Bad pump cc system, takes way too long and then made me go into prepay with a fleet card to fill up a work van. Please speed things up, five plus minutes for cc auth is too slow.

I am looking for a cashier that used to work here back in 2015 named Cody. I cant remember which one he worked at. Can you please let me know if hes still there? Ive been searxhing for him for years.

All the staff there are great except for the manager. She has discriminated me because of my disability on several occasions. Shes does not want to help anybody retrieve the items they want to purchase. I am visually impaired and sometimes need help in the store. On two separate occasions, she would let me stand there and just wait and then she would have customers come around me and take them instead of going to help me real quick. The customers were even willing to wait. I asked her to help me with a six pack of beer which I purchase maybe once a year, so not something Im familiar with, I couldnt locate anything I was looking for she chose to ignore me until I made a scene about how she didnt want to help a disabled person. She then got a 12-pack of cans when I asked for a six pack of bottles. (Like I cant tell the difference in the size and the weight.) Then she decides on another occasion to ban me from the store. I was there a little after 11pm one night to redeem a scratch off, she just slid the tickets away and said, not now. When I asked her why not, she very rudely said, do you know what time it is? I had no idea it was after 11:00pm. I havent been able to see a clock in a very long time. Not to mention I did not know that there was a law or rule that said you could not redeem tickets after 11:00. I Googled redeeming lottery tickets and it told me that there was a timeline for draw tickets not scratch off tickets. She told me to leave her store and do not come back while cussing at me. I have done nothing wrong, except question her. I do not deserve this treatment. Shes extremely rude, unprofessional, and shes costing your store a lot of money by running off good customers. I am sure my friends and family spend more at your store then her salary on a weekly basis until this issue is resolved however we will not purchase anything from your store. You should not have a person in that position who does not know how to deal with the public, who has no customer service skills, and who does not care to help the disabled customers that you have. You might want to inform her on how to assist her disabled customers. I have called the regional office and filed a complaint. I will wait for a return phone call before myself, my friends & family ban Circle K from our lives.Update I have called corporate twice they do not respond. I am going to the store to try to speak with your manager and she doesnt have time to speak with me. It was a heat index of a 103 the other day and I stopped to see if I could purchase a bottle of water. The manager still would not let me in the store to buy a bottle of water!! Even though I was walking in the heat and was clearly dehydrated.
