Definately a huge change from the CD store days. Now is pretty much a childrens store. Cartoons everywhere. Good for the kids. Nothing a grown man would be interested in anymore.

An odd location as it has a lot of merchandise and collectibles (such as POP! Vinyl figures) but very few movies and music which is what I come to FYE for. No dedicated section to physical media here at all, which is disappointing, but an ample amount of other items that are unique.

I really enjoy this store. Some items are priced a few bucks higher than other businesses that have the same item though. But the variety of items is awesome.

Great place for gamer, anime, and comic memorabilia.

Not sure if theyre going out of sale or not, but the store seemed kinda empty. But the staff was kind and everything was clean.

Lots of fun things. Like this place.

Although weve had some issues with this location in the past (and their website is about as worthless as the day is long), weve also had assume amazing service, too.Someone very special to us is in love with Avatar, The last Airbender and really wanted the 4 pack of candy bars, but the were sold out of one.The staff kept my contact info and after over a month called me (not once, but 2 different times) to let me know that they finally came back in and then held them for us. It means a lot to be able to put a smile on a loved ones face. Thx FYE.

FYE has alot of cool stuff for sale. My bad experience came at checkout. Frank said he could get me a discount with their store rewards program, and asked for my email. I thought that sounds easy enough so i provided it. 5 minutes of info later he is telling me to pick 2 magazines for a free trial and some discount card to a whole bunch of stores and informs me how to cancel them. I ask if ill be charged if i dont cancel on time, he said i would but its easy to cancel. I declined the whole thing. I felt pressured into free trials that would turn into monthly fees and all i wanted was to by 5 dollars of stuff. FYE uses your card info at the sale to bill you for magazines and discount cards for who knows how much money. Also one item was supposed to be 75% off and was charged full price. Not planning on buying anything again.

I went to this store to return an item that I had purchased two weeks ago. When I had purchased the item, I shopped without a mask due to a health condition, and didnt have any problems with the staff or the service. When I went back to return the item, I was told that I couldnt return it until I put on a mask. I explained that I had purchased it without wearing one and the employee said that was irrelevant to the situation and that I would have to wear one to return it. I explained my health condition and he told me that I would have to leave. I think that the employee was extremely rude to not allow a return without a mask when I hadnt worn one when I bought it! That doesnt make sense! The mask mandate existed when I shopped the first time! How is a person with a health condition supposed to shop if they are going to pass out!!!! I do NOT recommend this store!

Great selection of items for nerds and geeks with all different interests. Great selection of Japanese snacks and goods and had wonderful customer service.

Like this store. A little on the expensive side but you can find a deal or 2 if you look. You can basically say that for all the mall stores though.

For one overpriced. Second. Makes you wear a mask even when you medically cant. I told the guy nicely. I medically cannot wear a mask and its only mandated for people who can wear one not that he needs to know I cant have my face covered without freaking out. Thanks PTSD 😒 and he said RUDELY well in this store we dont care you have to wear one

Extremely pushy for signing up for subscriptions and despite saying no multiple times continued to push it. Just avoid going here if you want to avoid all the BS they try to push on you.

This is my favorite store ever!!

Can be somewhat hard to navigate but totally worth it. Having lots of little collectables to sift through makes me feel nostalgic. Nothing beats the rush a collector gets when he moves something to find a nice hidden gem under the pile.

Its super fun in the store, I feel like theres something for everyone...and that something is really really cool. I knocked a star off the end, which according to Google means I like it, though I still love it, because the process of buying something takes forever. I dont understand why you literally NEED my email. Even the soda vending machines at work let you slide a card and get what you want and walk away.

The reason for one star is because every time I have went in here something has fallen off the store shelves so I think there needs to be less stuff on your guys shelves because it seems like everything falls off every time I come through so that needs worked on and then there is some days when the staff have attitudes but its not always I get it everybody has a hard day but dont bring it to your work

Love love love this store. A little pricey, but they have some really cool stuff. Pop characters, music CDs and vinyl, movies, t-shirts, socks, hats, and much more. Definitely check this place out if you havent already.

This store is amazing! Has a bunch of different older movies, newer movies, all kinds of neat stuff 90s babies like me would love.

I understand people are excited to go home and get off work as this is why my husband and I checked the time before we walked into the store tonight knowing we had 5 minutes to look around as we dont go out much with our kids and our work schedules so we were prepared to leave at 9. as we walked in we were greeted with an employee telling us that they close in 5 minutes and us saying thank you were watching the time then the person behind the register turning the music off to hint to us then saying just so you know we close in 4 minutes. told him ya we know she just told us. I looked at my husband and said I believe this is their way of telling us to get the f out. as I walked out I asked if they would like me to close the door for them as well. if the store would like to close early post a sign that they will be close 5-10 minutes prior otherwise dont chase people out the door by making them feel unwelcome. I would never do this to my clients/customers. out of the 3 stores we had an opportunity to visit in 20 minutes after dinner this was the only one to be disrespectful. think geek went out of their way as they stocked their pops to let me know if there are any preorders Im interested in to let her know and she would look them up and hot topic was friendly and greeting.

This place is really cool but expensive. If you need a movie or a TV show or a t-shirt for a movie or a TV show this is definitely the place to go. You can find little Gidgets and gadgets with your favorite characters on them also.

It was a really nice store with a LOT of options when it comes to product. The only problem i would say is that the stuff is a bit expensive but you get what you pay for. Some stuff is usually always discounted which is nice.

Amazing finds

Went there to get some music CDS but unfortunately they dont have a big selection of different styles of music. I was disappointed they only carry rock, pop and some country. I think they just need to close their doors for good because its a waste of time going inside of it.

I checked on line for a CD called Lesiem, it said they had it.I went there, the cashiers didnt have a clue what it was.I showed them, their own page, where it said they had it in stock.They looked it up, in the store, since I went there to pick a copy up.They couldnt find it in their inventory!The worst experience Ive even had, with a Company!If I could give NO STARS, I would!

Pretty expensive and the old manager was awesome but the new one👎..... buy from local record store (Wooden Nickel)they are alot more helpful

This place has a lot of different pop-culture related merchandise. From socks and stickers to shirts and Keychains. I purchased a Bluetooth speaker here too because there was a sale on it at the time and it worked decently well. Some stuff is a little overpriced in my opinion.

They always have amazing things for people who love asian culture. Anime apparel, Japanese candy, and movies as well

A wonderful place for weebs and TV geeks. It includes lots of K-POP, TV shows, and anime. The staff here are nice and are willing to help with anything you need. Overall, 5 stars 😊

They literally scammed me. They gave me three free months of magazines, lied to my face saying I would never get charged (never gave them my card information) and I ended up getting charged $40 two months later. They stored my credit card information in the system and stole it. The manager even lied to me again when I called him, saying he had no idea. The magazine company said that it was under their agreement. They are liars and scammers.

Favorite store in the mall. Five stars.

Waaaay overpriced. Things here can be 10 to 20 dollars more here than most other places (even in the same mall) you could buy here, but why would you when theres another shop 2 stores down selling the same thing for significantly cheaper.

Everyone my husband goes to go find a certain cd, he always gets that it hasnt come in yet (the release date was 4 months ago) and the workers always tell him that they might never get it in.
