I brought in both my daughters phones. 1 was non responsive the other needed the camera replaced. The one with back camera was fixed, no issues. Phone 2, the non-responsive phone could not be repaired but in the process of diagnosis they cracked a perfectly good screen. Offered nothing accept that if the phone started functioning in the future that they would replace it.Fast forward a couple months later and my daughter with phone 1 cracks her screen. I still have the other phone that if they didn’t crack the screen, I could have replaced. So, I return to explain this and ask for a win-win as a returning customer that would have had a perfectly good replacement screen. He offers me a $20 off discount of $140 which isn’t a discount at all as other places standard price is $120. I ask him that he do better considering he broke the screen and he turned completely rude. So, hey buddy. Keep you $20 non-discount. You just lost an assuredly returning customer along with negatives reviews over a few more dollars and just doing the right thing. We came to the mall, got her phone fixed in 20 min. for guess how much? $120!🤦🏼‍♂️ There are several options for phone repair, please choose a different option that understands fair customer service practices, Unlike cell phone city.

We had a screen on the blink on an iPhoneXS and went to this place because of the high google review. When I found out it was cash only my concerns went up. We got the new screen for about $170 which seemed high but, hey, we needed it fixed. Shortly after getting it home, the screen starting blacking out at random times. We took it back and were met with resistance and disrespect. We were told this was a different problem and he wasn’t responsible for it. He tried manipulating us and frankly made my wife feel awful. I’m not sure how many of the 5 star ratings are real, but I would never recommend this place. I’m sure the owner is going to reply to this message and say please bring it back in and they will make it right, but don’t believe him. It’s in all the bad reviews.

Ive visited Cell Phone City in the Northcrest shopping center on 3 occasions. All have been great experiences. Most recently I stopped by to have a cracked camera screen repaired. Entering the store Im always promptly greeted by the store owner. He was quickly able to give me a price estimate (60% cheaper than a local competitor, $70 vs $150) the part he needed was out of stock but he told me he could have it the next day. The next day he called me and I went to have the part changed. It took about a half hour and looks and works great. This is a locally owned business worth supporting!!!

I took my IPhone in because the charging port was broken. Excellent customer service, the gentleman I spoke with answered all my questions and was very polite and friendly. Super fast as well, done in under an hour. Saved me some money by repairing the existing charger port rather than replacing it with a new port which made it even cheaper than the perfectly reasonable quote for a brand new charger port! Awesome business, better than the corporate giants! I came in to fix my device and get a screen repair without an appointment and was very quickly seen to. The customer service was excellent, and the gentleman there was quite polite and knowledgeable. Then my phone was fixed in not only 1/3 the time of Apple, but also for a much cheaper cost. The gentleman fixing my device was also honest about what was wrong and what needed done, instead of trying to get me to go for the most expensive option. Havent had any problems with my device since. Will definitely come here in the future for any other phones!

Absolutely terrible. I’ve taken my phone 3 times and it seems that it is more broke everytime I leave with it. First I had a shattered screen so I took to him to repair it. Fine for 2 days and the OLED came apart from the screen and my screen went black. I paid to get it fixed again and the screen is pressing on the screen by itself touching buttons. And after that he put a new one on for free and it has been fine for 2 days. When I took it the second time he said, “must be your phone then.” Well that’s why I’m bringing it to you to fix and obviously he hasn’t done a good job.

I called about having a battery replaced and was told they had them in stock and could do it when ever I was ready. I went right over and it took less then 30 minutes. The service was great and the price was lower then expected. We should all support local businesses like this one.

The screen on my phone was fixed in under an hour! It looks great and he put a glass screen protector on it for only $10 more. The man that helped me was very nice and professional. I am so pleased with the customer service and quality of their work! I would go back in a heartbeat!

Came here to get my screen fixed on my iphone X and i it was done in about 40 minutes. He threw on a new screen protector for 10 bucks and even fixed my charging port issues for free. This place is incredible. Ive used it 5 or 6 times. (Two young girls in the house so lots of broken phone screens and todays emergency was a battery replacement.) The customer service you find here is outstanding, the turnaround times are fast (screen replacement, battery replacement, any service Ive requested), and the prices are really affordable. I decide to check this place out cause my tempered glass was just hideous and an eye sore to look at. I decided to try the mall first, one lady decide to try and charge me $40 for her service or $15 for the glass screen that I can do myself. I go to Best Buy and the screen protectors are around $40-$50 plus when I saw first saw it, it really did seem like a tedious task. Then I decided to try this place out. The person that serve me was Bill. And let me tell you, he has done such an amazing job it looked like a professional did it. No air bubbles nothing. If I ever had any phone problems. Bill is the guy to ask for.

Love this place! They worked with me on a Christmas gift for my niece to get her phone repaired. They took the time to make her a really cute gift certificate and were so nice and professional. THE BEST customer service! I cant speak enough of the friendly and helpful environment exhibited at this store. They were amazingly patient and helpful when my girlfriend was having an issue with her IPhone. The staff here are very knowledgeable, and I will be recommending friends and family here as much as possible!

I am from South Carolina and was visiting my girlfriend in Indiana when my phone decided to break. I took it here and he had my phone fixed within twenty minutes for a very reasonable price. Almost two month later my girlfriends phone broke so she took it here and he remembered who I was. And again he delivered a great quality of work. This was by far the best quality and customer service I have ever received from a phone store and I wish I had a place in South Carolina that was as good as this place to take my phone when it breaks. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Cell phone city was incredible. I shattered my iPhone 6, and they quoted my a price that was 50% cheaper than any other cell phone repair shop in Fort Wayne and they said it would take an hour, it took a half hour. The quality is perfect just like it was from Apple themselves.

I went in to get the rear camera glass replaced, and found out I may have to replace camera as well, but they were able to clean the lens on the camera and only had to replace the glass as originally expected. Great service, I would definitely recommend to anyone needing repairs to their phone.

My experience here was great. The owner worked with me personally and explained what I needed to do. I had a severely cracked iPhone 6s and he fixed it in 30 mins and then helped me find a case. Ive used Cell Phone City to fix my phones for the last 4 years. Most recently they replaced the camera glass. 20 minutes.I was back most recently in October 2016, at their new Northcrest location! AT&T said my charge port had corrosion and Id need a new phone. $100 with insurance. Called this place and they said itd be $75 and 2 hours for them to fix it. Took it in and he took 1 look at it and said there was no corrosion, gave the port a good clean and works like new now. $20 and 10 mins.He could have easily charged me the $75 and put in the new charge port knowing that wasnt the real problem. Props for the honesty and the quick service.
