Bought a new Premier pontoon boat a few years ago.Had explicit agreement that when the boat needed service they would come pick it up andbring it in, or, perform the service remotely.First, the power steering didn’t work. They installed another system that has never worked well. Then it ran hot and they had to remount the motor. Now the steering won’t work at all. They told me they no longer sell or service boats like mine and couldn’t help. Now I have a very expensive boat with less than 50 hours on the motor that I can’t sell or get fixed.These people can’t be trusted to do anything they tell you.

Id like to give the Eagle Marine parts department 5 stars. This crew is always very helpful everytime I enter the store and always stand up and greet me in the isles to make sure Im finding exactly what I need. From the correct engine/trans/v-drive oils to electrical accessories, they have helped me with everything. And if you cant find a part in the isles, chances are theyll go in the back to grab the right part. Always very friendly and willing to bend your ear about parts and boats.

Parts department has excellent service and very friendly. I will only buy parts from here from now on. Great job everyone thank you for making my family and myself feel at home.

I needed a part for my 2018 tige. Local dealerships were out and couldn’t order in time. I called Eagle Marine and they were out as well but said give them a few minutes and they could see what they could do to help me out so I could make my upcoming week long family vacation to Lake Powell. Within 30 minutes I had a call back and John in the parts department said he spoke with tige direct and they were willing to drop ship the part directly to me. I gave John my credit card he instantly sent me a receipt. The next day he sent me my tracking number. The part arrived on time. I then received a phone call to make sure I received the part and see if there was anything he could help me with. Excellent customer service Especially considering I am across the country and not a regular customer of theirs. Keep up the great work. Thank you.

In March after the hard freeze, I dropped the boat in the water to start looking for damage. Turns out the stern freeze cap had popped despite my efforts to keep heat on it before the power went out.Boat sat at a local shop untouched for 2 months. I happened to be going to DFW for an event so out of frustration, I called eagle, explained the situation with the tige and they said bring it with you.Kyle and Trey kep every promise made. I was told what was going on and how much it would cost every step of the way.When the boat was done, Kyle told me he needed to have the mechanics clean up after themselves. I get there to pick it up yesterday and the boat has been detailed and literally lake ready.The 150 mile one way trip was worth it to me. Eagle marine has definitely earned my business and is my go to.Thank you Kyle and Trey!!!!!!

Called prior about a small piece for a motor, said I was 10 minutes away to come pick it up and they closed 2 hours early. Customer service is awful

Salesperson that I worked with was great. The Tige boat Bought was also great, so this is not a rating on the boat.I traded-in a mastercraft for a nee Tige. I agreed to use their finance company so they would receive some sort of compensation (they asked me to keep the 6% interest loan for 6-months). While negotiating, we agreed to a credit towards maintenance of the boat (oil change, etc). I brought my boat into have it serviced and they would not honor the credit (despite the sale person showing Darryl, the owner, proof of the credit agreement via text). They would not release my boat without payment (and refused to honor the credit).It took me four weeks to finally reach the owner to discuss the matter and he refused to honor our agreement stating “come on man,” and “what, are you going to sue over $500?…”. To say he was unprofessional is an understatement, let alone his lack of honor and honestySide note: I was contacted by a local game warden subsequent to my purchasing my Tige regarding something (possibly illegal) with how my trade-in was handled for taxation. I notified Eagle Marine of that discussion with the Game Warden. Needless to say, dishonestly and lack of honor typically go hand-in-hand with investigations of this kind.I realize that inventories are so low that boats sell themselves right now, but if you are reading this and can go elsewhere, i strongly suggest to do so.

