Convenient location with fast service. They had a steady stream of people while I was here but were getting orders out quickly. The barista was very friendly. We will definitely be back as this may be my new favorite location.

I do not review big chain businesses. However, I will make an exception in this case. The barristers here are awesome. I travel a lot and have been to a lot of Starbucks, but the service here is top notch! They give you that small coffee shop feel, friendly, great coffee, and they go out of the way for veterans.

I am Not a coffee drinker BUT.. I always get lemon loaf pound cake and it is so good moist and thick cuts of cake such a great treat..

I love Starbucks coffee! Eglin pkwy is hit or miss on customer service. I dont normally complain but I use drive thru and most the time my drink is spilling everywhere in my car. Its pretty hard to clean a spilling drink in the car.

I order on the app almost every day.., and it’s my favorite way to start any day!! Quick and happy service! :)

Doors are locked, there’s a car parked and empty in the drive thru. Apparently Starbucks is closed unless you have their silly app. One star for being ridiculous.

It closes @ 5pm...so make sure you are in line (with nobody in front) at least at 4:50...because if the person in front moves and it 5:01 they wont service...Excellent Customer Service !

My orders are always accurate and the staff is super friendly. I also love the convenience of ordering on the app at this location to decrease my wait time in line and in store.

$13.10 for a venti chai and a tall white mocha is extreme, even for a tourist town. Long wait and both drinks not good.

“Doesn’t have time to make tea” gave me the products and asked me to make my own drink. I’m paying for a service, not a product.

I come to this location 3-5 times a week, and no matter the people on shift I get treated wonderfully! Always quick and friendly service, Lindsey even remembers my order and name. I make it a point to come to this location because I get the same great treatment every time.

These baristas are on top of their game! This place is non stop busy but it doesnt effect the quality of the drinks or service. That is rare for a vacation spot starbucks during peak season.We have been here multiple times during our stay and have not had one bad experience.

The employees are kind and patient...and the coffees GREAT, of course! Admittedly, Im one of those people who also buys it in the grocery store and drinks it everyday at home, but theres something extra special about a hand-crafted, double-blended mocha cookie crunch Frappuccino! Its a mood-changer.

Good place to chill and do some work while your traveling. Came here to get out of the hotel and it was a cozy atmosphere. Really nice and friendly baristas and coffee was good.Oh and they have nitro brew here!!!!! This automatically makes this place the best Starbucks in town.

Pretty standard fare, as far as SBux goes. They are quick with drive thru orders but always a long line. Sometimes its best to park in the Winn Dixie parking lot and walk in to pick up a mobile order if youre in a hurry. Afternoons are a lot better as far as drive thru speed. They have a couple outdoor tables open as well.

Great location. Very clean. Staff were all friendly. Our drinks were ready faster than most of my past Starbucks experiences. I would definitely go back to this location.

I love coming to Starbucks! Its always an amazing experience. The coffee is fantastic the atmosphere its homey and the employees are so energetic.They always put me in a good mood.

Stay away from this location! They are slow and rude! I watched my drink sit on the counter in a blender for 20 minutes as they filled everyone else’s orders not bothering to simply put it in a cup and hand it to me. Instead the workers kept leaving the counter to tell people to put their masks on or leave, forgetting the drinks they were making. Absolute waste of time.

This has been weeks of experiences. Lines are over 20 minutes long-pouring into a major roadway, beverages are made without attention to detail- and do not include extra stuff paid for. The baristas are not making orders according to the app customizations and making them seemingly in a hurry. I’ve gotten the same drink four times and each time the drink was made different. I’ve went on three occasions and find random printer paper with hand written signs saying “closed” due to “covid” or “ storms” or “new hours.” The app is never consistent. I’ll be switching to the neighboring store.

This one is inside of the Barnes and Nobles. It states on Google they close at 10.(Starbucks). We got there at 9:15 and walked in on the side of the bookstore that leads directly to Starbucks, and there were 4 employees behind the counter that informed us they were closed. So it was disappointing to say the least.

Open for business. Uses CDC protocols to protect customers. Good service and good lattees.

Pretty normal as far as most Starbucks go. The parking lot was a little wonky though. The only entrance was blocked by drive through traffic. Decided to go to the next one which was an exit only. Had to go all the way around again and go around the drive through traffic.

When is Starbucks just not the best on a rainy day?

