Authentic Mexican Food! Double tortilla street Tacos. Homemade chips with a salsa bar. It was so packed that it was hard to get a table, so you know it’s good local hangout. Serves Mexican drink, soft drinks in bottle and lots of cold beer. The have sopas, street tacos. Tostadas y Cocteles, tortas, burritos, much more.

Amazing meals! Our group of 11 all enjoyed everything we ate. I highly recommend the California Asada Fries - so good!! Generous servings and great selections on the salsa bar.

Didnt expect much based on the outside but when I went in, everything was renovated and new. Nice setup. I got the burrito grande with carne asada and it was great. I will definitely go back and bring friends.

This place got awesome products and the food is good. The reason I gave them two stars is because I ordered fresh cheese and the person that served me didn’t wash his hands (he was cutting meat). His hands was full of blood. That was so disgusting. Also, I am pretty sure that is against any hygiene law.

First time coming, and as a restaurant owner, this place has bad service, stood there 10 minutes with no ones help, they just stared at us, and the cashier lady was soo rude, we really didn’t hear the beep on the little machine, and she came up to us and said.“DONT YOU HEAR THE BEEP! GET YOUR FOOD”Tacos were alrightBut bad service, not coming back

The food is amazing...but this place gets only 2 stars due to the customer service provided. The employees made several disrespectful remarks in regards to their customers in Spanish unaware we understood what was being said the entire conversation.We refuse to spend another dollar in this establishment due to the poor customer experienced for the second visit in a row.

Theres a taco truck on the side of the store. You have to order in the store then bring it to the taco truck. The food was so delicious. Being Hispanic, I crave the taste of authentic Hispanic food. This is the best by far. We were so pleased. Its a little pricey but so well worth it.

Produce was subpar wont be getting any recommendations from me if you want almost rotten vegetables go but if you want better dont go and waste your time or money

Love this place. Theyve changed a lot of things around. They have a money center for sending funds to Central America and I believe they also provide tax filing services. Their groceries are a bit overpriced but they have a good meat and dairy selection. Love their tacos too! Have to try the horchata. Recommend.

One of my coworkers told me about this place honestly its such a little hole in the wall hidden gem I never knew existed, The restaurant self is clean the furniture are all very modern and the blinds are down in the large windows so it stays Cool any dont get blinded by the afternoon Sun. The food itself is great every single serving portion is huge and with any order you get Im pretty sure you get chips with Definitely will be coming back in the future.

The food is very good here real mexican flavors !!!But there is this one very rude lady she looks like in her mid 30s and thin, i think she is new. We went up to the counter to order and she just had this ugly face she most definitely has no customer service skills and clearly wanted to leave she has a tone and looks at people with out even blinking and a very creepy smirk on her face kind of saying to herself just order and leave you guys really need to tell her to soften up or give her more days off because she never looks happy 😂💀

Wasnt thrilled at all. Ordered a Torta with no jalapenos and still had jalapenos. Tried removing the jalapenos from the first half of it, however still overpowering taste of jalapenos. Politely bought the sandwhich up to the counter to have a new one re-done. The co-workers discussed it in spanish in front of me after my request and decided to just to remove jalapenos. So they gave me sandwhich my torta back with jalapenos removed. Tried to eat torta again maybe with all removed different result. However same outcome went to them finally one last time and explained that I am allergic so unfortunately would not work for me if they could have it remade. Again coworkers discussing in spanish about my order and what to do with me. Admitting it was there fault that it was written on the order no jalapenos but they messed it up. Unfortunately highly upsetting when speaking about me in my face in spanish. Im assuming they didnt know I spoke spanish. However no a fan of poor customer service as well as not speaking english, assuming I would not be able to understand I find very unprofessional. However groups experience was alright, Taco Bell was agreed, would have been better. However, we will not be returning due to poor customer service.

Finally a place with authentic tacos! This is THE place in Fort Walton Beach if you want the best tasting chorizo tacos. The other ones were pretty good but the chorizo was on point. They don’t skimp on portion sizes, plenty of meat in these tacos. The chorizo is nice and greasy, not so much that it detracts from the taste, as a matter of fact it adds to the taste. A nice taco bar to add fixings is a nice plus.Ordering food is a little weird, other reviews cover that procedure pretty well. Only downside is they are not open for lunch.

So yum, the food and the atmosphere is authentic. Their food is delicious, employees are nice and loving the new remodel.

Hands down the best Mexican food in the Fort Walton Beach area. I usually get the all meat carne asada burrito (hint: its not actually all meat, it has onions, cilantro, etc) and we like the sopapillas and carne asada salad. Know that it is almost always busy, but the line moves fast most of the time. Trust me, its worth the wait.

Amazing & authentic!! Didnt want to post this originally cause I was feeling greedy but hands down the best Mexican food in the panhandle, easy. It doesnt matter what you order, from the Barbacoa to the Horchata its all delicious!! Ive eaten at restaurants from Pensacola to Panam City and this is where its at!

Very poor service for months already. I was waiting to buy something up front in the counter. But no one was there. I was waiting for 10 minutes and no one came. I heard people in the back and went back there to tell them. I told them that I needed assistance. The lady turn around and told me what you want. That was very disrespectful and mean, so I left.

We browse it every time we eat at the restaurant mi gente. Our to go place for authentic Hispanic products. Some products can be overpriced but not a bad place to shop for those hard to find Hispanic products.

Ive gone here for a while when I need chorizo, fresh tortillas or other Mexican ingredients. There is a small meat market and small grocery store.Recently, I had the best tacos Ive ever had. Most evenings you can order food at the register, then take the ticket to the truck for pick up or eat there. The chorizo tacos are good, but the super chorizo tacos (with cheese and avacado) are to die for. Be sure to grab something to drink inside when you order.

It was really nice moving from up north where theres a ton of Hispanics and we have lots of supermarkets, and finding this place.. it was really disappointing that while they did sell the large packs of sazon, which was great I hate paying $3 for the small ones at stores here, they didnt really have much Goya products.. I mean they didnt even sell the empanada patties .. which was the main reason we wanted to find a Hispanic place in the area. We just buy our platanos and beans from the commissary, commissary is also the only place that sells Pernil (pork shoulder).. I used to only makenit for holidays but now we eat it more often its so cheap down here! ANYWAYS. they sell a lot of the cheap off brand Hispanic items, they have the fresh veggies we use, and a small meat selection.. apparently they sell made food too? And its good? Ive never eaten it.