I have been looking to jump into a new boat for some time and had a real hard time figuring out what would be the best fit for the family and brands and type of boat etc. Narrowed it down to Cobalt, Mastercraft and I have TIGE. I ruled Cobalt out because they seem to be chasing the wake surf boats with retrofit surf systems and a hull made for a cruiser and the local dealer did not respond to my request to slip fit the boat in question...Mastercraft is a nice boat but comparing apples to apples I would have to get an X model to match the ZX from TIGE and there was a huge price gap that was not justifiable when looking at features, lay out etc. The TIGE boats are truly a premium boat. Looking in the same class, priced much more aggressively new. Honestly, this was all background work on how I ended up with a TIGE and not as relevant to the review of TIGE and Eagle marine in FW...it really boiled down to my experience with Shawn and Eagle marine.As you know boat inventory is limited and I had slip size issues. I called Eagle marine at 5:50 pm after a long day and asked what they had in inventory...Shawn stayed late showed us everything they had in stock. We decided on a boat, he planned and drove it out 2 hours to our property for a slip fit a few days later and to our surprise WE COULD FIT A BIGGER BOAT! So a few days later he drove another boat out there and it fit nicely as well. You might think perseverating over a boat would matter but, every single TIGE he showed us was a show stopper so it didnt matter. We ended up with prob. one of the coolest boats I have seen anywhere and essentially looks like a custom boat.Smooth transaction, no pressure sales, honest insight into dos and donts you may not be thinking about.My ask was a white glove dealership that will take care of anything I may need as I dont have time to deal with it (as most people buying these types of boats dont have time to deal with issues related to boat ownership, moving them trailering them, servicing them, fixing things etc)The boat is fantastic, rides nice, lay out is perfect, surf system is simple, storage is great, motor is a beast, but did have some manufacturer related snafus - my alternator was bad coming out of the factory, which is nearly unheard of but Eagle Marine got it fixed in 1-2 days, they drove out ot the lake diagnosed it and were additionally prepared to fix anything in the system that may have needed it.Boat cover had a small rip...they replaced it. Some stitching on the vinyl is problematic, but they are on order and getting replaced when I bring it in for service at the end of the season.You might think these are major issues but it is a boat, if youve ever owned a boat you know, and if you have not, then you will learn. What is most important is your dealer and support you get from them. So far Eagle Marine and the boat have exceeded our expectations.

This review is for the new Eagle Marine location in Grand Prairie at the Oasis on Joe Pool lake. Tony Davis is the mechanic that helped me at this location. I found him to be a stand up guy. Joe pool has long needed a real boat mechanic. The mechanics that just moved out of that location flat out sucked. Its about time that someone moved in that knows what their doing. My boat kept dying. I called to tony. Left a voicemail. He called back, took the report and picked it up out of my storage unit the next day. Pulled it to his shop, repaired it and put it right back in the slip. Awesome service! Fair pricing. To all my Joe Pool brothers, we finally have a real boat mechanic at Joe Pool now. Tear it up!

Great people, helped me find parts, ordered parts, outboard repair, bought my boat from them, advise. At this time I I feel they are the best. although they quit selling small boats, which many fisherman like.

I had an offer pending on a boat and was waiting on a call back from the sales rep. Never had any follow up call. I called back to find they sold the boat. Pretty pathetic way to do business.

Very knowledgeable staff. Got my kids set up with life jackets that fit great and wake boards that they rock on... and oh yeah my kids are 6 and 7. These people are great.

Terrible dealer. I wouldnt buy anything from them. I bought a boat out of state in 2017 and was initially happy with the purchase until it showed up with very large cracks all over the place. Turns out they shipped it with the front and center ballast tanks full. They would not accept ANY responsibility what so ever. Who in the heck would do that? They told me they checked all the ballast tanks but when it arrived there were no fuses in the drain pumps??? Water pump was leaking, they told me they would send me a new one, never arrived. See a trend? The service manager has no clue, Fair warning, stay away from this scam of a company.

I took my boat in and asked for them to look at 5 different problems and only one got done, also terrible communication. I will never take my boat back! Also when I was walking around in the store absolutely no one asked if I needed help with anything. Terrible customer service!

Just purchased brand new Tige RZX2 from the guys at Eagle. This was the best buying experience we have ever had. Great staff and wonderful customer service. We definitely will come back here for all future boats, accessories, and service!

Called 3 times to make sure they had a boat I saw online. Called the third time right before heading that way and was told they had it. Got there and of course they didn’t. They do anything just to get you in the building to try and sell something else.

Good place made a mistake in ordering but took care of it.

Purchased a pontoon, had a bad spot on one of the pontoons they refused to fix it, blamed it on us. Came with Evinrude have had in the shop 3 times for same thing. Take my word for it Evinrude is a piece of junk and Eagle Marine SUCKS. Would not buy a fish hook from them. The service people are nice but in my opinion Darrell and the owner are crooked.

Colton and Darrell made our buying process one of the best ever. Great service and follow up with the purchase of the Tige Z3. Colton even came out and spent a few hours with us at Lake Grapevine to give us a hands on orientation.

Good luck getting service once they have sold you a boat.

Horrible Experience- Paid over $3400 to have them fix my boat PLUS $800 to deliver to shop from house & return boat to house from shop. Boat inoperable once delivered & they would not come pick it back up - finish the job right - then deliver back to me! (I have no trai for the pontoon boat)
