So, l had to replace my phone and Cora helped me out with the technology aspect of it. Soon, I figured I would require more help. Michael directed me to Dayna(?)spelling.He was wonderful. He figured that l was more than frustrated and found that the SIM card needed replaced. It was defective.When I need anything, I will definitely be going back. They were so nice and helpful. I dont like having to make an appointment when I have an issue. My work schedule doesnt give me that type of flexibility. I also wasnt given instructions on how to make an appointment with my phone.
So I went to the store in Warsaw Indiana waiting for half an hour just to tell me that they couldn’t help me because I forgot my ID and I went after that to the one in Fort Wayne they helped me fast

Verizon service is very good but you definitely do not want to go into the Glenbrook location because theres a manager in there hes got a long beard and tattoos and hes obviously methed out he literally came out screaming at us for checking out a blue tooth speaker. The guy needs anger management he runs customers off. But we went to at&t and told them our experience and they hooked us up with a deal at half the cost of his offer

I went there with my dad and a gentleman named Nick helped us out. Very informative and patient with us (my dad sometimes has trouble hearing). It was nice not feeling like I was being overly pressured. I’ll definitely ask for Nick when it’s time for my daughter to get her phone.

Very eager to take our money for purchase of 2 phones but unable to set up phone and transfer info from old phones. An appt was needed for this and none available for over a week. Phone numbers given to us to do the transfer did not work. Now we were without use of any phone when transfer activated new phone but it wasn’t working. Returned to store and could not be helped because of no appt. There were 3 employees standing around doing nothing and still refused to help. Will never recommend this store. The rating would be 0 if it was available. Did go to another city and was helped immediately without any appt. what a joke this store is

This is the worst Verizon location I have ever been to. We waited for 45 minutes while the associate flirted with the costumer in front of us, only to have him tell us that switch a phone from one plan to another was an “at home 30 day process.” I have done this with 2 other phones at 2 other Verizon locations in the last year and somehow they managed to accomplish this impossible task. When I inquired as to why this was all of the sudden the case the associate decided to flaunt how many years he had worked for Verizon, when his experience clearly didn’t help in this case. I will go to another store that actually wants business in the future.
Ive been to 2 other Verizon stores in Fort Wayne because I was closer to them at the time, and always have to come to this location to get any questions answered or problems fixed. This store almost always has a wait, but its 100% worth it. They have a line because the staff is so knowledgeable and kind. They truly want to help you. You arent just a number(pun intended) the other locations you get helpedimmediately and then pushed aside....and then your problem still isnt solved so you end up at this location anyways! Highly recommend this store!!

Firstly, after having Sprint for several years I switched to Verizon. Both are good service but Verizon coverage is a bit better. But, this store is a corporate store and they won my business by contacting me and offering me a Business Plan (I own a small company). With the business account they totally saved us about $100 each month and the lady we worked with was really helpful and fun to work with!EDIT 10/2020.... still happy with coverage, but the lady screwed up royally when setting up my accounts. Double billed for canceled lines and paid for numbers I didnt have. Took lots of effort to get it sorted out and in the end Verizon paid me back. Im still with them.
The clerk was very knowledgeable in the plans and phones. She offered me the best deal I could get. The charges where correct on our first bill as the clerk promised. They also give a military discount. We are very happy with the service and phone that we had.
Ive been there at least a dozen times for various things. If youre getting the latest high priced gadget, expect great service. Getting a charger, case, or adding money to a prepaid plan, expect the brush off, lots of I dont knows while they gaze longingly towards the door hoping someone who will spend more money will walk in. If its a problem with your account, call Verizon Wireless, the staff here probably wont be anywhere near as helpful as dialing direct.

*** Updated. Came back in to get a couple upgrades. Yea. Even worse experience than before. Over an hour and still havent powered up the phones. Definitely not a fast process. The deals they claim to offer are not at all what they actually are. Trade in your phone for 200.00 or actually 7.00 in reality.Always in a hurry to help but not always ready to listen. They would not warranty a product included in a bundle because I didnt pay for it individually. Best Buy has way better customer service.
We visit this store because it is a corporate store not a franchise. We visited a franchise years ago and were over sold services. The corporate store does try to upsell but arent as pushy. They are always ready to help and answer questions after the sale.
Verizon would not call to report my lost/stolen phone to my insurance. Covid isnt not a valid reason to not helpful since it has no contact between customer and employee. Disappointed 🤔

I would give zero stars if I could! We spent over 3 awful hours here today when we were told it would be a very quick process. Dayna had no idea what he was talking about obviously! We ended up returning the new phones because they couldnt get stuff transferred over that we were told would be very easy. Will not be coming back to this location and may even switch carriers because of how awful this experience was!

Terrible customer service. Walked in and was told by who I’m assuming was their greeter to “go take a look at the apple watches” in the corner while he looked into which they had in stock. Then proceeded to ignore my fiancé and I while helping 2-3 other groups of people and never bothered to check inventory or even stop us as we walked past him on our way out. Will not return.
I set up the appointment through my Verizon app before I went there to get help with my account. After spent half day corresponding online with two techs and one sales rep my acct still not corrected when renewing two new phones. The Lima Rd store customer services has always been the best and still hasnt changed as long as we have been the cell phone customers with Verizon. As soon as we walked in, Cory greeted us and patiently listened to my complicated concerns on our account. He helped us activated the phones, find the solutions of the problem, and completing phones service. THANK YOU Cory & the manager for helping us!

