The two ladies in the office were so kind and informative. Additionally, unlike literally every other rental experience I have been through, I was in and out in like 5 minutes. Its crazy to think of the hours Ive spent in my life waiting at a local Uhaul where the employees are just plain slow and incompetent. Not here, 5 stars, A1, 10/10, all that.

USA Self Storage was so friendly and helpful. The unit we rented wasnt big enough, so we had to get a second larger unit all while we were unloading our truck. An emergency came up and we had to complete the paperwork at lightspeed. Rosie was amazing, and so accommodating. They also changed out the truck right away when we had an issue with one of the tires. They were attentive and pleasant...great to work with. I would definitely use their services next time I need to rent a truck or get a storage unit.

I went to rent a 15’ Box Truck at this location and had a great experience. I was helped by Mandy and she was fantastic and made the process very simple. Highly recommend this location if you’re local in the area, the entire process took me 10 minutes and I was on my way. Thank You for your professionalism and great customer service Mandy.

Ive been renting here for years. Ive had only great experiences with anything Ive done here or needed. The facility is always clean and the climate control is well maintained and regulated. The staff have always been friendly and extremely accommodating (Mandy is my go-to for everything, shes the best!). Ive rented uhaul trucks here and their box truck many times (not sure if they still have it) and its always been a smooth and easy process. I would highly recommend this facility.

Came by to see a few units today and Rosie was extremely helpful. I am a boat captain going away for 6 months and its great to know this location offers discounts to the marina industry and military. I will relay it to my son going away to serve and my crew members. Very touching gesture.

Great service in a clean environment by excellent staff. The young lady, I believe her name is Mandy went above and beyond to calculate logistics for our move, which I know myself can be a daunting task. Nevertheless, Mandy guided us through the storage process, while at the same time displaying a gentle and kind demeanor. Personally, I am touched by this. So many other companies have bitter staff, and little product knowledge. Thankfully Mandy exceeded our expectations during the storage process, and because of her, this USA Self Storage will have lifelong customers. My wife and I want to extend our gratitude to Mandy and the staff at this storage facility.

My brand new boat was stolen from this facility on Thanksgiving night 2018. Security footage was useless at identifying the thieves. No gated access - store in lot at your own risk.

Went in for some moving supplies. The ladies in the office were very helpful and ensured I left with the right number of boxes and enough tape to get through the job. Ill definitely be back the next time I need moving or shipping supplies.

Ahhh its a storage place. Access wasnt convenient to parking the moving truck. Felt like I walked FOREVER aroind the place. Needs better access somehow.

I have had storage units here almost since its inception. They have gone through several management companies, each with their own ideas on the best way to do things. I just signed for another unit with Stephanie who is from the regional office. She was professional, smart, funny and incredibly helpful. She was multi- multi tasking. Heres hoping this company stays.

My favorite location to rent trucks. The staff are very friendly, trucks are always clean and well kept. I rent at least a couple times a month and I never had a dull moment.

I received great service from Hudson and Andrew. They were fantastic. Great customer service. I moved from one unit to another with baby tagging along. Hudson went above and beyond to help me. They increase your rent every 3 months in more the $30 dollars each time. Not good.

Phone number on website does not work, phone number on my past due notice was actually the fax number. I have credit card on file for monthly fee and they just decided not to use it this month and I got a late charge. Space is nice and clean but this customer service is not conducive to a long term business relationship.

Very clean quiet place. Access to the storage its self is 6AM-10PM. Dont mix it up with the office hours like I did.

Lazy and incompetent staff. After standing in the office for no less than 10 minutes waiting on someone to show up, I completed my truck rental sign-in only to be told that they have no dollies because previous customers had stolen them. I had to go to another place to rent a truck and dolly. It -might- have been a good idea to have told me this when I called earlier in the day to confirm the reservation. I had to waste valuable time driving to a nearby Uhaul and getting a new rental.Their parking lot is an absolute disaster too. Trucks randomly parked everywhere, blocking access.

Well we wont mention the wild things some people do in their storage spaces...but it is a very secure and safe and clean.

I have had a storage unit at US Self Storage for a few months, and I recently needed a larger unit. Mr. Hud was and is always so very helpful.He immediately secured a new storage unit for me and greeted me when I arrived and quickly facilitated the change. Also the young lady who works there is very nice and reassuring-I didnt know that there was someone on call after closing hours and she instructed me and stayed on the phone with me to facilitate me entering the storage unit with my security id number-she made me feel at ease and safe.Really, everyone who works there is very nice and helpful (I apologize I dont know everyones name)Thank you USA StorageNancy Ryder

Easy access. Nice staff

I stored my some belongings and a bed for 3 months while my apartment was being renovated. When I took my bed out of storage it was infested with bed bugs. I filed an insurance claim and they denied it. This facility looks nice from the outside but I found mold on my boxes and an infested bed. Each time I went to the facility it had people outside sleeping and drinking on the premises. I am sure those people were accessing the inside. This storage is dirty!

My business trailer with equipment was stolen 7/29/2018 right under their nose and they didnt even care. Manager wouldnt even look me in the eye more did she even talk to the investigating officer. DO NOT RENT HERE!

This was recommended as a free storage facility with a trailer rental from uhaul and a reservation was made but when we arrived after a 20 hour drive we were informed that uhaul lied to us and although they share the benefits with uhaul they do not accommodate any of their specials. Uhaul also quoted a price and upon arrival the facility raised the rate by 300%!. Consumer beware this is a shady rental place.
