Had a great experience getting my iPhone 12 a couple months ago. Bryan (and I know I’m spelling his name wrong and my apologies). He was super helpful and updated my plan to a better one that saved me $15 a month. He synced my new phone up and got me on my way. People like him create loyal customer bases and I appreciated it, AT&T should recognize people like this more often

Today, my 78 year old dad, also an AT&T customer for over 20Years, went to the AT&T store at501 Alta Mere Dr Suite 1001, Fort Worth, TX 76114.He had received his new phone in the mail and needed help setting it up. The first time he went into this location, the girl working the front area, told him “she couldn’t help him” so he went home, thinking he’d go back later when someone else was there that could help him.So he returned later on the same day, and told them when he walked in what he was there for and took a seat waiting to be helped.The gentleman, who I find out was the Manager told him, “I can’t help you and if you don’t leave!, I’ll have to call the POLICE to take you out of here for disrupting my customers”. My dad never said a word, he was just waiting for the gentleman to finish with his current customer thinking he’d be next. So he left. UNACCEPTABLE! & SHAME ON YOU MR. AT&T STORE MANAGER Cody Calloway for not having the time, patience or decency to help a customer of 20 years set up his new cell phone or explaining why you couldn’t help him. WHO DOES THAT??Who is discourteous to an elderly person needing help with his AT&T phone at an AT&T store ??BECAUSE that’s what your there to do…evidently not!!! You chose to be curt & brusque to him!!You obviously have ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE experience!!

Emily was great to work with. Weve had billing/service issues for a year and Ive tried multiple times to get it resolved. After being fed up, Emily was able to provide direct information to the correct department for help and helped us lower our bill. She deserves a raise! Christian in Loyalty was very helpful too.

I went to the AT&T store because my phone had stopped charging. I was met by Kale, who knew exactly how to help me. He spent an appropriate amount of time explaining the issue with my phone and made good suggestions. In the end I decided to upgrade my phone. Kale described my options well and helped me to decide on the right phone and accessories for my needs. In addition, Kale was able to assist me on transferring the data/files from my old phone to the new one.Overall, Kale was very knowledgeable and helpful. He made the process simple .

Went in to pay my bill made me wait around 15 minutes didnt even acknowledge me it seems like they were more worried about getting a sale than keeping a customer happy with a quick in and out service, I got frustrated af knowing if they were not going to assist me until they finalized their sales, I would had been there for hours. From my experience whilst getting my plan and phones it took more than a hour, but anytime a customer came in during that time I asked them to take care of the customers paying their bills, 2 minute transaction someone shouldnt have to wait a hour for! Not everyone has credit cards ti do it online!!!! Sorry I am an inconvenience for your staff

Inefficient store. I received a message that the phone was ready and when I got there, they could not figure out how to add it to my account. Had to leave after 40 minutes without the phone. Came back the next day before work and waited for 35 minutes for someone to help, but had to leave for work. I will buy a phone online and have it delivered. Nice people at the store, but really inefficient process.

Was very frustrated with trying to eliminate pop-up adds on my mothers phone, finally decided to go into the at&t store. So glad that I did.. it was Superbowl Sunday 2hrs before kickoff and it was a little busy, but managed to get waited on, lovely Rosa had just finished dealing with a family and didnt even take a minute to exhale before walking toward me, she smiled and asked if she could help, didnt bother for customer info, just went straight to work. I mumbled that I couldnt stop the pop-ups, well she didnt waste any time figuring out the problem, she was an absolute pleasure dealing with. So if youre in this store seek her out. Thank you Rosa.

4/30/19 I started service with them. Phone calls worked but nothing data related worked so I figured I would wait an hour to let the port go through.An hour later called 611 and had to make another payment because they didn’t have record of the first payment. No big deal I made the payment figured the original payment would go through and my account would be credited.NOPE!!! 30 days later they say I owe another payment so now I am at 3 payments in 30 days.611 (customer service) tells me to go back to the store AGAIN because my receipt number from the very first transaction is wrong because it has letters in it even though I got the receipt number from the AT&T store!!!One month in and I’m already done with AT&T. This is my second attempt to use their services and I will not give them a 3rd.

Another recommendation of Cody at this store. I went in a little after opening on a Friday. Cody could not have been more helpful. As a matter of fact, he offered more help than I could accept at the time because I was trading phones and couldnt let him delete data from one of them, at the time. Whenever I need help, I will go there again.

Horrible from the get go. ROSA I hope you read this. You screwed my credit bad. She ran credit report twice ( have no idea how she did it) even after I told her not to. She spoke as if she knew it all saying it would be a soft check bla bla. After an hour of all her trails she screwed up the Internet order, my credit report hits on Equifax.(They wont remove that now) Not only that. Simple thing, After 5 months, no $100 reward card as part of the sign up. She basically costed me additional $100 gift card which ATT customer service said they have no idea of that being processed. Save time and say you want to talk to Chris Plaunty as soon as you enter in case you have to goto this store. I would avoid this.Chris, dude, you should seriously think about your store on training skills and what impact they do to affect the customers!!!!Update: 2 * After multiple calls to ATT customer service back and forth, Cody from this store was helpful. He was able to give 2 monthly credit for the sign up gift card. I am still stuck until 2020 with 2 hard credit hits on my credit report though.

Chris store manger shamed himself when he told me a 73 year old woman that he was trying to live a stress free life and since she had not bought services from him he wasnt interested in spending hours on the phone with direct tv solving her problem from them since Oct.when it started!