I generally have a positive experience every time I shop here. The employees are nice and knowledgeable, and they dont condescend when Im not so up on tech stuff. My only teeny issue is that when I purchased my last 2 phones, they were bought based on monthly estimates and the amount saved bc of the current special. I thought they were normal phones, so I figured an average price which would be great bc of the sale.... Well, had they once... Just once... Mentioned the actual price of the phone I probably would have never bought them. Seems a lot deceitful and intentional, but I am the idiot who never asked. So now I own two ridiculously priced phones.... That I and my son love. They are great phones and the camerasare stunningly excellent. So, yes, I am upset I wasnt told, but I cant say the phones arent exactly what I paid for. If they last and I have zero problems forcing me to use insurance and co-pays, then it all will probably be a wash. Just ask the bottom line, folks. They still get five stars bc it all worked out in the end.
Basically, they lie right through their teeth.I bought a brand new Samsung galaxy 5, from this store. A few years ago, when the battery started to die. I was told that they couldnt order one, since the model was out of production. After calling battery plus I was able to obtain a replacement, with a larger capacity. Another lie, Samsung did improved the battery life.I just was told, they dont have the replacement covers for the chargers. The whole unit costs $200.00 dollars. Another lie, you can get the dust cover for about $15.00 at a cell phone repair shop.I understand why Verison forces them to do this. Meeting quotas? I expected more from Verison, since I have service from them.
So unhappy with entire Verizon experience. 40 minutes in the phone on Sat and an hour in the store today. Given 3 different answers by 3 different people. No more Verizon for me ever!
Service is terrible. My phone wasnt working. Went in 3 times for assistance and got no help. The first time they told me to update my phone and that it would take more than an hour. Went home and that didnt fix the problem.Went back on another day and I had made the decision to pay off my phone and buy a new one and that manager felt the need to argue with me. So I left angry.Then he texted me about how his staff wasnt explaining things correctly. Stinks when he throws his staff under the bus. After the third trip without getting anyone to help me with my phone problems I got on line and got my phone replaced without any help from the store.

The worst place to go to if your dealing with Verizon !! The most unprofessional and unfriendly place to come in contact with. I went there in hopes to have an issue resolved that Verizon customer care advised me to but the manager Manny or Manni (spell check) was very rude and didnt not even listen to what my concern or problem was but instead started telling me negative things that were going to happen to my account that I had no idea what In the world he was even talking about and had to ask him to listen and even then nothing changed so I decided to calmly walk out of there and go to the Verizon store located at Lima rd and Dupont rd corner and they solved our issue effortlessly and super professionally!!!

Ive been with Verizon for about 8 years and wont ever switch to anyone else, I just upgraded my phone last week I went to a different Verizon store and wasnt happy with them. I called this store and talked to joe and went in and he helped me a lot with my upgrade, a phone case and screen protector, he explained very easily how much it would be total for everything! Joe was really awesome! This is the only Verizon store I will be going too and as long as joe is there I will only be dealing with him!

Horrible experience. Sales guys were really sketchy and one of them kept calling me buddy even after I requested he call me by my name. I was really let down at the quality of customer service overall. During our two visits, all three salesmen that were there very sneaky and rude; sometimes directly. Weve recently gone to another location to obtain service for our family (myself, my wife, and our four kids). I wouldnt recommend this specific Verizon location to ANYONE, honestly. Verizon is a good company but this store is sketchy as all heck. Visit at your own risk.

He wouldnt even make eye contact with me, a female, and kept answering and talking to my husband anytime I would address him. Not only that but I have since found out that I was sold the wrong product. Now I am stuck with a phone that I dont even want and it was his fault. Also I had to pay an authorized Verizon retailer to transfer all my data from my old phone to my new phone because he didnt even finish activating the phone. Worst service Ive ever received!
Needed a new phone, walked in the door waited 30 minutes no one even acknowledged me, I got frustrated and started ordering my phone by website. Figured if someone helped me before I completed my online order I would give them my money, hmm order completed total time 15 minutes total time in store being ignored 60 minutes. Needless to say I got my phone online. Love the Verizon network customer service though was lousy
Was told there was only 1 protection plan for $11 a month I could get when purchasing new phone. I knew that there are maybe 5 different plans at different prices. When I asked are u sure this is only plan I could get employee said yes. Had to go home and chat with Verizon online and had them change it to plan I wanted. Shaddy place!

I was forced to switch carriers by Sprint on Christmas, long story, purchased a phone from this store. I was shown a selection of phones and settled on a Moto Droid Play based on the absolute features and the promotion on the particular phone. I was told this phone as well as the other 2 models had a guarantee that if the screen cracked for any reason during the 1st year the phone would be replaced free of charge, no questions asked. We discussed insurance coverage, as all sales associates inevitably offer, which I declined after a 2nd discussion concerning the supposed guarantee, (which I was skeptical of to begin with). Based on that discussion, we determined the insurance was an unnecessary cost, and if so desired, after the first year, I could purchase insurance for obvious reasons. Fast forward to last Friday, my screen cracked, I contacted the store, they denied ever stating there was a guarantee on this particular phone. I went to the store to force the associate to lie to my face vs over the phone. I should not have let them know I was coming to the store bcz when I got there, the associate that sold me the phone was conveniently gone for the day. Her manager defended her statement by stating he was not there at the time that conversation took place, ssssoo he couldnt verify it. DUH MORON, I WAS THERE AND I AM TELLING YOU WHAT WAS SAID !!! So he was calling me a liar, his solution was, get this, to allow me to pay off the phone and THEN buy a new one GENIUS !!!! A billion$$ a year company refused to stand behind their commitment to customer service and called me a liar in the process, I LEFT SPRINT FOR THS !!!!??? These people are only out for profit, their idea of customer service is taking as much money as they can from you, thats it. I encourage everyone to avoid doing business with this store, or video record all conversations
