Always a fun experience. Honestly great for both kids and adults. I love my build a bear. The workers make it fun and they always have a deal going on.

The ladies were so friendly. Did all the updates properly. Not overly pushy. I like that. Grandbaby is going to love his birthday bear, cant wait to give it to him!

Such a wonderful place to go. Its amazing all the different types of soft, cuddly studies you can make. The different special touches you can add to make it unique whether for yourself or a special person. I love going in several times throughout the year just to see whats new or on special. The staff is always friendly and helpful making sure you get just what you want. Such a magical treat for children. I never worry if I have to wait my turn I make sure to give myself that creative time.

I love stuffed animals, bears in particular, always have, and since they have such a collection to pick from it makes it so much better!

My mother wanted the whole family to make one for christmas so we did. A pleasant first experience, and quite an interesting journey of plush toy making.

A bear-y good place to take your kiddos.

My children probably have 20 Build-A-Bear toys between them all. We have a ton of outfits and it is a huge part of our daily play. On our most recent trip it was one of my foster childrens first visit. She picks out the new Jasmine bear and Jasmine outfit. I enjoy that they cater to the children in the building process. They really do manage to find some cheerful individuals to work there. They always have a good knowledge of things to talk about with the little kids. They are friendly and always smiling. Overall I think they have a really fantastic staff.now the items are overpriced but they often have sales that make it manageable. We were able to get an outfit on sale and they normally have bears on sale as well. It is a pricier item to purchase however they last for years. (I have two that are 15 years old.) So they definitely have a good quality. (both of my fifteen-year-old bears have a voice box that still work.)

Honestly, I was expecting a bit more of a magical experience for my son, but was greatly disappointed and was argued with.At the Glenbrook Mall in Fort Wayne. The girl stuffing the bears (Crystal or something like that) was great! She stuffed our bear and talked to our little boy who came to get his birthday bear!A dad and daughter had been waiting at the counter when we got done and tried to check out. I waked to the back and yelled back there for help because 2 more workers were there somewhere.The girl stuffing rushed over to check out the dad and daughter after she was done helping others. Basically working by herself. Finally (Figi or whatever her name was) came strolling out. I made a remark that we had all been waiting (with our kids!) she then ARGUED with me and made many excuses on why NO ONE could help us and why no one was at the counter.I saw some other posts about kids getting birthday bears and they got crowns and stickers and a picture next to a sign. We got none of that. We barely got helped. Never going back. So disappointed

We suprised my son by taking him here and now its his new favorite place to go.Your total can add up quick though, easily spending $50-90 on a teddy bear. 😐We bought one with all the bells and whistles... the bear ($31), the beating heart ($6), the smell ($4), the sound ($6), the clothes ($20), shoes ($8), and the car ($30).He had a great experience and the staff was super fun and friendly. They do a great job of letting the kids be involved and making it fun for everyone.They just try to sell you the entire store... which of course your kid wants, but your wallet doesnt.. lolDefinitely not a place we will come to all the time because of the price but we will definitely visit a few times a year.

This place seems so magical. My kids loved to go here. We came here for all the major holidays and sometimes, even Santa got in on the bear building. Now, Im making these little beauties for my grandkids. Build a bear workshop is a wonderful place to get a personal gift which is quick, easy, and fun. I would suggest it for anyone. The bears run between $8.00 and $25.00. Sounds, scent, and clothing are extra but really, they are just as cute naked. Dont let the bins full of teddy bear skins scare you off. Jump in and make a memory.

At Build-A-Bear Workshop, any person could go in there. They have a great selection of things to choose from for each section. There are clothes, different pets, cars, purses, and so much more. There is usually a line, but it doesnt take much time to get through. You can also get a sound in your pet to make memories!

This place is fantastic! There was a character sold out online, but they had one in store. The manager was able to match the lower price online! This allowed me to get an accessory and a couple gift cards that I wouldnt have been able to otherwise.

We treated our 5 and 7 year old boys to their own bears. They loved the whole experience! Even though the price is a bit high, the quality is worth it. Ive had my fair share of broken limbs to repair, but never one from build-a-bear!

Had amazing deals that we were not aware of and the lady who helped us was very patient with all 3 kids. They loved the heart ceremony!

My grand daughter really enjoyed her bear. Lots of fun for little kids.

Aside from a ridiculous wait our last visit and the fact that we had to return the next day because the surgeon forgot to put Light Furys wings back on.We always love coming to build a bear. In fact we will be back in May for our Daughters birthday bear and probably a couple others.😉

Never ever will I waste over $100 here again. Such a frustrating experience.My five year old has autism and has watched YouTube videos of children going to build a bear and so has been begging me to go. Finally had an extra $100 laying around and a day off so we go to build a bear. First off, staff was not great. They were OK, but nothing special. That in itself is actually fine, but if theyd been exceptional employees they may have been able to remedy the situation.So, we stand in line for a good twenty minutes while ONE employee painstakingly fills bears, before realizing the line is actually going the other direction. So, losing what we thought was our place in line since the employee didnt bother to say anything, we go to the other end and proceed to wait another hour to have our bears filled. Finally, we get through. But not before another customer makes the same mistake we made in assuming where the line began and ended and instead of joining the line this lady instead stays where she is and assumes well let her cut in. Nevermind that she got there after us and has four kids while Ive got two. This eventually leads to passive aggressive comments being muttered under her breath until she finally storms out with her four children. My kids should NOT have had to deal with this.So, we eventually get our bears stuffed. We pick clothes and then proceed to the register where were literally held ransom with unpaid merchandise while the cashier stitches up someones bears for another twenty minute. No exaggeration, my husband timed it.Ive never been more frustrated with an experience in my entire life. The worst part was that I was obligated to stay since my children were so eager and Id promised. We will NEVER waste another $100 and two hours here. If I could give zero stars, I would.For reference, my visit occurred at eleven am on a Tuesday.

Yesterday we went in to get an alolan vulpix and all they had were ones that were already stuffed but Jillian was very helpful and said she could take the stuffing out so we could stuff it ourselves. One of my best experiences there.

We went in to get my daughter a bear for her birthday and noticed the sale they was having and ended up with Mr. Toothless and Toothless Jr. The staff was super friendly and made my daughters birthday present amazing with the care and friendliness they showed her.
