We had a fantastic experience! Jordan was so wonderful and his knowledge was beyond excellent. My husband came in prepared after doing a ton of research and Jordan was spot on with everything. The selection is small but they offer in store ordering and free delivery, set up and old mattress removal. Great place! Go check them out!

Salesperson I spoke with was not rude, just overly pushing and a bit too aggressive with trying to get the sale. Again not rude, just didnt dig the vibe in there. Ending up buying from a different company in fort walton.

Bad customer service for already bought products. They ignore your calls and messages. Certain people(Jordan)show good customer service before you purchase, but after that they totally ignore you if you have any problem with the item. And yes I agree with others, owners daughter is totally rude.

Came here looking for a new mattress and this place had a great selection available for me to decide what I was looking for and Jordan the guy that was helping me was very helpful and patient with us from the time we entered the store until we left.

I dont recommend this store. I was told I had a 60 day comfort guarantee on the items I purchased. I bought a king size bed with a massager and adjuster base. When delivered the adjuster was two single side by sides which came with two different remotes. There was no synchronizing performed because there was a cable missing. After trying it out for two weeks, I didnt like the massager and tried to return it. Small fine print that wasnt disclosed during purchase, adjustables are not returnable, not even for store credit! Oh, if you dont like it you can return it for up to 60 days...Liars!!

I had the same experience as the other guy. The girl (who told me she was the owners daughter) was beyond rude. She wasnt understanding what I was telling her and began to yell and curse at me. It was probably the most angry Ive ever been and THE WORST customer service I have ever experience in my life. Very disappointed.

Very disappointed. I asked for a box spring and was sold a foundation box. It broke not even 4 months in. I was surprised to open it and see how poorly it was made.
