they decided to leave the item at a location more than 9 miles from where I live because they claim they couldn’t come inside. They are thefts, liars, and lazy employees.

Worst customer service and shipping company. I was supposed to get an overnight package delivered to my home. The email said that it would be delivered by noon. Around 1015 am I walk outside my apt and see that the driver (FedEx express van) just passes by my mailbox, doesnt stop or get out the car, doesnt leave a slip saying where to pick up the package or anything. I yelled to get his attention to no avail. He drives away and a few min later I check the tracking which says that I was not at home. I called customer service and they give me the run around saying that they will attempt to deliver the package again but after 5 other calls at 1 pm they tell me that the package is at the FedEx center near my home. Why pay overnight service if they are going to deliver your package in four days. I will never ship anything with FedEx.

If you turn the lights off, draw the cheap plastic verticals and lock the door at 2:00pm then perhaps you should not advertise that you are open until 3:00pm. Just a thought. Facility wont release packages from Xfinity mobile even after you have door tag. FedEx says its xfinity. Xfinity has no idea what FedEx is stating. FedEx corporate even said facility should release yet station manager and staff will not as they state they have specific policy. Basically they point fingers at each other and you get no phone. Great job corporate. Failure of customer service at its finest.