My familys favorite place to get coffee. :) We love how cute the place is. Our coffees are always delicious and made with care. The environment is nice and clean, and the place is never crowded. My mom and I live sitting outside in the chairs and tables they provide and sip, talk, and relax.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. I have given this place a lot of chances but every morning I’d go, the older lady that works in the drive through is always unbelievably rude to me. Today when I went 7:26 she snatched my debit card out of my hand, didn’t say a word to me at all. I said thank you and she just looked at me and closed the window. Not a word from her. Think about the places you give your money to people.

I love this starbucks!!! Staff is great!!! They are sweet even when it gets busy and hectic! I rarely have issues with this Starbucks and when i do, the staff is good about handling it without being rude! I avoid going to the one on Mary Esther, they mess up my order most of the time!I wouldnt come here to study or meet though. They are always busy and its location makes it difficult and scary to drive around and park. But even though they are always busy, i would still rather come to this Starbucks!

Always perfect always consistent my drink is the vente decaf skinny cafe mocha hot and you cant get that anywhere else I hope its low in calories I tell myself it is.....

I just happened to stop in even though Im not a Starbucks fan. This location has a great staff, clean store and I loved all the patriotic pictures on the walls. I have been to other Starbucks in other military towns but this location really shows their support to the men and women in uniform. I will definitely be back the next time I am in FWB.

Absolutely love this location. The staff couldnt be friendlier. My favorite is Yoshi whom I have been served by in Pensacola as well as this location. They even remember my special drinks which speaks volumes considering the traffic they experience.

I just ordered a drink there, that I always get from that starbucks and I am unsure if they have new people but there were two newer older ladies there and first they made my drink cold which I asked for hot. When they remade my drink hot I got home and tasted it and it was absolutely disgusting. I am not a complainer and I am easy to please I wouldve just drunk it if it was a little off but I had to say something no one would drink this its absolutely nasty. I wont go back there again.

5 stars for the batista Jess! She is seriously one of the best Ive ever seen. She knows my drink & starts working on it as soon as she sees me. She is seriously the best. You should go just because of her, and ask her for the daily double down.

Every experience here is a pleasure. If my coffee has ever been wrong this team has always went above and beyond to fix it and make sure I get what I want. They have even went as far to apologize and given me recovery cards to make up for the mistake. They usually stay busy but try and make service quick as possible, even under high pressure this team is never short on smiles!

Just stopped by here, super friendly staff and the wait was super short for a busy afternoon! 10/10 absolutely amazing !

Are usually love this location, the employees are so happy and friendly… But today I believe she is the manager… This woman is running around like a mad lady the line was superlong people were honking and she told me to pull around for my second drink then she never came out to bring it so when I went in she nearly threw the drink at me and was rambling on and on!! I understand you’re busy I don’t mind waiting but this lady is gone bonkers. Then she left All of the other employees inside while she went outside to smoke a cigarette and complain to her self in the parking lot!! So while the other employees are getting slammed at this moment their manager is smoking in the parking lot ... not great management

Great prices and service with a smile.

I have been a regular for quite some time now at this location. If it wasnt for most of the amazing staff who make a point to acknowledge me everyday, I would never return due to the crazy manager (who I assume is the gm) running the place. She is at the espresso machine everyday screaming and yelling at all her employees and constantly barking orders at them. To me it looks like she has very little respect for her employees who are running around doing everything for her. All the employees in return just fake a smile to make their customers happy. So I thank thank for their hard work!

The service was outstanding and our White Chocolate Mochas were delicious!

Great service, my drink took a little longer than usual so they gave me a $4 gift card. Really great.

Today my mom and I went through the Drive Thru and it was packed! Which is fine but when we went up to get our drinks, the lady practically threw them at us and rushed us out. Not only that but the “strawberry “ smoothie I got had absolutely no flavor of strawberry nor sweetener, it tasted bizarre. Also my mother asked for a mocha frappe, they give her a bitter mocha ice coffee. We went back for our refund and they understood, but when we got our new drinks my mother got this frappe filled with milk and barely no coffee or mocha flavoring in it! Fast but sloppy and poor service.

Wish I could give zero stars as well. I usually go to another location and I dread going to this one. They are FAR less busy and stand around gossiping while people are in line To the DOOR. They DONT call the drinks out so they just pile up on the counter and you have to guess which one is yours. I’ve waited for over half an hour at this location and I’m so done with it I’m NEVER goin here again
