I did not buy my boat from North Texas Marine, but they treated me like I did. I had an engine issue and they quoted me a week to 10 days to fix it. To my suprise, they called me exactly one week from when I dropped it off. Fixed! Brad, the service manager, was excellent and took care of all my needs and questions. I will be using NTM again in the future and will be recomending them to all my boating friends.

We bought our boat here after almost getting one from Cabelas. Never been so happy to check somewhere else. They took care of us and never applied any pressure. I still call up our sales person and ask how to care for the boat or what to do in certain situations. They are in it for the long haul.

About to turn 65 and decided “what the hell” and bought a pontoon boat from North Texas Marine. Could not have asked for a better experience from the first contact on. Jerry was our contact and treated us great. Don’t know if everyone does this but they took us out on Lake Worth in our boat before we bought it with no strings attached just to be sure we were happy with it. Carlton and Sam were our guys on the lake. I would highly suggest anyone visit the Fort Worth location for sure. They also have a Gainesville location and they are probably just as good. Very good sales and service department. I bought a Lowe pontoon, fishing model, that the throttle kept hanging wide open. They came to my slip twice and tried to fix it. After third time they came and got the boat and figured out the cables were too short. Works like a charm now. Brad in service was excellent to work with. Thank You.

I bought my current boat at this Forth Worth location and have always had amazing service! I feel so comfortable each time I go into this place. I just had my boat winterized here and they even replaced the wood on my trailer which I asked them to do! There is a parts employee there Roger that has given me wonderful service and has made each repair process so easy! Not recommend to any other customer. They are nice at first (. Want sell the product and get your money). They recommend a product that I ended up to have my boat towed to shop for repair. They would not take their product back to exchange or refund. I would never and ever come back to this place. There are a lot of boat place out there take care of us as a good customer service.

I have a older boat and IT is hard to find any one that knows any thing about them let alone be able to find parts for them. I called around and finally was lucky enough to talk to Glenn in the parts department in Fort Worth this guy is amazing!!!!!!!!!! I will never do business with any one else! Just moved here from California and contacted these guys to winterize my boat. I have owned boats for 25 years and had my share of issues with dealers and their service depts. I will say the level of service and personal attention they provided was outstanding. Very knowledgeable staff and were doing all those things to make sure I was satisfied.

Oh my. Nothing like retaliating against a customer in a public manner to show a lack of class. As someone who is doing research before purchasing a boat, I found these reviews to be helpful. I grew up having boats in my family and its a familiar thing to hear a customer be critical about a boat dealers hours around the 4th of July holiday. I for one would also be EXTREMELY upset to find that my dealer was closed around that particular holiday (for anything other then Independence Day). This is the middle of boat season and quite frankly its when a boat dealer might be needed most. Plus, a public retaliatory response to a frustrated customer or potential customer is about the worst thing a company can do.

Closed on Sunday AND Monday? What year is this? 1985? Seriously!!! A boat dealer that is closed on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd AND 4th of July ?? Thats not serving your customers thats a sign of making too much money to care! Being closed on a weekday is just bad business! Two day weekends in retail dont exist anymore. They are living in the past....ALL other Metro boat dealers are open on Monday. This isnt a barber and its 2018!!!!

We bought a used boat from NTM a few months back. It is a twin engine jet boat. Honestly, weve had some really tough issues the first few months with the boat and trailer. BUT, NTM stepped up in a big way and stood behind their boat above and beyond! They turned a situation going bad quickly into a positive experience. Mike in Sales, and Brad in Service, and Im sure a number of others, deserve huge credit for all they have done for my family. They have earned a life long customer and constant referral source.

Agreed to purchase a boat from N Texas Marine. When verifying the price on NADA, they were charging over $2,000 more than average retail, plus the boat and trailer had multiple blemishes. The general manager Rick was rude and didnt seem to care about my concerns. Steer clear.
