By far the best truck buying experience ever!!!! It was super fast and easy. These guys were very nice and outgoing. They did not pressure us into buying anything and my husband got a great deal on his new truck and left with a huge smile on his face. Thank you Karen for going over everything with such detail and helping him get the truck he wanted!! I suggest I you want hassle free buying experience and honest ppl definitely stop by and give them a shot. You wont regret it!! Bought the 2014 Chevy Silverado and its great so far!!!!! Im giving Crown Motors 1 star, because the is no way to give them a minus. I would avoid this company like a stripper with cold sore! I bought a truck from them with some front end problems and the mechanic they use could not fix it, so they said that if I would get it fixed and show them they bill they would take that amount off my payment.. That never happened. And before you know it they had sold my loan to CSF another company I would think twice before getting tangled up with. Save yourself the hassle and pass them by!

They sold me a Jeep, had it less than a year. It already had multiple electrical issues when we purchased it. Then the engine messed up, never called back with what parts I needed and kept telling me the parts were on back order.. pretty sure it slung a rod or lifter. Funny, the same Jeep is back on the lot for resale.. be careful.

Not worth dealing with this business! Selling cars for stupid prices. Unprofessional and they are harassing to customers who doesnt make payments due to there pos vechile they sold that broke down a week latter. Also if there was a -0 star that would be my selection. Yall dont even deserve the one star!!

Ripped us off. Put a decent down payment on a car and the next day the radiator went out. Took the car back as they promised to make it right, instead blamed me for the problem and said I owed them for the repairs. Now out a car and a couple grand. Make sure you inspect the vehicle 100% and be prepared to be ripped off.

This place is the most unprofessional place I have ever dealt with in my entire life! The people that work there are so rude! I’ve never been treated so poorly by a business! Christina has a horrible attitude and should not be dealing with the public. I am still mind blown by how she just treated me. I would steer far away from this place.

Lots of nice cars just not what I was looking for

Went in with a chunk of money to purchase a car for my mother. After wandering around the lot for 10-15 minutes without anyone checking on us we left. I guess they didnt need the business. The pictures on the website are not what the cars look like. If your next door and want to see some over priced cars in an unattended lot go kill a couple minutes. If your going off the website and driving an hour save yourself the trip. Most of the cars show signs of collision or the interior is nicely taped back together. Had I spoke to a sales person maybe my opinion would be different but other than their mechanic saying hi it was a ghost town.
