Awesome place, great service

Dropped my boat off for repairs during stresses of COVID and although it took a bit due to parts availability this crew really did an awesome job at taking care of our boat and going above and beyond to service what was needed. They even took care of some items I did not mention. I will not plan to take our boats to anyone else.

Service after the sale is non existent. I took my boat for a seasonal service and they gave it back to me with a water line disconnected two different times. The first time was just 2 weeks after I bought it, the second time was a year later. I sent them photos and videos of the water spraying into the boat. They are so arrogant, that there wasn’t even an apology. After paying for the service over the phone, they said I could pick it up on Sunday while they were closed. Due to their previous shortcomings, I inspected their work. The first thing I noticed was oil everywhere and then I realized the oil filter was missing. They had never put one on there so when they started the engine, that’s when the oil sprayed throughout the engine compartment. This means they had the engine running with no oil pressure. The oil level did not read on the dipstick. I left the boat there and the acted like I was annoying them. They then put an oil filter on it and topped off the oil. This took 3 more days. I have kept every text and picture as well as videos that I have sent them. I have since taken my business elsewhere. I have now sold that boat and enjoying another brand. There are some good service departments out there, just not there....

Lee and the boys at action just took over the Centurion contract. They have MB and Centurion now which are two of the best brands out there. I just purchased a centurion from them and was treated extremely well from start to finish. This is THE boat dealer in the DFW area I’ll always look to for sales, service, and accessories! I’ve never purchased “new” before and I couldn’t be happier with the transaction! Thanks for everything!

These guys were extremely professional and knowledgeable. They shipped the boat to Washington DC and went above and beyond to make sure that everything went smoothly. The boat was as described and the closing went without any hidden surprises. In fact the transaction went so smoothly I talked to them about buying my next boat with them. Doing a long distance deal can be stressful but with DFW inboards you can relax. You won’t work with a more honest group.
