I have contractor A1 Door Specialties on numerous occasions in a medical office building, and they have done a fantastic job every time! Good service is hard to find, and I am so thankful for their service! Their response time is fast and their repairs are always done in a timely manner. I work with contractors all day long, and can I recognize a good one! I will continue to use them for my doors and lock needs for as long as the building stands! I would highly recommend A1 Door Specialties for you!

Just be careful with these guys. They charge you twice. They charge you trip charges and then they charge you the time it takes to come out. In Fort Wayne, you can go to any place in 20-25 minutes. They charge you 45 minutes to just come out. Just be careful!

When asked what I can expect to be charged, was told parts and labor. No one explained there was going to be a trip charge that would amount to more than half of the bill. I was also over charged on labor time by HOURS. When I called to discuss these concerns, customer service representative was rude, aggressive and interrupted me multiple times. Asked to escalate to a manager and was told I will likely not hear from anyone. VERY disappointed with their customer service.

Bad customer service.I repaired door 9 month, it broke again.They used really cheap part but they charged same part 4 time higher thenHardware store one.
