I had an old Galaxy S8 that I wanted to get some data from. Could not get it to turn on even with a full charge. Took it to place number one. Would try to have it by the end of the next day and estimated about $75. Took to place #2. Never even touched the phone and guessed it was a bad battery and would have to order.Then took to CPR. This was all in the span of 45 minutes as all three places are close. Looked at the phone said give us a couple hours to get inside and see whats going on. Had it done in 2 hours, turned out to be a simple fix, and the price was EXTREMELY REASONABLE.They won my business forever.

Lets start with the fact that the battery replacement was done well. The phone looks exactly as it did when I handed it over...the life of the charge is back to that of a new phone. If I were forced to be critical...it would be with their communication...or lack of. I wish I didnt have to follow-up with them...but, rather, the other way around. Everyone was friendly, professional, and competent. I only wish that at least one of them would have called me back...as they all promised.

Had to have my daughters school ipad repaired the week before school they guaranteed 48 hours max and delivered. Also the best price I found when getting quotes for the repair. Would highly recommend and plan to use for any future electronic repair needs.

Last evening while on my iPhone a message displayed stating I may have malware on my phone. Then every 5 minutes it returned with various threats of lost info to permanent destruction of my phone. I took the phone first thing this morning to another repair person in Fort Wayne. He wouldn’t touch the phone and said he had never seen the error message type I was receiving. I then went to CPR Fort Wayne. They immediately understood the problem and told me they had report of the same problem from three other people. One of the repair people stopped up front and fixed my phone within about 3 minutes and at no charge. Amazing! This is the second time they have provided excellent results for me. Btw- the other place recommended I take the phone back to T-mobile for them to look at it. All I could envision there was a three hour wait. Yuk!Thanks CPR Fort Wayne for saving my day!!!

Great place to take your phone for a new battery if you dont want to spend $800 - $1500 on a new one. I also have LED burn in on my screen that I will have CPR replace, and will be well under the cost of a new phone and no hassle of learning about a different phone. I would recommend anyone to CPR!

I came to Ft. Wayne for the first time to visit some old friends and my iPhone XS Max went total dark/black screen on the drive up. I saw these guys were open and took a chance and drove up to see them. Let me just say, these guys ROCK! They put a brand new screen on my phone and fixed it within 15 minutes. They even noticed that some hack job had done a scanty repair on my phone previously (I got my phone used) and removed the protective shields on the inside. They had some spares lying around and put them in my phone free of charge! I’m writing this review on the very phone they fixed! These guys ROCK! God Bless them! They are an example of how small businesses should be run! CHEERS CPR! I Love what y’all stand for!

Id give this place zero stars if I could. Before I took my PS4 to them it at least fired up. Once I got it back it was completely fried. Wont even turn on. And one staff member was highly defensive over my first review(which I was at least trying to come up with reasons to give them a good review.) and kept badgering me in the store while I was waiting to get my PS4 back and clearly busy. My opinion...go literally any place else.

I cracked my screen on late Sunday night and called them and they were able to get me in same day. I will definitely be back in the future, if needed of course.

Broke the screen on my Galaxy S10 and stopped at another highly rated place in town first. They said the screen was special order and couldnt tell me how much it would cost. Went to CPR repair next and they had the screen in stock and told me exactly what it would cost. They had it fixed in just a few hours. Awesome service!

Was easy to get in and get help and they were really good price wise for what I asked them to do -I really appreciated the service! This place (CPR Cell Phone Repair) is amazing. I needed my Samsung Note 20 Ultras back glass repaired and they told me it could take up to a week. They called me the next day and BAM they took care of it. I called their leading competitor in January and they NEVER called me back. So I got so lucky to have found this place. I took my galaxy a51 here to get repaired and while they fixed my screen, they broke a connector to my charging port. They fixed the charging port free of charge. Today I go to pickup my phone that was just fixed, and now the sound doesnt work. This would be the second time that Ive had to go back to get my phone fixed due to something they broke. They try to get in fixed in under an hour and end up breaking more stuff in return. Ill update my review based on what happens tomorrow.

The super-nice genius performed CPR on my shattered cell phone on the spot and resuscitated it! I thought it was kaput and all was lost after I dropped it on concrete this morning while at my sons soccer tournament in Fort Wayne. But the brilliant surgeon at CPR brought it back to life! And all the while he had a wonderful bedside manner, explaining the damages and the operation to me. I recommend that you drop your phone on concrete and take it to CPR just to watch his skills. (Just kidding. Back it up first, and then drop it. Obviously thats a bad joke. But when your phone does break accidentally, take it to CPR.) And he fixed it in time for my son and me to make it to his next soccer match. My son scored a goal, and I filmed it with the resurrected phone, thanks to the super-nice genius at CPR in Fort Wayne.

When the Glass Screen Protection had cracked on my smartphone, CPR was able to replace the screen protection onsite for a small service fee. My phone looks as good as new!

I have used this company on a couple different occasions. Most recently I had a screen replaced on an iPhone 6s Plus along with a battery replacement. Unfortunately there was a manufacturing defect with the new screen assembly and it failed by the second day. I contacted the employee there that repaired my phone and she had me bring it back to see what the problem was. She had my phone working and replaced the defective screen in less than an hour. I have used them in the past for repairs on the same phone where it wasn’t charging properly and was fully prepared to pay for a new charging port and found out it was just really dirty. They cleaned it for me free of charge! No more issues charging after that. So in summary they save you money by keeping your devices going and they stand behind their work and quickly fixed any issues. They have a beautiful new location conveniently located on Coliseum Boulevard by the FedEx Kinkos Store. I visited the same day they were opening at their new location but look forward to seeing what kind of new products and services they’ll be offering in the future. I’d highly recommend to family, friends co-workers, or anyone needing a phone repair.

They fixed my iPad screen at a reasonable price in a reasonable amount of time. It was a little tough too because the way the metal body warped when it broke. Everything looks great though, and Im glad to have it back. This is the place to go if you need a repair and dont want to buy a new expensive device.
