Bob was extremely helpful and kind. He made buying a mattress quick and easy, he was knowledgeable and had a great selection. He even gave us a free pillow! If I ever needed another mattress I would definitely go back, we were in and out in an hour. Highly recommended.

We have a condo in Fort Walton Beach. We needed a king mattress, boxes and frame, and it was Thursday afternoon and we were leaving Saturday morning to go home. When we walked in, Bob was incredibly helpful, we found what we needed, and he managed to get it delivered the next day, sooner than promised. We then decided Friday evening to buy another King mattress. He got it delivered that same night!!! Mattress Warehouse has earned our business permanently.

Came into mattress warehouse today to get a bed for my son the place is very clean loved that greeted right away got shown a couple beds son picked the one he liked an the sale process was very smooth an easy definitely recommend place for beds.

I finally broke down and admitted that I needed a new mattress.  I mean after all it has been like 10 years. Honestly, I no idea what to get or what I needed for the issues I was having. From the moment I walked in the door the staff was friendly,  helpful, and went out of their way to help. They answered all of my crazy questions and even asked me questions to figure out what best fits my needs. Most importantly, they made sure I got something that was within my budget. I got free pillows and my bed was delivered in 2 days!!

I don’t normally write reviews but I just had to for this place. Buying a new bed can be nerve racking because it has to be just right as you will be sleeping in it for a long time. Customer service was awesome and the experience was great from beginning to end. Alan and Bob were so patient and helpful while my husband and I literally looked at every mattress there lol! The bed we liked the most was actually the floor model and so because of that, they gave us a huge discount! They offer delivery service but we didn’t use it because we had brought our truck. But regardless of that, Alan still loaded it up into our truck and even strapped it in for us. I’m now a life long customer!

I purchased a mattress and box springs for my mother several months ago. I needed to make a purchase and receive delivery within a short timeframe while visiting my mother from out of town. We bought a condo on Okaloosa Island on May 31. Mattress Warehouse delivered our new mattress the next day! They didnt have the low profile platform that we needed, but they put in a standard size box spring until ours arrives. They will switch it out for us when it arrives. Thank you Allen and others who work there, including the delivery crew who were just as prompt and professional.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Mattress Warehouse! The staff is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, not pushy, and very friendly! I had shopped around a little, but I knew that Mattress Warehouse was going to be my final stop after about 5 min of speaking with the salesman. I love my mattress so far (memory foam), and in the future I plan on purchasing an adjustable base for it from MATTRESS WAREHOUSE!

I recently bought an icomfort mattress (Insight) and I love it. Its the best mattress Ive ever slept on. The people there were very nice and more informative than anywhere else. They also delivered it the same day which was great.

My father and I went in to purchase two full-size beds. We had just recently moved into FWB and had a terrible experience at a major chain mattress company. After passing Mattress Warehouse several times, we finally stopped in and we are really glad we did! Bob made the entire mattress experience a pleasantly smooth and enlightening one.
