Ben and staff were very personable. Its cool to be in a music store where you can look over the counter and see a guitar being built from scratch. They have a nice array of inexpensive instruments. They have the brand of guitar strings that I always had to go to guitar center (Fayetteville) and get. They have more than one gauge of banjo strings, and the knowledge to tell me why.
