At the Bluffton location, the person that helped us was Deven Bowers. He was very Professional, straightforward no bs. There were 5 of us that went in to switch and get new phones. He was patient and very helpful with us. We were glad to have him as the one to help us.

I was looking to get new phones for my family and needed the biggest bang for my buck. Miss Hayley Reynolds helped me get all set up. She helped me find the best possible deal and the whole family walked out with brand new phones. There was a minute there that she was channeling her inner Oprah Winfrey, the “You get a Car” episode except with phones. She hooked me up with the best deals I’ve ever heard of Verizon having. She definitely made me a customer for life. Her professionalism and attention to detail is superb and beyond any I have encountered before in cell phone companies. She explained everything thoroughly and has followed up numerous times since our purchase to make sure everything is good and explaining things on my first bill and make adjustments where needed. All in all definitely a 10/10 experience and miss Hayley was absolutely delightful.

I bough my first iPhone today after using Android for years. In went to the Blufton Rd store in Fort Wayne, IN. Haley was amazing at helping me get everything I needed from my old to my new phone and checking to make sure everything went through. She was super helpful and nice.

Would never recommend this place. They lie about things to talk you into saying your going to get $400 on a trade in then find out that its only for new customers preexisting customers only get $125. Me and my wife bought our past four phones from cellular sales. Never been lied to so many times with a business. Ended up going to a Verizon store to purchase our phone and had it sent in to the house went to the cellular sales location on Bluffton rd. The first guy set my phone up no problem then later that day my wife went to got get here phone activated we walked in talked to a guy named Juan we told him that we wanted to set up my wifes phone. Then he proceeded to tell me its a $35 fee to activate it. I know I didnt buy the phones thru them but bought all seven others thru them. Im never going back to this location and will tell all my friends to never shop this location just go to the verizon store itself most of the people they hire will just lie to your face.

My boyfriend and I went there about a week ago to add me to his plan. A young man helped us. Such a smart friendly young man. Honestly dont remember his name sadly. He was blonde and wore glasses and tall. He was definitely happy go lucky. We seriously have nothing negative to say.

Plenty of parking, I walked right in and was promptly greeted by one Rachel Reasoner. I wanted to get my external case reinstalled as well as apply for my Veterans discount. She was able to put my phone case back on a lot easier than all of my previous efforts combined! She did make a few soft attempts to sell me as that is her job. However, she understood my current situation and didnt push. Finally, Rachel took a picture of my VA ID card and updated my account helping me get another discount. My whole time there was a pleasant experience.

I signed up for a phone plan here and needed up needing to return the phone. I went back 2 days later (keep in mind you have 7 days to return the phone and cancel the plan.I worked with Tyler (the store manager) when setting up my plan, all was well.I worked with another gentleman and sat there for 45 min while he went through and disconnected my line and returned the phone and accessories to them. They told me I would receive a check in the mail for my down payment (or what was left after the return fee) and a check for the phone I turned in on trade.Now, almost a month later I find out after never receiving a check for the phone I turned in, my account is still active. I’ve been calling the store for the last two weeks trying to figure out where my check was at (I was told it would be in the mail within a week-week and a half tops).Tyler seems to never be there and the employees never seem to know when he will be back, or they tell me that he will be back at a certain time and when I call back he is not. I just got off the phone with corporate and they are the ones that told me that the phone plan was never disconnected and that they hadn’t even tried to disconnected it. I sat in THIS store and signed papers while the guy just I’ve been just messing around on his computer. Tyler and his group of employees are dishonest and not trustworthy. They will out on a smile and lie to you to get a sale. Worst experience I’ve ever had. I never write reviews, but I felt the need to warn people about this store. My parents have had similar issues with this same store, and they are now with another carrier. Stay away. Go to an actual Verizon store, or preferably a totally different carrier.

Went in for new Pixel 3 phone . I must say dealing with the people was a very pleasant experience and Rachel made it even more so. HOWEVER dealing with VERIZON was like banging my head against a brick wall! I just wanted them to add free data with my Text and Voice plan and you would think that a customer of over 40 years they could at least do that, especially since I paid cash for the phone! So Kudos to Cellular Sales and especially you Rachel, you were a fighter! ;) And to you Verizon, well all I can say is TWO THUMBS DOWN!!

My previous phone stopped working so thought Id see what my options are, lets just say they cared about the money alot more than even helping me and treated me like I was really stupid! I just love the Did you turn it off and back on? question, before she continued to treat me like I was stupid. If thats how they treat their Customers, then Im definitely not going back and will take my business elsewhere.However, If you enjoy being treated like youre stupid, this is the Store to go to. You wont be disappointed with the Treatment, thats a sure thing.

Went to the Verizon store in Waynedale and worked with Randy Smith and he was outstanding! Very friendly when he greeted me and immediately it was about what my needs were and not what Verizon had to offer. We met during a busy time, but he took the time to review my current plan, find me a new plan that would save me money in the long run, and provided me with a phone that was perfect for my usage. Randy never rushed through our meeting to get to the next sale. As someone who has been in the customer service industry for over 20 years, these are details that I notice that often go unappreciated. Kudos to Randy for an excellent experience, anyone I speak to that is in the market for a cell phone will definitely be referred to him.

Who hates going into a cell phone store and waiting in long lines to get a salesman who doesnt listen to you and pushes the most expensive plan and phone down your throat? Well I do, and I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service I received Saturday at the Waynedale Verizon Store. There was this one guy in particular who was extremely knowledgeable and able to answer all of my cell phone questions, his name was Randy. Best of all he ensured that he also asked me the appropriate questions to match me with the best phone and service plan I needed. I would highly recommend this store to everyone. But before you leave your house be sure to call and ask for Randy!

The management of this store ( Tyler ) is unbelievable. Every person you talk to tells you something different. They basically stole a brand new iPhone from my fiancé. I will be taking this issue to small claims court.

I was having problems with my iphone and was due for an upgrade on my plan. I went to the nearest Verizon Store and was immediately greeted by a friendly Verizon employee whom helped me pick out a phone that was perfect for me. Normally I dread going into any phone store as most of the time, employees tend to be overly pushy but here, I felt very comfortable and taken care of. Tyler was highly attentive and helpful, every question I asked was answered with the utmost accuracy. He explained the updates and how to use the new tools on the phone which saved me personal time. He made sure everything that was on my old phone was transferred to my new one. I was able to get in and out of the store in a reasonable amount of time. I love my new iphone XR so far I’ve had no problems with the phone or service. Overall, best experience at a Verizon store. I would highly recommend this location for every Verizon customer living in the Fort Wayne area.

This was a horrible experience. I walked in the store and both employees were busy with other customers which I understand, but it took half an hour before I was even acknowledged. When it finally was my turn I was sat by myself to be on hold for an hour. When the guy did answer his English was so bad I couldnt understand a word he was saying. Make sure you take the day off work if you plan on going to this store and doing all the work yourself.
